I stopped in to escape the Texas heat that had a grip on my soul. Honestly, I don't see all the negativity with this location. I got here at about 4p.m.. It wasn't busy inside, but the drive thru seemed busy. Everyone was busy doing something, so I had to wait a minute, but I needed every second of it to decide what I wanted anyway.The lobby was clean, and they had some really good throwback music playing. The seating was comfortable and there were plenty of places to plug in if needed.

This is a Baskin-Robbins / Dunkin Donuts combo store, therefore, the selections are more limited than they are at a full-size store. There is a drive-thru that seems to get the bulk of the employees’ attention.Often, the employees do not seem sure where to take orders from (there are two areas where customers can order and pay) or who is next. The store is never really very clean either.The customer lines can be chaotic if there are more than two parties at the same time.This location is often out of customer favorites, like Cookies & Cream or Rocky Road. The Flavor of the Month also seems to be available early in the month and then not much after that. Other familiar favorites are gone from the menu, such as the Brownie Sundae.The store still sells ice cream cakes and can make shakes from any flavor of ice cream. They offer fun Creature Creations and free waffle cones with purchase of two scoops.

Been to this location before without issue. However, came in on TUE night during Spring Break and found this location was completely out of ice cream (for scoops, etc.). I instead ordered a quart. Wife requested the bacon avocado tomato sandwich and they were out of that too. Wife settled for sweet black pepper bacon sandwich and was underwhelmed (2 of 5 slices of bacon, bread was toasted almost burnt)The dining area was out of napkins. Looked like 3 people on staff. Did not inspire a pleasant experience.

Ordered the do-it-yourself Sunday kit and got half of my order was missing the whip cream and topping and also the spoons and cups that was supposed to come with it. after delivery charges it came up to around $46 all I got was 2 things of ice cream and 2 toppings not worth it

I wanted a late night snack I was super excited to go and get some ice cream. I went through the drive-through and I haven’t been here in a while so I didn’t know how to order or what to order the menu was not helpful at all. I asked the lady what flavors she had and she replied I don’t know we have over 31 flavors. Mind you I know that the flavors online are different in store and you guys don’t have some. She was super rude, and she rushed me the whole time. Once it was time for me to pay she grabbed my card out of my hand to pay didn’t say have a good night or thank you I’ve worked in fast food restaurant before. And I’ve had bad days. I would never be this rude to a customer seriously was upset. This happened at 10:30 today i’m 21 years old. That does not mean I do not have feelings just because I’m younger super rude. Honestly, I am very upset.

I ordered a custom unicorn cake for my daughter’s birthday 4 days in advance and paid for it. When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready and they made me wait for hours for the cake! Don’t ever order anything from this location. They are extremely unprofessional! This is the cake they made on the day of pick up after I waited hours….

Took 20 minutes to even order. Then waited another 20 waiting for ice cream. Missing majority of flavors. Tags to label ice cream missing so you don’t know what is what. Dirty. Didn’t have half of the ingredients that were supposed to go on sundaes. I’ve cream melted waiting so long for the rest of my order . Girl was sweet but didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I love baskin robins but this visit made me never want to go back. Sad this is now the only one left closest to me but I’d rather drive farther now. Please get this establishment together.

First and probably last visit. Was so excited to have this store closer to our neighborhood, but when we walked in 3 employees turned to look at us. We stood at the counter about 5 minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no "We'll be with you in a moment" and all 5 employees were standing in front of us. Empty dining room except 1 table which had their treats. All employees were helping the 1 and only car in the drive thru. Tried giving the benefit of the doubt because it's a new store. But all were sluggish as if they didn't want to be there. Obviously didn't want to help us. After several minutes we left. Somebody commented the owner needs to be there on a Friday night. We were there Monday around 7:30pm. Owner needs to be there EVERYDAY for a few weeks until this team gets things working smoothly. This place needs good managerial help. So unfortunate!

Went 6/10/23 and if it wasn't for my kids being excited for ice cream I would of left. Poorly run, 4 employees behind the counter and none of them could make simple coffee drink. Poorly trained staff that seem lost or unwilling to fulfill orders. Avoid this spot.

This is a good Baskin Robbins with a Dunkin Donuts. However sometimes they run out of lids for their hand packed pints. Besides that the location is ideal and they're fast with your order.

Baskin Robbins sucks. The strawberry flavor tastes like it was from the dollar store & I spent $20 for a stale cone and unflavored ice creams 😣 I will stick to marble slab. Never again will I come back here.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICEEE! Went through the drive thru and asked for the flavors, the lady did not want to help us at all. She ended up telling us she couldn't take our order because her system shut down. But as we were pulling away she took the car behind us order. Like what kind of people do they hire?! Cannot believe it, I just wanted my ice cream.

