We ordered a pup cup for the first time and our dog loved it! It has sno with whip on top. Definitely recommend for the pups!We loved our order. We were there in the drive thru for about 20 min but also there were about 3-4 cars in front of us so not bad.

The family and I love the shaved ice from this place, it’s been very good every time we’ve gone. We probably would have gone twice as many times if it wasn’t for the ridiculous wait that you have to deal with every time you go. It’s borderline 2-3 stars with the wait, solid 4 without it. If you see 3+ cars in the drive thru, save yourself 15 minutes and order inside.Update: 4/5/23 (Repky to ownership/management)As I stated above, if you see 3+ cars in the drive through, go inside. You will likely get your order submitted before those in the drive thru. We’ve spent 25 minutes in the drive thru when we were the 3rd car in line, on more than one occasion.

I've come to this location 3 times already and every time I come I order a cherry snow and each time I receive my order I always have to hand it back to them and ask them to add more syrup because in the middle it's just the ice no syrup. Also, each time that I've gone the flavor is just off, like they water down their syrup. I've been to the other location and have no problems with the flavor or the amount of syrup that they put. I guess I just have to go to the other locations, A bit further but at least I will get what I pay for

Only putting 2 stars because the texture of the ice was good for the sno cone. The flavoring had zero it was like a splash of flavor there was ZERO syrup.Atmosphere: we went through the drive through orders at 35. And waited until 53 to get ONE sno cone… we were also the only ones in line. The other we waited another 5 minutes. we asked 1 question they had to get 2 different people for the answer… it was about what something was on the menu. We won’t be returning to the Alamo ranch location HOPEFULLY the one off 410 is better.

Great spot for a snow cone or shake. The owner is super nice and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend the blue raspberry with the tropical cream on top.

I’m sorry but I keep coming here and I always leave unsatisfied. I order a sno and each time either the flavor is wrong or the topping is incorrect or the ice itself tasted bad. I should have known because it took longer than usually (no one was there mind you) and when I got it had already started melting and honestly I wouldn’t have cared (it’s ice in Texas) but the taste of the ice itself is where I had an issue. It tasted off like the machine they used hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Honestly should have known something was off with how she handed it to me. It’s like they KNOW they’re giving me something bad. I’m not a confrontational person and I can’t keep getting a foul sno so I won’t be going back to this location. I wound up throwing it away once I got home it was too gross (I don’t like throwing money away either). I was so excited when I saw they were going to be having a Bahamas bucks in the area. But each time (I’ve been 4-5x at this point) SOMETHING is wrong. The other two stores in San Antonio are great!

📢 New Location Alert 📢Perfect treat for this Texas heat! 🔥 Best snow cones ever!Lines inside looked slow and long so pulled up to drive thru, only had 4 cars total (2 after orders placed, 2 waiting to order)- JUST as slow and long as well! 30 minutes before I could order with a 15 minute wait to receive order.I’ll wait another month to allow them to work it out.

The extended wait times didn't used to bother me too much cause the product I was getting was of good quality. Now wait times seem to be getting worse and the quality is diminishing with it as well. It's as if they barely put any flavoring in your sno and have to throw out half of it just for it to taste decent and not, literally, watered down.

My first time at this location, there were only two cars in front of me and waited way too long. You'd think this is the drive thru for Whataburger. Snow cone was delicious but I guess next time I'll try going inside.

This place is great! You can just go in and grab a quick treat that is made right in front of you. Bahama Bucks also has a very chill and relaxed atmosphere if you can catch it at a less busy time.Kid-friendliness: Can be really fun and lively during the busy times of the day and, very chill and relaxing during the slower time of day. Perfect for any of the games they have on hand or bring one of your own like uno.

I’ve gone 4 times… the first time 30 min wait.. the girl forgot my order twice…. 2nd time order was wrong she fixed it still got it wrong.. same girl as the first time… 3rd time bad service order was fine except dry snowcone as always… 4th time attitude dry snow one paid for gummies got literally 3 of them!! I’ve been going to Bahama bucks for years but this location is the WORST!!!

I was wanting something cold and refreshing! So I went to my nearest Bahama Bucks! When I tell you this was the BEST snow cone I have ever had I mean EVER HAD!!! The ice was so soft and refreshing! I had No problems what so ever!!

My family has been so happy that Bahama Bucks opened up in the neighborhood. We make trips weekly to cool down. The staff are nice and appear to enjoy working there. I have talked to the owners and they are both nice individuals.Is there a wait sometimes, yes, but that is not a bad thing. They are making our snacks fresh and shaving the ice right there. Due to the high traffic, I expect some wait time.I highly recommend this store.

I have been here a couple of times, since their opening of last week, and have no complaints. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The owner was very nice too!
