Have gone here a couple times and would normally give it 5 stars. I called last time for boarding my dog and my mil dog. I also scheduled a haircut for my dog over the phone. The lady must have forgotten or not wrote it down which is fine stuff happens. But she then decided to argue with my sis in law and say we didn’t schedule a haircut and call me a liar. That’s why 3 stars and not 5. Not sure if it was a bad day but to call a customer a liar is kinda ridiculous.

It seems to depend on who is there to groom your dog whether or not the grooming is adequate. Doug does a good job and does what you ask for, not too much luck with the other groomer. Be sure to ask who’s working.

Doug and his crew are so good with my animals. My dogs love him and he even does my cat and he tolerates it well. The animals feel comfortable with them.

I'm not sure why they won't accept any type of pits. Feels like you should advertise that if you don't accept a certain type of dog and you call yourself "The Dog House". My staffordshire terrier is a very chill dog, but I suppose you don't want my business.

Worst experience ever! I wish I could have rated a 0. My puppy was in the smallest kennel possible upon picking up as well as wearing his harness and leash hanging out of the kennel. There was no way he could have stood up in this kennel at all. Upon bringing out he peed in hallway and then took out and peed another 3 minutes. Upon bringing home went another 4 times and drank 2 full bowls of water. Upon calling the customer service was horrible and says it’s all excitement pee. His dog bed smells completely of urine and needs to be thrown away, and he has never had an accident in the house. Do not take your pet here ever!!!

Great place for anyone to take their pets!!! They genuinely care about your best friend and it shows in everything. The "pupachino" wasn't from there but with a cut like that he had to have one😉

I am new in town, and I was referred here by a coworker who said this is the only place who never cut her pup. I've gone twice so far, and both cuts were perfect. I know my little pup is a handful, but regardless, each time they politely lie to me as tell me he was well-behaved ;-) Their process is also great for working folks, as they will allow you to pick up during your lunch break or when you get off in the afternoon.

Our dogs' reactions to this facility tell us everything we need to know-- they are excited to arrive and are happy and excited to see us when it is time to leave. Our boys can often be picky eaters and require some individual medications, and I know that they will be well fed and taken care of here. Their prices are also incredibly fair, and I appreciate that they allow two of our dogs to stay together for company. Thanks, staff of The Dog House.

Called to ask about pricing, services, and other general questions when it came to boarding my dog. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude from the jump. 1st red flag. When I continued asking questions, he gave very short answers, and seemed bothered to have to answer them. 2nd Red Flag. The 3rd, was when I was asking what amenities they have for the fur-babies, if they let them swim or play with other dogs, or just humans (I have called other boarding places in town, and they do allow this!) the answer? "No." so I asked if it was just individual play "yes, if we have time." I was concerned when they answered the phone and seemed unconcerned about any type of customer service, but with the continued red flags, I would never feel comfortable boarding my fur-baby here. Advice to the owners and employees: customer service counts. You cannot be rude to people and expect to gain business. In this industry especially, you should be taking pride in your work and should want to answer all the questions humanly possible that people have, we are placing our pets, a member of our family, in your care, and you have to be able to build that trust with the pet owner from the time that they call in.

Took my dog their on a limb when going out of town, thought the price was great for a fours day leaving him there.... Picked him up and he reeked of urine, his nice dog bed I took had others dog urine all over it, as well as poop. I was not pleased with the way his stay was. He also looked like he was not feed... dog food was missing but seemed that other dogs had been eating it, he was very VERY skinny looking. Please do not take your dog there if you want them to be taken care of..... sad he had to be there for over a DAY :/

If I could give them fewer stars, I would. Anyone who says they care about their dog needs to avoid this place at all costs. We left our dog here for one night over the weekend and when we tried to pick him up the next morning, there was no one there that could give us our dog. They check the dogs in the morning and then just leave them for upwards of 10 hrs by themselves. When we went back to pick him (at the time that they said they would be there...and weren't) there were 4 other customers also angrily waiting for their dogs!!On top of this, she didn't even look at our pet records that we put in her hands. So how do we know that all dogs have their shots?!Again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!

The service and care my dogs recieved from this grooming service was excellent. I took an old reluctant 100lb lab; who turned into a ragdoll. Hyper full sized Aussie; who had never been to a groomer, and a miniature dachshund, who is a demanding princess. These ladies gave each of these dogs all I wanted and more at a very low price. We will be back.

WORST PET CARE EVER!!! No one even takes care of the dogs. "I check once in the morning and then once in the evening and all pets leave happy and safe." Exact words that were said by the only person that works there. On the weekends you have a 1 hr window in the morning and and 1 hr window in the evening to pick up. You can't get a hold of anyone outside of these windows and your dogs are left entirely alone in a cage for hours upon hours. How this place is even open is beyond me.

Highly recommended! We are boarding our dog for a lengthy amount of time. We were able to schedule last minute and they were extremely reasonable on rates. They are very attentive to our animals needs.

We left our two dogs for a few days and I called them ahead of time to let them know I was on my way so they could get them ready, and when I arrived an employee came to the window and raised her eyebrows, I was hello lm here to pick up both my dogs, which both latterly ran out the door and the smelt of ur urine and dog feces that blasted me in the face and had it on their paws, i had to walk them to calm them down and wipe them down before getting them into my vehicle, I had to vacuum and air out my truck and give my poor dogs a bath. Never AGAIN will they go through that pain!!!

The male groomer hemoraged my dogs eyes. I will never go there again. It took 2wks for him not to cringe every time anyone came near. My Vet said he had been choked. He is a little dog it made no sense. I reported to Better Business and ASPCA.

We have been going here with our three dogs since the dogs parents and us have been going here...Seems like 12 or more years now..love these people..they do excellent work and care for these pets as their own. These our GOOD People to care for your dogs. Lots of TLC and treats 💋💋💋💋

It took 7 hours to just bathe my dog no grooming, and she still smelled bad when i got her home. Plus she got an eye infection as well. Not impressed at all.

Hours for drop off and pickup are strange and inconvenient. I tried scheduling my dogs for a weekend, but they do not take Pitbulls, which in my opinion is complete BS!!! “Pun intended “ Guess they’re off my list!
