We just brought home our baby, Nico! He’s so amazing and we are so lucky to have found Alamo City Frenchies, LLC! Steven and Cynthia could not be more amazing! They helped us find our perfect Frenchie and while we waited for him, they sent pictures and videos and updates almost daily! When Nico was ready to come home, they had prepared a personalized bag with all kinds of goodies- a doggie bowl, a toy, food and water bowls, an awesome Astros blanket and dog food jar with food! Customer service is top notch and I cannot recommend them more! They were patient with all my questions and so informative and knowledgeable! I can’t thank them enough!

My family and I were interested in finding our 1st puppy for our 7 year old son. I would like to thank Alamo City Frenchie for a wonderful experience. They were very detailed with the training process. They even sent us home with food, a bed & blanket, toys, pee pads, and a kennel until we purchased our own. (Customized blanket with his name BLU) If we have any questions, they are always available with out hesitation. We highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Alamo City Frenchies! They were terrific from the very first phone call. We were able to meet our sweet pup when we put down our deposit to reserve him. ACF sent us a video of him while we waited for him to be old enough to come home. They always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful in passing along all the frenchie knowledge we needed to prepare our home for our new little guy! They sent us home with a new puppy care kit that had everything we needed to make the transition easy… even cute personalized items with our pup’s name! Our puppy was sweet and cuddly from the very first day so we know he was very much loved before joining our family. He was familiar with the crate so he never cries when we crate him and they even gave us a head start on potty training! He was in perfect health at his first vet well check. You can’t go wrong choosing Alamo City Frenchies for your new sweet pup! Steven and Cynthia are wonderful and we are so grateful we found them! 💕

Best experience buying a puppy! It was like adopting a baby. They take excellent care of their babies and are meticulous about their health. They are excellent record keepers. We received a complete record of our puppy. It included her history such as who her parents were and her siblings too. Cynthia provided everything needed for the puppy's first home from the bed to her bowl. She even provided a blanket and a doggie diaper bag for her with her initials. I recommend ALAMO CITY FRENCHIES to anyone wanting a French Bulldog.

This was the best experience I could have ever had buying a new puppy! They were amazing all the way around. They responded quickly, everything was 100% professional, you can tell the dogs are extremely well taken care of and loved, they have everything documented and they make it dummy proof to take over.When I’m ready for another one I’m definitely going back! First time caller long time listener…when it comes to reviews….but I just had to. Alamo City came through in a big way. I got a beautiful dog and they really gave me a great deal. My son has been begging me for a Frenchie for the longest and I looked around and talked to many other breeders but I eventually felt the most comfortable with Alamo.
