Went some time ago on the 26th of april it was early in the morning and the customer service was terrible. The girl and guy were ignoring me and giving me weird eyes from the moment I walked in and after they made my shirt I kindly told her it looked crooked she told me “well it’s not so…” what kind of service!!

They guys are super friendly and helpful. They make the shirts right there and are surely to have a design to your liking. Do wish there were more postcard & sticker options, but found something I liked and did have more too choose from from another shop nearby.

LOVED this place. It’s in Alamo Plaza right across from the Alamo.Find a pattern hanging on the wall, then select the size and color of shirt you want. I’m fashion challenged, but the staff here are super cool and they’ll advise you on what color logo looks good on what color shirt. They’re also good about advising you about which logos might be too large for kids’ shirts.Staff was extremely patient with me and VERY nice, and I got in and out of there with two shirts for $20. They printed the shirts while I waited and it didn’t take long at all. It took me longer to make a selection than it did for them to print them - and they were busy the day I was there.I’m very happy with my purchase and experience - FIVE solid stars to this place!!!

I love T-Shirts. This place was legit. They didn't have black T's left, but the owner told me I could buy my own T, and he would still print the design I wanted. I did that, and they literally printed my T in 10 seconds, no joke. Absolutely amazing and super fast. Thanks 77 T's!

Was in San Antonio for work last year and the folks here were amazing in helping me get Texas themed gifts for my whole family. Great prices and quality! Ended up going back to SA later the following month for work and stopped by again to pick up extra souvenirs. Awesome place and hopefully I'll be back again one day!

Came in to browse and ended up buying a couple of shirts. Quality is really nice, and they have a wide variety of styles and sizes. Will be coming in again to buy more for gifts. Employees were Candice and Alyssa, they were super helpful and nice, and definitely brightened up what had been a bad day. 10/10 will be back soon!

Amazing Experience! I was just visiting all the local shops too see what kind of city San Antonio was and your shop couldn't have been better! The Souvenirs and shirts were awesome and made me laugh, I just had to take some with me. But the real star was the awesome customer service!!! I had a fun and pleasant conversation with Gabby I believe and she made an amazing impression! As a traveler I go to many places, and deal with many types of people. This experience is definitely one of the better ones that I have. Thank you to the awesome staff for all the help!

This store is all about Customer Service! Agnes Ramos was extremely personable, professional, patient and helpful!!!! While on vacation I was in looking for t-shirts for myself and others; 77T's has just about every color and kind of t-shirt (short, quarter, long sleeves and tanks) you can imagine and they can personalize each and everyone with a logo of your choice. All the shirts don't fit the same (e.g. a medium in one brand/style might not fit like a medium in another brand) -- they do have a changing area for you to try them on though. I was having trouble choosing, but Agnes was so patient and brought me shirt after shirt to try until I found what I wanted. Their logos are applied expertly off a template and within a short period of time. And prices are very reasonable with discounts for multiple purchases. Hats are also available for logo applications. After several washings, my shirts have kept their shape and the logo has remained intact.While I waited I chatted with the owner, a family man from my hometown of Tucson, he truly cares about his store, staff & customers. Agnes supported me the most during my visit but all the staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend 77T's - The T-shirt Factory (situated right across from The Alamo) from someone who hates shopping to enjoying a nice shopping experience.

My sister and I went and saw the Alamo and decided to walk the strip and window shop. We walked in just glancing around because we saw a really cute shirt outside. That's when the owner/manager told us that if we found a plan shirt or hoodie we can get any print on the wall on that shirt. He also told us how we can customize and edit them so each are unique. He also gets new designs in like every week so it's always changing! Plus they had a deal, buy 2 for $20! Win win. We loved it and will definitely be back. Also the shirts are super comfortable too.

I googled best souvenir shops around downtown and found this place. You can get tons of logos on any shirt in stock, very quick to print. Ariel went above and beyond being helpful and getting various designs for me. The store owner Daniel was super nice and chatted it up while I was browsing. Not all of the music playing and shirts are family friendly, but they have tons of stuff for kids there too.

What a great place! You can buy clothing that is already printed. Like the printing, but it is not in your size, the color you wanted, or you want it on a hoodie instead of a tank top - just ask. They will make it for you on the spot. And, the best part, the prices are reasonable- my hoodie $24.99, not on sale with custom printing which is free. The staff is friendly, helpful and talented. Don't miss this opportunity for a really great place to buy souvenir.

Had a awesome experience there with a Ms. Ariel , very sweet girl very friendly and welcoming . Helped me pick out some nice things for my family in Chicago , also recommend these sweet spots for some good food and drinks , if your ever down there be sure to ask for her she’ll get you what you need. This an awesone place to visit while in San Antonio, Texas. The customer service is amazing. They also custom print your shirts right in front of you. The employee Ariel also was extremely helpful and worked with me. Definitely stop in.💕💕💕

Everytime ive come in ive had great customer service. Gabbs has always been professional, this guy has the audacity to say " this is an honest review, i do not know this person personally" is insane hes harassed her for months already ive seen it on facebook even making videos (public youtube videos) how dare he say he does not know her. I give charliehangwhatshisface 0 stars for being a liar and trying to take this to someones work place that's a new low.

Charlie Long is not a critic, just someone who has an obsession with one of the store employees, Gabby. He's stalked her outside of her job while recording videos as he tries to talk "smack" about her, even going as far as using pics of her, her boyfriend and her little brother in his thumbnails for his videos. He's a compulsive liar and tries to act like the victim. If anything, Gabby is a really awesome person. I'm really good friends with her and she loves her job and she takes it very seriously. Oh and Charlie if you're seeing this, your channel is slowly dying.

Everyone please don’t acknowledge or believe “Hangman Charlie”. He has been stalking Gabbs for the past year or so. He constantly makes fake accounts and reviews just to make her life miserable and try to get her fired from her jobs. She is a very hard working employee full of life who enjoys her job. She’s the friendliest and kindest person you will ever met and she takes her job very seriously. She is no way rude at all what so ever and never has been. She takes her job very seriously and it’s sad to see someone try to take that from her. Charlie’s obsession with Gabbs has grown so much i feel like she might be in danger. Please dont allow him in the store ever. If anyone see’s him kick him out ASAP
