When I arrived on 4/17/23 I noticed a sign on the door that said “closed for 15 mins” I needed to use the restroom and so decided to wait, 14 mins later someone opened the door, I assumed to only see one person working as that’s the only reason I could think of to close a gas station/convenience store during business hours, maybe they were short staffed and only had one employee in who needed to take a bathroom break or something.So you can imagine my surprise when I, (and the 7 or so other patrons waiting) walked inside to see not one, not two, but THREE employees inside.The fact that they closed the store for who knows what reason, when there was a total of three employees inside is outrageous. Barring a complete custodial emergency or something involving a crime scene, a convenience store should be open when they say they’ll be.If I could award zero stars I would, the staff wasn’t even apologetic or even polite to me or the other people who’d waited so long.

It says the store supposed to be open 24 hours and it's not They close at 2:00 a.m. I get off work around that time and try to come up here to get something to drink and snack on and they're never open 24 hours They need to update their hours because this is a travesty and it's inconveniencing

Staff is lazy and rude. I had a coupon for free candy and soda. Lady told me to use one ticket. When I never have trouble any where else. Thier on a high horse. It's said cause I'm a driver and I deliver there product. And it's my neighbor good store.. 8

I was in San Antonio for the first time and didn't know exactly what the best gas stations were for different things so I was just stopping at random stations. I needed gas and to use the restroom. The gas price was fair and $1.70 something and the bathrooms were clean enough. They could have been cleaner.

Every Single Time I Come Into This Store, Atleast 1 Of The Beer Freezers Is Locked. Most Frequently The One On The Far Left. It Takes Forever To Get Someone To Open. This Has Became A Daily Problem. And Destiny At The Counter Is Very Rude And Impatient.

With the new executive order taking effect today, Circle K employee doesn’t feel the need to cover his face, even though had a mask around his neck and the customer coming out as I was going didn’t he as one either. My question is- Do I get a commission off the $1,000 per???

I have been going to this store for years. All employees are rude. Nobody even says hi. They ignore you as much as possible. As a customer you are a nuisance. Must be management because every single employee treats the customer that way.

This store says its supposed to be open 24hrs. I pulled in @ 7:15am am doors were locked. There were employees inside that didn't bother to come explain or no sign to indicate why they were close!
