Got gas here for the first time today, September 18th and while the gas price was ok, considering the current rates, the garbage cans by the pumps were all overflowing. Some had piles of garbage bags stacked on top of already full garbage cans. Someone needs to monitor this regularly and empty them before they get full.

This place is so slow there are 8 ppl one clerk and he is so slow dk what his real is but it's ridiculous the line never went down after he spent 3-4 mins a customer 2 more would walk in and the slower he got 1/11/24 628 p

Big Chris and his team are going above and beyond to provide topnotch service to every single customer that enter this establishment. However, they can only do so much. My children and I have witnessed them trying to fix, troubleshoot, manipulate and offer apologies on behalf of the fountain drink and ice machines countless times. This is our neighborhood Circle K, and the last 3 times we have stopped in the machines have been down. They have requested servicing for both machines numerous times, but they are still currently broken. They have resulted to using towels/rags to soak up all the draining flavorings, syrups, random liquids and other products seeping from the machines onto the floor in order to avoid accidents, lawsuits, sanitation issues, etc. Its just ssad. Other than that, everyone is always pleasant, thorough and the store is presentable.

I went in this morning at 9:30 to purchase gas. There was nobody at the cash register and I waited 5 minutes before walking out. Nobody was around except for a lady in the bakery and one employee on break who didn’t want to be bothered.I’ve always had excellent service here. Unfortunately today was poor service and I ended up going to the Shell station across the street.

Went there with a friend to put gas in her car. This convenient store is close by our house. Yes, it can be slightly packed at some parts of the day but it's very clean and the people who run the place are very nice.

Customer service is always great at the register. However I'm usually waiting 5-10mins at the sandwich station before someone has to get the attention of an employee working that area. Please train the staff that work there how to make the sandwiches. Store is always clean.

I'm usually there at odd times throughout the day, every day. I've never experienced any rudeness from the workers. In fact they always seemed busy performing upkeep of the store or working the registers. If anything, I'd say the store is undermanned but they seem to be doing more than their best with as little as they have.

By FAR the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered with a circle K. I am a paying customer. Either gas , milk , or even lottery tickets. If I come in here with several lottery tickets equaling over $100 of winners. You should being a place that sells lottery tickets able to cash me out. Even when I planned to buy the exact amount I won in tickets again. Lady was extremely rude. And surely should not be a manager. Terrible. I’ll never come back here.

There is just the sweetest short haired black woman (forgot name) at this location who said some very positive things to my Fiancé and she is just BEAMING with delight. Calling her an inspiration was just delightful! My fiance, she'll be in a good mood because of this for several days maybe even a week or so. Thank you very much

Horrible experience with the manager NICK. He didn’t want to accept my valid ID or temporary ID.Definitely need to fire him and make sure to have sensitivity training

I went in to but a good amount of item and the cashier over charged me and when I questioned his about the price he goes and re-rings the item and them he gets to the cigarettes and just wants to throw them at me and walk away. What kinda customer service is this.

Worse customer service i have ever seen . there is never fresh coffee and when asked the employees just ignore you . three people working two cars in parking lot , they were not busy . Very rude employee's, I will never stop there again
