Update; We come here periodically and always thru the drive thru. Today, April 1st, we had lunch and ate inside for the first time. The place was spotless clean and the food was very good, as it always is.Update; We came on December 15th for dinner and everything was still very good.Keep up the good work!We came here on October 22nd for dinner. I had the Reuben Corned Beef sandwich and it was really good. The bread was very soft a day fresh and there was just the right amount of corned beef and sauerkraut on the sandwich. The curly fries were good and fresh. We will certainly be back.

I will be sending our dash cam footage to corporate with the recording of how rude the general manager.She is so unprofessional.She has that RBF and you can tell she doesn’t even want to be there.She didn’t bother to hand us our kids milk that came with the kids meal and she closed the window so fast we couldn’t get a word in. She didn’t even ask if there was anything else she could get for us. Then LIED saying she asked if there was anything else. Thankfully this was all recorded.We had to honk multiple times to get her attention to let her know she forgot the milk and seemed so bothered!And we know it was the GM by the jacket she was wearing with her name and position.If you want to act this unprofessional and ridiculous go work on a trashy or ghetto side of town. We don’t need you over here.

This was my fave fast food joint as a kid!We're not made of money, so if my kids & I treat ourselves to a meal that costs more than ¢50 each, it's a special occasion.I promised my lil guy a mama-son date. We pulled up to the drive thru. A lady barked, "Whatchu want?" I replied, "Hi, how are you today?" dropping an obvious hint that I'm paying so much extra for food because it comes with customer service; we can mutually be appropriately kind. I'm ALWAYS nice to fast food workers after having worked in the industry for a decade.She replied, "Are you going to order?"I ignored her rudeness at this point & asked for a double beef & cheddar.I took a bite & it didn't have cheddar or Arby's sauce. I went back & asked for the cheddar & sauce.This same lady literally approached me like she was trying to instigate a street fight for me to give her back the sandwich so she could put the sauce on it... AFTER I HAD BITTEN INTO IT. This lady aggressively planned on bringing my bitten sandwich into the public kitchen... GROSS! She had no clue what it had or had not touched in my car, nor if I had a communicable disease.I told her she can just give me the sauce I bought. She tried to argue with me 2-3x more before I decided she was too dense to recognize kindness. I informed her that bringing my bitten sandwich back into the kitchen was an illegal health code violation. She argued with me AGAIN that it was not a health code violation... Is she serious!? The whole experience was thoroughly nauseating. Please find someone that has a clue to take this lady's job.

Couldn't get the code online for the bogo April sandwiches, couldn't get the app to work. Called the Culebra/471 location and they told me they didn't know how either. Inept junk!

Arby’s has made changes for the good. The Beef Gyro was great. The Gobbler was great but pulled up short vs the menu board picture with bacon. Overall I like where Arby’s is heading.

HUGE Arby's fan, unfortunately this location fell short on the mark for me this time, I wait all year for the "orange cream" shake-super amazing- I ALWAYS order it (AND RECIEVE) WITH extra ORANGE. Well this time the woman working the drive thru claimed I couldn't get it with extra orange because it "it comes already mixed up"... I informed here I had received it like this at this location and others before, and would like it with extra orange, i was VERY polite, BUT she just said okay and proceeded to tell me my total. Got to the window shake arrives no extra orange, way to go !!! Simple request that could have been very easily honored turned into a wholly disappointing and final trip i will take my business elsewhere

The Beef and Cheddar Cheese sandwich was great. The Rootbeer Floats were fantastic. And I also ordered the Orange Dreamcycle Shake, yummm! Everything is great! Great place to get a quick bite to eat.

WOW! EASILY THE BEST Arby's I have ever been too! It feels like a classy fast food place...like fast casual steak house vibes. Wonderful ambiance, very clean...staff extremely friendly and the quality of the food was top!From this day forward when I want Arby's, I'm coming here!

It was very clean in the rest. Better than usual. The beef and cheddar sandwich seems to taste different. The cheddar isn't as sharp tasting. The staff was very friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has 2 doors. If the person in a wheelchair gets through the first door, the 2nd door may cause a problem. It opens outward also as all public places are required to open outward. I'm not sure why some places have 2 doors. That doesn't seem very handicap friendly.

Stop by to get a quick bite to eat on 9/22/02. Came inside and had the pleasure of having Tammy as our cashier. Such a wonderful, amazing soul. She was so friendly. She definitely made the dining experience so much better!

Arby's food is good, but customer service is virtually non-existent. Can't (or won't) honor "Make it Right" coupon cards issued by Arby's corporation. Corporate response is non-existent. No way to get a helpful customer service rep on the phone, and corporate doesn't even answer emails !! Such a shame that Arby's good food is made not very desirable because of non-compliance at the local level and non-existent customer service at the corporate level !!