Visited today for the first AND last time. A whole lotta inattentiveness... like NO napkins, NO spoons, dirty floors... and the snotty attitude... we had to ASK for spoons... and all they had to offer us was the tasting size. Yousef, the repairmen who was doing a service call, was more helpful than the store employees. 🙄 I mean really, how are we to eat ice cream in a cup without a spoon?

We were second in line with no one behind us (slow time). As we're finalizing our ice cream picks (so we can be ready to order once it's our turn), the employee rings up the people in front of us and completely disregards us once others begin to walk in and order. There is no way she did not see us next. But all is well, we left and went down the road to Great American cookies. Although they had issues with their register, they compromised with great customer service and even offered to comp our ice cream.

The workers are always moving so slow! Watching them work makes me feel unmotivated. If you can't work fast maybe don't work in fast food. To be fair, the manager is booking it around the store doing half the work for his employees.

Love going to Baskin-Robbins. Best ice cream around in my opinion. Many flavors to choose from. All thought some flavors are only available in certain stores. Like the cotton candy flavor or world almond. But it is good to visit our stores if possible. Still the best!

The wife and I decided to stop in for a snack. The service was nice and friendly. The girl who took our order was helping somewhere else before helping us and remembered to wash her hands before handling food items.The ice cream sandwich I ordered was really good. My wife ordered a butter pecan ice cream cone. No complaints whatsoever. We've been here a few different time to get donuts. Never had any issues. The store is clean and the staff helpful.

waiting 15 min drive through till i herd somone ask how can i help you...there was only 1 car ahead. Then car infront was having order issues so went inside. Poor customer service at cash register. They didn't seem to care that No kid flavors available or that we had waited. Shifty service the worse thing is the were alot of workers. Never coming back.

Went through drive thru employees were very rude. Wanted to make more than one order but was told to drive up to the window after the first and was not acknowledged after. When we got to the window and told them we had more than one order was treated like it was an inconvenience. Ordered single scoop cones requested waffle but got regular stale cones. Was not happy with this visit at all and will not be visiting this location again.

I had called the store to find out if they still had 2 of the Stranger Things quarts that I was needing to complete my set. I was trying not to be a challenging person about it, but I just wanted to see if they had the 2 I was missing. Justin was real patient and nice to me over the phone, and was able to set the 2 aside for me. I went to their location and Justin was able to help me out. I tried not to be challenging even more, (they were super busy) and I asked if he could fill my quarts with ice cream as well. Again, he was real patient and nice the whole time. I left quite satisfied. Great customer service, not just from him, but from the other staff at this location because they were all working hard to take care of everyone. I've been to 2 other locations this month, and their service doesn't even compare.

This location is very limited. No way to plan an order ahead if you've never been here before. Out of waffle cones, and it was a guessing game to know which flavors they have available. No warm brownie sundae. We ended up going to the convenient store to get our family's ice cream for ice cream night. Service was mediocre, and when we decided that we weren't going to order after all, the cashier literally said byeeeee. Not a good experience at all.

Hysterically slow service. I've worked in fast food myself and I know how stressful working a drive through can be and I'm fine with workers taking it easy and not having to hurry, but I was there for an absolutely INSANE amount of time waiting for a SINGULAR SCOOP OF ICE CREAM and three drinks, while watching almost EVERY SINGLE employee on the clock simply shuffle around the front of the store and not actually doing any kind of work whatsoever.

Manager in drive through was extremely rude. I asked her to be patient with me because I had never been here and was having trouble ordering. She told me she was in charge and to drop the attitude or she'd tell me to drive off. When I asked her name she refused to give it. When I told her I was leaving a bad review she said good and you have a good night. She had absolutely no patience with me as a customer. I feel badly for her employees

The worst BR in San Antonio. I placed an order for a polar pizza a week in advance and when I showed up to pickup, it wasnt made because they were out of crust and ice cream. An ice cream place is OUT OF ICE CREAM. 😐 I would have been okay with them canceling the order but they didnt cancel or call to let me know so I could order from another location.

I'll start by letting you know that the two vehicles in front of us left after placing the order and well now me and my wife both wish we would have driven away also.The customer service was not up to par and when we received our order of two scoops sundaes we were very disapointed.The sundaes contained two of the smallest scoops, I mean the scoops didn't even fill up half the cup (certainly does not resemble the picture you display). Then the whipped cream was more like icing which was melted.Will not recommend, both the service and the product are ridiculous!
