I have been using Claws and Paws for a very long time now. I picked up a stray dog yesterday. He had so many burrs and knots. I called Suzanne and she got him in the next day. The difference was night and day. Snow is so happy now🐕.Thank you Claws and Paws!

Our pup loves going here and gets a great haircut to our specifications. Be warned that you should make sure your dog is peed /pooped out before going here. There is a grass patch in front of it by the road that we always let him go first.

Was recommended by the schnauzer group I’m in . They did an amazing job on my little Romeo . He’s seen 2 other groomers before and they could not get the schnauzer cut right . I will definitely be going back for his next cut . Including his before and after photo . He came out looking like a handsome little guy !

Very thankful for them! These guys were very nice to me and professional. My dogs needed to be groomed badly, and most places wouldn't accept my pitbull (even my usual spot that I used to him to). I just happened to look them up and did a walk in. They were able to squeeze me in and had no problems with doing my pitbull. They were done in a very timely manner! They gave me a card so that I can set appointments, especially if it's for my big dog since they usually take them on Saturdays. They told me they can do my small dog any day of the week. I was very pleased with their service and I could tell my dogs were happy as well 😊

Took my new puppy for her first salon visit at claws and paws today and I am thrilled with my experience. I dropped her off around 8:30 with Susanna who was very nice. She checked her in and confirmed what was to be done. I must admit I was surprised my puppy was done so quickly. The cut was perfect, her nails were trimmed and she smelled so good! Thanks so much!!

I do not recommend this “business” at all..The owner Susanne is VERY unprofessional, rude, impatient and lacks customer service in a whole another level. So sad.I mentioned multiple times to the owner this was my first experience with a groomer so I had questions. We “scheduled” an appointment for 8:30AM however when I asked for estimated Turnaround time..the owner stated “I don’t know I could call you around noon or after.. I don’t know.”So What’s the point of making an appointment? She didn’t care about helping me understand the process nicely and was not understanding at all. I was getting uncomfortable leaving my dog there after all this so Susanne she asks so are you going to leave the dog? She was impatient and just told her husband “give her back her dog, I don’t got time for this today”. I was shocked that she was so ugly and disrespectful at her own business. I hope the owner finds her happiness again and to actually enjoy what you do for work.I am overall happy I DID NOT leave my dog there in her hands.

I have been taking my pets to be groomed here for more than 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom my pets. You're always greeted with a smile and you leave with treats for your pet.

Excellent job with my not so personable Corgi(Roscoe). I thought I could shave him myself and found out very quickly it’s a lot harder than it looks. So I called and they were quick to fix my DIY attempt. Very reasonable on prices and attention to detail! The only call you should have to make! ( If they don’t answer leave a message and they WILL call you back) So glad we tried this place. Will be back for sure!Thank you

My babies always come home looking fantastic and smelling so good. Ms. Suzanne is awesome, whenever we get there my babies rush right in like they are glad to be there, never hesitate which makes me feel a little better when I drop them off.

I brought my Lhasa in to be groomed, he is extremely touchy about his paws..he is blind, and severely arthriti, and old man bumps all over...well she did a phenomenal job on him. Paws and pads cleaned out so well and not one old man bump cut open...I just want to say thankyou so much for treating Rufus so well and he looked so good...and felt so much better

My dog was returned to me with bleeding paws and the explanation was "well she was moving around a lot when I did her nails"In addition, when I called to get a report on what happened I was told "I already explained that to you." I was not the one who picked up the dog so I needed another explanation. The customer service was extremely poor and they were very rude on the phone. WILL NOT be returning and do not recommend.

I have blue healer that like most is pretty skittish and high strung. They wouldn't allow me back there to hold him while they trimmed his claws. I have done this with vets and other groomers with no issue. Have never have I been told I couldn't go bask there and hold him while he has had shots or nails trimmed.Guess we'll continue taking our three dogs back to where we have been. No biggie but they looked puzzled when I said he'd be calmer if I held him while they trimmed claws. Shows a lack of experience and or understanding. Good luck

My aunt (a senior citizen) used this company to get her cat groomed. She was the first one there at 8 and went by around 3o’clock and they still hadn’t taken care of the poor cat. They told my aunt she had the choice to wait until they called her or take the cat back. She left the cat and then when they called her back, they told her she had to pay an additional $7 because the cat had scratched them. My aunt told them she had already paid them the fee they had agreed upon($45). Then the owners told her that they wouldn’t give her the cat back until she paid them the $7.My aunt got scared and agreed to pay them the $7, but they told her that since she was using a credit card, she would need to pay 3 additional dollars!How sad that a business would take advantage of a senior citizen like this! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!

The owner literally just tried to fight me!!!!! The owner expects you to wait all day tor her to call you when your animal is ready. Don’t have any organization or professionalism. The place is FLITHY and full of dust!!!! She talks to you very rudely and disrespectful. This lady has disrespected my grandma and called her out of her name before as well. GO TO PETS MART OR SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD OF THIS DUMP!

I wanted to make an actual appointment for my 2 dogs but it's not possible, all dogs checked in at one time & could be in a cage all day. No thank you. My 2 are rescues that being in a cage all day terrifies them.

Took my dog to get haircut, dipped, the package.paid over 60 no big deal. dog sit has fleas, teeth not brushed.. But the kicker the lady wanted to argue with me about my digs breed. Will never go their again..

Took my dog in for a nail clipping and file. Great people. Very understanding and great with animals. Will definitely go back.
