This location is horrible. It used to be great, I don’t know what changed but it’s bad now. Who ever manages the store doesn’t seem to know how to keep everything operating. When I stop to fill up my truck it’s a normal thing to have to change gas pumps because the first one I pulled up to doesn’t work. The atm inside NEVER works anymore, there was no coffee in there this morning. Just seems like nobody is keeping up on the maintenance of that place anymore. Quick trip is right across the street, I’ll probably just start going there, they seem to have their stuff together.

Everyone is always polite and with smiles, especially Rachel, who I see almost daily since I’m addicted to Diet Coke.Store is always clean when I go in as well and if they’re out of something, they’ll always check in the back to see if they have it.

Have to praise the Circle K at 11752 Potranco location. I remember coming into this facility at times and the staff would either be preoccupied. Just a feeling of blah. I recently had to go into this store and encountered a very wonderful greeting. I believe her name is Rachel. Wonderful greeting. Great wholesome smile. She even offered to assist me in my vehicle since I was having a hard time carrying all my items I purchased. I did shop a good amount of items. I just wanted to acknowledge how much I appreciated her assistance and wonderful hospitality at her job. We need more of this everywhere and it was very nice to see someone who I felt have a caring aura. Glad you have an employee like her. Store felt great and ms well. Loving the progress I have seen at this Circle K location this far.Keep up the great work!!!

I have gone twice this week to get a polar pop drink and ALL of the machines are NOT working. What is the point of paying monthly to get drinks if the ice machine and soft drinks are out of service. Good thing there is a QT down the road.

Another store that needs to get it together the only two nearest stores and everyday something new one day they card one day they don’t or they card one person and not the next it’s bad enough the line is long and I understand that u have to ask but do it all the time and don’t pick nd choose who ur gonna card and If u have regular customers and there everyday you should know outs ok tho I won’t go back UPDATE: 1/29/23: h wow so go back bc it’s closest store except for QT the cashier needs more training he didn’t know how to ring up a red bull fountain drink or gas after 5 minutes nd a long a line he finally got a calculator from the back and he kept saying not my fault not my fault hm whose fault is it than? Finally go outside to put gas the clerk only entered $.11 so had to go back inside to tell him once again about the gas go back outside and It stops after $.02 smh needless to say went back in got my money and left took a whole 25 minutes to pump 13 cents of gas way to go circle K

Usually ok, but I bought a gallon of milk and was spoiled. When I tried to exchange it, the man told me I couldn't exchange it for a new one because I didn't have my receipt. I paid with the card but he also couldn't check with the card what I had purchased there.They never offer me my receipt so I never actually get it. Who would've thought I'd have to go back to exchange the spoiled milk. Needless to say, I'll have to ask for my receipt every time I go there. I probably won't be back for a while after this issue.This is a Circle K now.

Wow! I was charged 14 dollars for two barbacoa tacos and two breakfast tornados and a Yerbae sparkling water! The line was extremely long becayse it was only one nice lady working right now! I believe she made an honest mistake but I didn't want to hold the line up any further! Sad to say...Quik Trip may be my new breakfast taco spot!

I am writing to identify how run down the Circle K appears to me at 11752 Potranco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78253. This store was previously operated by our dear Valero who was a part of our family for years. Every since Circle K bought Valero out, we noticed a severe drop in customer service and in general how the store is maintained. Floors, counters, shelves are either dirty or in disarray. As members of this community, we will not allow our businesses on Potranco Road to conduct business in this manner. Either clean up your act or we will take our business else where to Murphy Gas or Quick Trip which is being built across the street. We do not appreciate Circle K allowing riff raff to sleep outside. Clean up your act Circle K and understand this is the Alamo City where we demand you hold higher standards of business.

I used to come here EVERYDAY but the last time I went I saw one if your higher ups treating an employee like they were dumber than a sack of rocks. I asked an employee, whom I don't see there anymore, what her name was. I was told it was Becky. Is that really how you treat your employees?? Like they are worth nothing?

Very disappointed with this location. I live down the road and frequent this location. Today I stood in line for 10 minutes while the lone employee was taking a break or something. Worst part is her friend was sitting behind the counter watching TV on his phone and eating while I waited. He looked up at me and said she will be back in a minute. Totally unacceptable.
