Store # 4109 is my local pharmacy and I am in and out of there a lot as I am a CVS ExtraCare member. I had surgery and unable to drive for 2 weeks. My first trip out was to CVS to use my coupons. I love the savings but more so I love the staff! Christian absolutely made my day! He was so kind to notice my improved health and complemented me. I was so touched. He was also helpful to carry my water to my car for me. I just loved him for it. You have a superstar in your store CVS. Please recognize him.April 20, 2024 9A.M. I am inspired to make a second review, as I continue to get excellent help and kindness from the staff at store number 4109. This time from Sen. It was Sunday at 9 a.m. and he was at task stocking shelves. I had selected my items and was struggling with the self-check-out. Sen quickly came to my aid with cheer and care. In the difficulties of life, Sen was a breath of fresh air. Please recognize him.

Now that I no longer work at the pharmacy, I would just like to say the pharmacist and pharmacy technician are excellent at their job and are fast, precise and consistent with their job. The customers however are entitled and impatient, there is a lot that goes behind the scenes, although you see three people working does not mean they have all the free time in the world, they’ll get to you as fast as they possibly can. So next time you go into that pharmacy maybe take that into consideration and stop telling people how to do their job, because I’m 100% sure you don’t like being told how to do your job and if you feel you can be faster and do better, by all means they are constantly hiring. LASTLY, for the customers complaining about the 30 min lunch break… it’s 30 min…. And that 30 min is the same time EVERYDAY as posted on the website and the big multiple signs outside of the store… stop acting surprised when you show up and they’re closed… come back another time they’re are open 7 days a week. Let’s start having compassion and empathy for people, and start putting yourself in their shoes. K bye.

I was helped by Cristina today and she was very, very sweet and helpful. She was the only employee up at the front and there was a lot going on when I went. A few people were in line in front of me and a few people were at self check out. She kept reassuring me she would be right with me but I was in no rush I could see she had her hands full. I was just there to pick up a few canvas prints and she helped me very quickly. Thank you Cristina for being so sweet & helpful!!!

I've been using this CVS for many years. The quality of service in the pharmacy has gone downhill and it does not appear that they care one bit about customer service. This morning, I went to use the drive thru and arrived at 9am. The window was still closed. A couple of minutes later, someone opened the locked shutters. I was not greeted in any sort of friendly manner at all. The transaction was very robotic and there was no sense whatsoever that I was appreciated as a valuable customer. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy and sever my relationship with CVS. Hopefully they can look at how they treat customers and fix it.

DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! came through drive thru, told them off top I had new insurance provider and instead of running new they used the old one, even got an Auth # for one of two prescriptions. (How don't know) tried to get explanations and got hung up on after the lady refused to listen to me that they were running the wrong insurance. And would not let me speak or give any explanation but to call my insurance company hes not showing to be a member , even though new card states it on the card. And if she was talking about old. .. no duh!! Went inside only to be treated and told " we don't have to take you being rude." After I looked at the pharmacist who did nothing he finally came over so I could explain and he really didn't care but got my husband's meds but STILL CHARGED WRONG INSURANCE PROVIDER 😅 the most unprofessional group of people, and ghetto attitudes. 🤯😡

I got a prescription for my youngest as he had an ear infection. I went, and they said they didn't have it and would be closing soon for lunch, so I left to go home and wait for a text/call. Only 15 minutes later, did I get a text stating it was ready for pick up. :(The store itself is okay. You always have to wait for someone to come help you. And it isn't a normal wait... we're talking 10+ minutes for them to even notice.It is clean, though. It is just sad because so many CVS locations are closing due to rampant theft, and the ones not experiencing that just aren't great. I hope they do better before the company dies a slow and painful death.

