I called to get my prescriptions transferred over to another Walgreens. Lady did not speak English very well, which is fine but she got confused and just hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I understand the frustration but do not just hang up on your customers. Will never use this pharmacy again.

Msg to the owner, please don't close this store down overnight. Some employees of yours need that income (they've told me in person), the entire city needs your store open! If you shut down over-night there is no other store open in the entire city. Us Door Dashers will make sure you have business as normal, please don't close this store, it's a vital part of the Angelo economy and well-being. Condoms, baby formula, diapers and wipes are essential. Please reconsider, you have some employees I know who will work the overnight shift. I ask yet again please reconsider shutting it down.

The girl at the checkout was very nice and friendly even though it was almost midnight!! And she held the items that I wanted to purchase for me so I could run out to our Jeep to get my debit card since I didn't have enough cash at that time!

The absolute WORST OF THE WORST pharmacy service! Seeing all of these 1 star reviews makes me wonder if the corporate office even cares! I had an out of town emergency refill. I was told 7:30 pm. That was blown off until 11am the next day. What if this was heart medication!? The girl was rude as hell besides!

Closing the store at midnight is stupid. Ppl have emergencies and sick kids at night. They need a place they can get medicine for cases such as this. I was deathly ill one night and no convenience store had the things I needed.

Have tried to fill a prescription for some insulin for the past month (t1d) and so far, I’ve only gotten this back and forth thing between calling my endocrinologist and this particular pharmacy. I have no idea what happened to this place…. because they would have gotten my prescription no later than a few hours or a day after I would call for a refill, and it was the one pharmacy that was close enough to the clinics I go to for my appointment. It’s unacceptable. I need that insulin to keep myself alive. The cashiers are friendly though, so it gets one star.

I hate this Walgreens! Every time I come to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy is closed. Who closes a pharmacy at 12 noon when people are on their lunch break and need to run errands? I'm switching to HEB this is ridiculous!

We have had multiple issues with the pharmacy techs at this Walgreens. Their lack of customer service is appalling. On multiple occasions, we went to pick up prescriptions for my daughter and they told us we had the wrong information for OUR daughter, they didn’t have our insurance on file (which they absolutely did), argued and charged us full price, and then gave us the prescription without correcting any of our daughter’s information. Even after telling them the information is wrong multiple times, we picked up yet another prescription today that has our daughter’s address in California. We have never lived in California a day in our life

Worst of the worst. Waiting over a day for a prescription while my dad is home sick. They didn't answer my calls, so I drive in to check. Lady in line ahead of me has been waiting two and a half days. Still 220 orders ahead of my dad's medicine, and they close in two hours. Probably won't be until tomorrow. Angry that my dad will not see relief until tomorrow .Insult to injury! Stopped by the next day. Sign says sorry the pharmacy is closed. This is an essential service?Closed

Absolutely the worst. Not only do they not take care of their patients, they won’t even transfer your meds to the pharmacy you would prefer to go to (the pharmacist at my new pharmacy waited on the phone for 45 minutes for transfers and just kept getting put on hold). On top of it all, the pharmacist was pretentious. Go to an independent pharmacy like Medical Arts, you will be treated like family, not a number.

This store never can seem to get insurance information correct. I've updated the information 4 times in two months and am STILL being over charged for meds because I don't have the time to sit and argue with the pharmacy technicians. Horrible customer service.

This location used to be top notch. After covid they switched to no longer be 24 hours. Now they have many of our meds filled off site. I understand they have trouble with finding help, which we have too at our business. Their services have gone down hill. Recent weather they closed for two days. Life sustaining businesses I would think would be open.we could not get our.meds for our life issues. Everywhere else were open. I like the employees but their turn over is high. Takes a long time to get something filled. They are having stocking issues with common meds.if it was not for their app and employees I would go elsewhere. I selected them for their 24 hours open and also they stocked our meds. I am hoping they get back on track. Fewer customers would make it better from the issues I see.

Patiently waited for a prescription for 3 days checking on it daily. They said they had the medicine each day I checked on it. Only for the pharmacy to tell me on the 4th day… “oh, those are on backorder”

I went thru the drive thru today to get some zyrtech D, which is kept behind the counter in the pharmacy, for my copd. I am physically disabled and have problems walking the distance of going into the store at times. I had gotten some from the same drive thru just a few months back. Now they say their policy is you have to come into the store to get it. Well this doesnt work with my medical conditions. I find it backwards that a pharmacy is making it hard for the physically disabled to get medicine they need, this is the world we live in today. I will never to to that store again.

