You wouldn't think that something as minuscule as a coffee cup lid could ruin your day. It completely can. Your new coffee cup lids are trash I hope you lose coffee sales over this. If you are driving somewhere to get coffee chances are you are drinking it to your destination. The new lids don't prevent spills and splashing like the other lids did. Every bump I hit or turn I take coffee spills everywhere. I'm absolutely pissed about coffee being all over me and my car. I'm covered in coffee and have to work in this as I don't have time to go home and change my clothes. I also have extremely sensitive teeth. And can't drink from these lids without my teeth hurting really bad. These libs are absolutely horrible. And I really hope you lose sales over it. This is unacceptable. A freaking joke!!!! 😡

Rudest staff in town, especially John. My family member who is elder, ill, used the restroom at this store and because was in there longer than “John” anticipated. He banged on the door like the police and said to get the hell out of HIS store. Sad this is the nearest store to us and we go regularly to have be so embarrassed.This isn’t the first time one of their staff members have acted this way either. Ugh

Soooo slow. I go in around lunchtime and even though there are plenty of workers stocking shelves, none of them are eager to work a register. Customers time is not important. This isn't the first time. It is every day.

I'm not sure who is the new manager but the store is no longer 24 hrs been that way for a week straight. Rodeo season is there busiest time how are the closed for cleaning but the store is dirty parking lot is trashed. I have been coming here for years and this has been the most poorly ran shift ever! Definitely needs a new crew if 24 hrs is too much to handle!

Extremely unfriendly employee on July 28th, 2023, at 23:05I had paid more petrol than what fitted my car (I was in a rental car, 1st time filling it). When I asked for a return of the unused part, he decided it was a tip for him. When I insisted I wanted my money back, he insulted and menaced me and shouted me to go out of the shop.

Badgered me from the moment I walked in about a mask. Told them I had an exemption. Very very rude, and then wouldn't check me out (I just needed a little snack for my toddler who hates being in the car!). They said "that's why we have the sign on the door", I said "YOUR sign says you don't have to wear one if you have an exemption! They didn't care. Still wouldn't check me out. Called corporate, no answer. Absolutely ridiculous!! They are breaking the law!!!

I go into this gas station on a daily basis. It's a great store and honestly I'd rate the store higher if it wasn't for several employees there that act like high schoolers. Juan, the manager. He is literally verbally abusive and harasses his employees. I've seen him make them cry when he doesn't work with their schedules or forces them to stay at the store by themselves since he obviously can't schedule people properly. Then you have a woman named Lisa that just sits there and pesters each of the other employees starting high school type drama. Not all of the employees here are bad. Two of my favorite people there left because they were tired of juans bs. However several good employees remain their. Sadie, Rico, and the assistant manager misty. They are the good few stuck with terrible managers that sit around barking orders when it's honestly less chaotic when the managers are gone and the employees are left in charge. I go to this gas station everyday so I put this review anonymously. I have a choice for this gas station and several others down the road but I choose this one for the friendly people that work there. Unfortunately no one seems to ever jump on juans but about his unfair and unequal treatment to his employees when he lies to them, harasses them, and makes them cry. Now I have nothing against him as a person but he's lucky I'm not his boss cause he'd have been gone a long time ago. It's not about if the job just gets done, you need to learn to respect the people that work under you because without them you wouldn't be a manager in the first place.

Don’t take number 2 here, women better know how used the bathroom standing up cause this place is a mess. Workers on the phone at the register. Subway is the cleanest area and they are Chilling and laughing talking about family games lol which I don’t have a problem with but let’s make the hole store look like subway cause to the whole store is dirty and has a bum smell. Don’t eat at this place well unless your eating subway.

Joselin has this store (#1030) running top notch! Coffee was hot and fresh. The restrooms were clean and stocked with paper towels and soap, which is not usually the case. Hot dog racks were full and kolaches had just came out of the oven. Customer service with a smile.

ON 12/04/2018 I WAS IN THE CANDY AISLE AND SAW A SPECIAL FOR A SNICKERS CANDY BAR FOR 99 CENT. WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE CASHIER RING IT UP FOR $1.39. I DID NOT CATCH IT UNTIL I WALKED AWAY THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED.I WENT BACK TO THE CASHIER TO WHO HER THAT SHE OVERCHARGED ME AND SHE IGNORED ME. I SHOWED A DIFFERENT CASHIER THAT THE PRICE WAS 99 cent.AND SHE REMOVES THE SIGN FROM THE CANDY AISLE AND ALSO IGNORES ME. SO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU WALK AWAY BECAUSE THEY'ER NOT GOING TO HELP YOU AFTER THAT

Cashiers need to help each other out. One cashier is cleaning ignoring the fact that the other cashier is stuck with a cranky customer while the line of customers is only getting longer. Finally the sole cashier called for assistance. No initiative from the employee that was cleaning to help her fellow cashier.