‼️WARNING‼️ I came into this pharmacy after being in the ER and receiving a cocktail of pain meds; I was very groggy to say the least. I received my medications and left. When I got home I took all the medications as stated on the bottle. Later that evening at ended up at the ER again, where I came to find out that I had an antibiotic that was not on the prescription list in my paperwork!I called the pharmacy and spoke to Darian who was rude and condescending with her tone and cut me off and placed me on hold she asked me if I asked for a consultation and I said, “no isn’t that you job?”🤯 Why she would think it’s my job, a patient who is groggy from meds and being in the hospital for hours to ask them to give me a consultation? Isn’t that their job? What if the meds counteract with each other? Why didn’t the pharmacist go over/ask me to go over the meds?If you choose to go here after reading this, good luck and Make sure you ask them to double check your meds and make sure you know exactly what meds you should be having bc the pharmacist will not go over it with you unless you ask and will also not check your paperwork unless you ask.As for me, I will gladly move over to Walgreens.As for Darian, she needs training to refresh her customer service skills and learn to be kind and patient when sick customers call in asking for clarification for their negligence.

Worst customer service both in person on the phone… that is if you can get anyone to answer. While I wrote this I have been on hold for 30 min. They just keep picking up once it rings and placing it on hold don’t even answer. Only once Walgreens pharmacy please hold and place you on hold before even finishing the sentence. Then when it rings back they just automatically place it on hold. I have even called on two phones at the same time.No someone just picked up stated “we will be with you as soon as we can” they answered the phone I called from the 2 nd time and said super busy how can I help you. I said I need to call in a prescription. She didn’t say anything just out be back on hold.Worse customer service ever!You can still be busy and answer the phone

I had to switch my prescriptions here due to insurance and it has been so hectic. #1 they never answer the phone, this is the closest location to me and I still live a far distance #2 they make u call around to find which location has your medication in stock and the last complaint is they are rude. I loved my pharmacy it's ashamed I had to change because of insurance working with CVS I may be looking to transfer to a different location because I don't think a customer should be treated this way. I would recommend read your reviews before switching to this location

Takes at least for your meds to come in. The hours open are not for those that work. The staff us extremely rude. Don't bother going around lunch. The pharmacy shuts down for lunch instead of staggering shifts. If my insurance didn't require me to use CVS I would NEVER come here.

Worst experience. These pharmacy workers have no idea what they are doing. I myself work at a hospital pharmacy and had to use this CVS because we were out of my medication. When I came by I gave the all my information and insurance card and they looked at nothing apparently. When I came to pick up my medication after 2 hour wait they asked for my insurance card again. I told the tech you took my card but you didn't bother to take down the necessary information from it. I ask her why and she just answered because I didn'tThen they attached my profile under another person's name similar to mine but different address. So now I have to have that corrected. Needless to say I will never go back again even if my own work place doesn't have my medication on hand. I would rather wait for it to be ordered then to go to this CVS again

We had a terrible experience at the other CVS on Potranco so we came to this one and the pharmacy staff was SUPER helpful and got my husband's medication sorted out between in store, mail supply and doctor's office.I also like the variety they have but their prices tend to be really high.

It took 15 minutes. To get through the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of us. This was a 6 pm. No excuse. Anything other than puck ip should be done inside. If insurance needs to be called send the person inside. I have never had a good experience inside or out in any cvs pharmacy. My insurance insist that I use them.

This CVS has been exceptionally professional and helpful in all aspects of my prescription transfers. They are quick, caring and very responsive. Highly recommend!

After today, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Today is Saturday and the pharmacy closes at 6 pm. We arrived in the outside pickup line and had 1 vehicle in front of us. We finally pulled up to the window at 6:03 pm and the pharmacy tech Tony said they’re closed. We explained that we’ve been sitting in line since before 6 pm. He proceeded to tell us that the line we were in had been empty for 10 mins. I told him he needed to check his cameras because he was wrong. He then told us to wait. The pharmacist then came to the window to tell us they were closed and all their registers were closed. CVS pharmacy needs to figure out a better way to handle situations like this! In the amount of time you spent arguing with me, you could’ve rang up my prescription and I would’ve been on my way. Be better, do better!

