Love the Starbucks in the Market street store. The people there are always really friendly and the drinks are awesome. Best of all, no long drive thru lines to wait in like the other locations around town.

Absolutely live this Starbucks. Only one I will come into. Especially in the mornings. The girls here are super friendly and patient because I don’t always know what I want and they explain to me the differences in the coffees. I think her name is Vanessa or Nessa. But she’s super patient and kind. And my coffee always tastes great and it doesn’t take long at all!

Love the Starbucks the girls are usually nice. However, today I went to Starbucks and instead of the two girls working on making my drinks. They stood around and talked while holding my pitcher as if they were going make my drinks. Maria and the girl in the blue hair. I was super disappointed in their interaction with me as a customer and speed of service needs improvement.

I love this Starbucks! The baristas know me by name and are very friendly and helpful. I was shift supervisor for 2 years in Ohio and there is nothing I would change or complain about. This stores manager should give the crew a great high five and great job!

I love the wide open space! Always great drinks! This store is my favorite because you have the wide variety of food options. From market st. You don't have to settle for a Starbucks meal with your drink. The downfall is that the tables are always dirty.

Honestly the drink was fine but good lord that manager needs to be FIRED! I saw her loudly berating employees who seemed to just be new or in training and just overall being very rude to the employees. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have high turnover there. People quit managers, not jobs.

This location is always staffed by friendly people. The coffees come out in a fast and orderly manner even when they are packed with patrons. Great place to get a coffee. Atmosphere is very nice, always nice to sit and drink a coffee.

Went to the one on Sherwood and Ave N and got ripped off!!! People make sure they are charging you correctly for their over priced coffee. I ordered an iced shaken espresso yesterday and they charged me $5.03 and this morning I ordered the same thing but said that they overcharged and it should be $4.23! I mentioned it to the kid at the window and he didn't seem to care as if "Oh well". MAKE SURE they are charging you correctly!!!!

I went last week for the Frappuccino special and I wanted to load money on my card. The cashier was really nice but the girl that was trying to help her rolled her eyes when she realized I didn’t have a physical card on me. Every Starbucks is different of course but all I did was ask if there was a way to scan my app to reload my card and the girl (Amaris) had a bad attitude about it and when she called her managers over she seemed super bothered about it. For someone that’s supposed to be a leader you should have a little more respect for paying customers.

Best Starbucks in town! I love everyone that works there. They have taken the time to learn my name and my order. My daughter went to a coloring contest here last weekend and we had to leave before the prizes were given out and they remembered and gave me her prize the following week. I often work up at the cafe, too and love the atmosphere. More spacious than any other Starbucks in town.

Come here often. Love that they will improvise and make you a similar drink if they don't offer it on the menu. I also like the fact they have drinks for kids. They will also make a decaffeinated drink if you need to avoid it. They accommodate your needs and preferences. Prices are always fair, and employees friendly and helpful. Gave them 4 stars because maneuvering some of the parking lots and drive-thrus are difficult and crowded. Also not easy to get to in some locations.

I don’t usually go to this Starbucks, but when I do, I know that I will get a great tasting drink from baristas Maria and Vanessa. They are really nice and can make drinks in a timely manner. Even while talking to others.

I tried to visit to buy from here for a friend. I couldn't even get in the parking lot. It's a small coffee shop in a busy location with very little parking. I will never pay their prices for a cup of coffee for me, obviously the rest of the city has no problem. I wanted to do it as a Bday breakfast for someone else. Didn't happen because I couldn't get near the driveway, let alone the building.

Service, well lets talk about that. How come when i am the only one in line, no one in front of me no one behind me and i am acknowledged by the person behind the counter but when someone else walks up, i am completely passed over? Can that be explained? Now, I can't speak of the person that walked up didn't even say that iwas next. I thought i would give Starbucks yet another try because i was in the mood for some coffee and it is as right there but I remembered how come I don't like Starbucks because it is for the rude, snooty, and very disrespectful people that go there. Nope, not for me but the fact that the firat person in line should be taken care of first. Oh, by the way, i left without getting anything.

Five stars for the people and drinks, but 1 star for the fact they can't redeem the apps points or free items. This makes it pointless to even visit while it waste your once a year item like a birthday free item.

Friendly, helpful, personable, sincere. Store is meticulously clean. Wifi was recently upgraded and is very good. I have a new found respect for Starbucks.
