I had a wonderful experience from two professional people from this service. I want to give high remarks to Domingo and Nathan for such a wonderful job that they did at my house. I had carpet cleaning, tile, floor, and granite countertops serviced. I just have to say wow very professional, which is becoming very uncommon in today’s market. They placed furniture and wall protectors and carpets throughout my house to protect my wood floors. They are definitely highly recommended and will be referred. I’m also a picky homeowner so that speaks volume.

I cannot even describe how BAD AND NASTY my carpets were. Previous owners had 0 cleanliness habits. Indoor pets (to which included chickens we later learned) and I have two very mess toddler boys. These carpets were installed late 90s and Aladdin was my last ditch effort before pulling the trigger on new flooring. I am in AWE at how amazing my carpets look and smell!! I am beyond impressed and satisfied. I will definitely be using them in the future for other restoration projects! I wish I had before photos but here are my afters!Service: Carpet cleaning

Aladdin, a name i have known since youth. Magic Lamp. Magic carpet. I had seen Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration facility years ago on Josephine St when I attended a function at the Hi Wire. Later a friend asked me where he could have his rugs cleaned. Researched carpet cleaning & recommended this one. Lo & behold who would have thought my house would sustain water damage last month from a broken water heater. Five Turkish /Asian carpets were. Water logged & damaged. QD Restoration took them to Aladdin. They were delivered today. Professionally done. Dry. Clean. Restored to original beauty. Now so happy the rugs are hugging floors in our house. Need to point out we have owned these rugs 31 - 57 years. They look new. Thank all for restoring. Unequivocally, Recommend Aladdin for any carpet cleaning restoration job.

Aladdin Cleaning took on the task of cleaning my tile floors. When I tell you these floors were filthy please understand they were absolutely gross. When I purchased this house I attempted to clean them myself, I spent hours. Nothing worked, it was embarrassing and bothersome.Now enter Joe T. and Josh V. true genies at Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration! They worked their magic in granting my wish for clean floors, one could even say spotless it actually I’d go as far as saying NEW floors! I couldn’t be happier with the results. They literally moved EVERY single piece of furniture and even took pictures before they did so they could put it all back once finished. Not only were they absolutely amazing with my floor but they were so very kind. It was a privilege to have them in my home!Many thanks to the Double J’s!!!!

Just had new tile installed. The company that installed them didn’t do the best job cleaning them. Charles came out told me right away they could help me out and take care of it. Was out a few days later. Tech cleaned everything and color stain our grout and sealed them. Floors look 10X better. Very satisfied with the work they did. Joe T. With Aladdin came out and did a GREAT job cleaning my master bedroom carpet and chair upholstery after a renovation in my bathroom left my room in a dusty mess! We have a 10 by 14 rug that we purchased about 5 years back from Ashley's Furniture. This is a high traffic rug in our living room. Also, last year, we had an older dog who had a few accidents on the rug... We tried steam cleaning it, vacuuming it, getting the carpet cleaner spray, but nothing could seem to get the dirt and grime out. Nothing would get the odor out... Then we found Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration on Google! What sold us was their YouTube video showing the process, scrubbing, and the machines they have... It's quite impressive!!! It cost us a little over $300 to get a rug cleaned, but I tell you what, it looks brand new, and the odor is completely eliminated!! 100% worth it!!!!! We would have paid an extra if they would have videoed the process of cleaning our rug so we could see the amount of nasty water that would come out of it LOL

Charles and his 2 associates restored our marble floors, marble and granite countertops over a period of a week. The cost was not cheap but the excellent results confirmed a wise investment. The team meticulously cleaned, removed rust stains, repaired chips, and polished our surfaces. All 3 were amiable and Charles is a natural story teller, an added bonus. I'd be delighted to have them back for future needs.

I recently purchased a home and "inherited" from the previous owners a beautiful 20 x 12 oriental rug. It became filthy dirty during some remodel work. Aladdin picked up the rug and returned it in a short time and it is now clean, bright, and more beautiful than I imagined it could be. Everyone who sees it comments on how bright the colors are. My floors (tile and engineered wood) were also dirty from workers boots and invasive sheetrock dust and after 6 hours of cleaning by Aladdin's crew, the floors are super clean. (I thought the tile floor was black. After Aladdin's great cleaning job, I now see that it's charcoal gray. :) ) Their staff, from the very engaged person who answers the phone to the servant-leader owner, are all professional, responsive, courteous and customer focused. I paid them $1244 to clean my ducts. They showed up without a ladder only to come back an hour and a half later with a ladder that is still too small. Then after they left, my HVAC suddenly doesn’t work anymore. I tried calling them twice to discuss the concern but they have ignored us. Just wait for the papers to be served to you then. Your choice.

Eric and Austin did a wonderful job! They cleaned the spot left by our dog’s accident on an area rug, set up a fan, and propped up the rug so it could dry on both the top and the bottom.