So thoughtful of their customers, just went in cause i had the worst cough and allergies @4a.m. And the manager and one worker asked if me and my friend felt safe walking out to our car after cashing out. Very sweet, need more workers like this!

Drove in from a small town 40 min away after our doctor called in a prescription for some needed medication.We get there and the drive through attendant told us our prescription wasn't in the system.We checked back with our doctor to confirm they had in fact called it in to this Walgreens an hour ago, but the clerks here couldn't find it at all and had no recollection of the call.After standing in line for several minutes they asked the actual pharmacist if he had gotten the call and he managed to find it in a stack of papers (and it was not loaded in the system).We ended up having to wait another 45 minutes after they found the prescription request to receive the medication...

I have been getting my prescriptions from here for a while. Overall, they have wonderfully great staff! Super friendly, patient, and helpful.The place itself, however, is not too great. It seems as though they always have long lines--and I mean ALWAYS. The lines, naturally, take an incredibly long time to get to you.You would think that after consistent long waiting periods for customers, they would already have hired more staff to tackle the problem, or that at least they have more staff during busiest times. But you would be wrong to think that. They still have long lines with long waiting times.I may finally stop being lazy and take my insurance info to CVS or another pharmacy that doesn't require me to have a 30 minute time slot to pick up my prescriptions.

Everything was fine going through the drive through, tonight. We actually didn't have to wait in a line. My only complaint is the lady at the window, Yvette could have been a little friendly, no smile, greeting, or anything.. She could have at least said welcome to Walgreens.

I was literally in que to be answered by the pharmacy today. After 7 minutes of waiting, the computerized message said, "Sorry the pharmacy is closed for a meal break and will reopen at 2pm." I get needing to eat but you would think they would answer the calls that had been on hold waiting for them!

Normally good pharmacy service despite the high volume of customers they serve. But being ignored while waiting in line for 15 minutes while staff behind the counter chat about their personal dramas and then being mistakenly told to go to another window to have prescriptions filled - when I was there to pick up prescriptions - was an example of poor customer service, incompetence and laziness by employee who didn't even bother to ask why I was there.After another long wait I had to get back in the original line and have the same employee loudly scold me in front of a long full of people and telling me my order wasnt rrady yet.When I explained I was there to pick up a prior prescription she didn't bother to look anything up and just said no prescriptions had been called in since 2015, surprising since I've only been living in San Angelo for a couple months.I told her I would come back later when there was a competent person serving customers.So offended and frustrated I will never use Walgreens again for anything. Why pay overinflated prices for horrible, incompetent service.

Went to this Walgreens to pickup my prescription and they said they didn’t have it in stock and it would be a few days until they could order it. I have keratitis and my eye is in complete agony. I needed it ASAP before it gets worse. Now I have to pray CVS has it. Thanks for nothing.

Pharmacy is horrible!!! Don't fill your prescription here ever! Rudest customer service, not willing to help you or answer any questions that you might have. I receive calls and text messages telling me my prescriptions are ready, and when i go get them they never are. They tell me to come back in an hour. They are so slow. Had my prescriptions filled here for a few months but every time I go here I walk out mad, so never going back!

Walgreens is Walgreens. It's pretty much a one shop for alot of the little things one night need for H.B.A ( Health and Beauty aides,) as well as prescriptions, some lite needs in the catagory of pens pencils, paper, greeting cards. Etc one can also find small food items such as milk, ice cream, sodas,a fairly decent selection of wines, smaller frozen foods, pizzas, and etc.. they also carry a small selection of tabacco products. So it's a good place for a quick visit for the smaller items one might need until you can go to a bigger chain store.

Usually I would've rated this place higher, but tonight.....As I'm walking up to the door, there are two ladies standing outside. I may be wrong, but I thought they were both taking a cigarette break. There is also a gentleman unloading a floor buffer up close to the door. When I get almost to the door, one of the ladies tells me that the electricity went out and it will take 30min for their computers to come back on. So I left.
