I used to enjoy coming here until these online orders and app orders started coming out. It really absolutely defeats the purpose of a coffee shop. This is a chain i get it but it should at least stick to it's roots and values. Now it's basically a factory of human robots that can't look at people in the eye anymore because they are so stressed of the back to back and beyond orders and because people waiting have been waiting like literally a ridiculously long time for something that to start off isn't even authentic anymore but the are sold by a brand.

Dont sell a 60 dollar travel mug that gives you free coffee for a month, then have people wait 30 minutes to refil it. How hard is to fill it up, the person could have just turn around filled in in 10 seconds and gone on my way.

Rude customer service. Patiently waited in line, come up to the window, drink was wrong, could have been easily fixed ( I work as a barista too ) and was given the ugliest attitude bc I said it was wrong and the barista swore it was right. Like? I don’t understand why you have to be so ugly about something that can be easily fixed, and mistakes happen, I wasn’t even mad about it? I just don’t get it.

Longest wait times than any other SB I've encountered (10 min +/- before being acknowledged). This location has been like this for years now. Pretty sure management/owners are at fault for this... Staff are just fine. Consider using another location. 151 & Potranco or the new 211 & Potranco. Hope this post helps.