The store manager and staff are very kind. I wish I could give the pharmacy zero stars. I know it’s corporate America and they don’t care but the African American pharmacist and the assistant, her name is Blessings, really all of the pharmaceutical staff is horrible. I know we are all just a number to them and my grievance will fall on deaf ears but they really need to do something about how they interact with the public. They laugh and joke with each other at the expense of their customers.

This CVS Pharmacy is the WORST location I have ever dealt with in my entire life! You provide the necessary information and they still get it wrong and then tell you, "we don't know what happened." They promise you pick up times, that they will handle prescription transfers then come up with excuses on why they failed to do so. They do not do simple things that are in their system like providing easy opening containers. How about you not leave the credit card and receipt on the edge of the container so when it opens it falls under the vehicle or blows away. They gave an excuse that prescriptions were not transferred from another pharmacy because they were not open. It was a 24 hour Hospital Pharmacy. I highly recommend that you stay away from this location!!!

Have been using this pharmacy for 5 months and it just gets worse every time. Waited in drive thru for over half an hour and people behind were beginning to get impatient. I had one person who couldn't figure out what to do and had to call another person to help. She then told me to turn off my car engine bc she couldn't hear me...really in this heat with a child. Never heard of such a thing. Then she tells me the price for meds and I tell her it's incorrect because I've been paying a certain amount for the past 2 months...after over 5 minutes she comes back and says yes that the amount I said was what I owe...yes if she would have listened we would not have wasted all this time and had other customers behind me upset. 2 months ago I updated my information but it seems like it doesn't get saved because I've had to deal with this the past two times I've gone. A better system is needed both for meds and to speed up and have better customer service. 3 people in the pharmacy and still had to wait over half an hour. Of course you get the smirks and looks from inside the window from them and you know what they're talking about but who cares. You need to have better service! You should not have customers waiting over half an hour in the heat and tell them to turn off engine as you cool off in the ac. CVS can hire better.

They neverever pick up a phone call in pharmacy, no matter what time of the day. I was completely out of my medication and wanted to confirm that my refill get approved or not to save my half an hour driving time in the dark. But can't talk to a person.. so frustrating

Pharmacy is so bad. Had to get my prescriptions there for 1 month (January 2021) before switching jobs and even though I have told them countless times I still get 2 calls from then one at 10 am and one at 5 pm 3 times a week telling me I have prescriptions to fill. They were awful for that one month I had to work with them not filling the script to what the Dr said and trying to give me generic. My MIL goes there and has an awful time with them but won't leave them cause she's stubborn and feels stuck with them helping her. Please don't try and go there. It's so bad.

I love this store and it's closer to us. And my favorite cashier is Ms. VENUSDELVA! She is always so sweet and great you as soon as she sees you very friendly and funny cashier. Keep it up you made a customer happy.

CVS is a good store has several items, clean & well organized. They have self check out which is convenient & fast if you have a few items. They still have regular check out which I prefer.CVS also has a pharmacy which is usually fast yet if you go at certain times like 4-5pm expect a long line and long wait. They should have more people working many times its been one worker in the store & if their busy you won't get help or you will have a wait.

I tried three times to pick up my son's prescription from this location. I received a text stating this is the last day to pick up his meds. Just like the last two times, I'm been in line at the drive thru for almost an hour. Many other cars have up in waiting and left. I cannot wait another day. And I'm sitting in my truck, waiting in line. While typing this review. Please add a new location. This neighborhood has grown too much for this location to keep up.

Why is it so difficult to transfer a Rx? I've never hadso so much trouble filling an Rx before. First, 1:30pm they're closed🤷🏻♀️🤔. Have you ever heard of a Pharmacy that closes in the middle of the day on a Tuesday? Then, they don't accept Blue Cross. 🤪That's a major company. Everyone accepts them. So now it has to be transferred. It could take 3hours to transfer. It's 4:30pm and I still don't have my Rx. CVS Pharmacy was my favorite store. I guess I'm done with them.😡
