Came here for the first time looking for dog treats. They have a wide variety. They even have some fresh baked cookies which were extremely cute. Unfortunately, the black icing/coating on some of the cookies, made my dog's business turn black for two days. Not sure if that was good or not but I'll refrain from getting any more of those cookies for him.

My Stella looks beautiful. She was so clean and happy upon pick up. The groomer did a wonderful job overall. My Stella is a more indoor dog, so she will stay nice for a longer time than my boys. Worth the money

I used grooming service months ago and it was great. Nice front desk lady and sweet groomer that too her time. HOWEVER, something has changed . I booked a grooming appt a few days ago and a lady called me today and said “ I see here in your notes you were very dissatisfied the last time and what is it you really want ? Not professional sounding at all. I told the lady I didn’t ever complain that I was satisfied and maybe the notes are in wrong customer! She asked if I had shot records on my dog which I showed that before but I explained that dog was due for shots last weeek but have a vet appointment next week. Just a few days out of the window. Immediately the lady said “oh no we can’t do that” I got the impression and feeling they wanted nothing to do with me and she was quick to cancel my appointment and hung up quickly. By the way she spoke to me it was in a very rushed manner to get off the phone. That was my perception anyway. It was very strange and different than the first time I went. I do not recommend !

I can not even express enough how happy I am with this place! Owner and groomer went above and beyond to make my puppy and I very comfortable with her first grooming. I was so scared and nervous about how she would do with her first grooming. My puppy went right to Kyra as though she had been doing it every day of her life. Kyra is super sweet and did an amazing job!!! The boutique is absolutely adorable and has the neatest things for your fur baby. Everything is set up nicely and makes it easy to shop while your dog is being groomed. Remi and I will definitely be back soon!!!Thank you Jenny, Kyra and Jazz for making Remi and I feel welcomed and right at home.(((HUGS))) from Remi and Kary🤗

Talk about pampering your pooch! Pure Heart has the cutest clothes, accessories, and treats for your pets. I love their seasonal and holiday dog treats. A fun place to get gifts and they have grooming services!

I took Maddie my precious Shih Tzu to be groomed and Austin did a fabulous job. We were both treated so very well. Of course we then bought some wonderful treats for later at home.

One of our doggos has a history of seizures when anxious/at groomers; Pure Heart did an excellent job keeping her at ease during grooming and both of our dogs looked great! Staff were friendly, prices very reasonable. We will be return customers :)

This pet store is unbelievable! I have these amazing dog treats that they make. The decorations are so fancy you would think they would be for human consumption. My shih Tzu gobbled it up and wanted more. I also have these strange looking duck legs that look kind of funky and gross but again my dog ate them up and wanted more. I also got this sausage stuff he loves it's fantastic. This place has a bunch of clothes and other things that if you love your dog you need to go see this place!

Visiting from out of town and called earlier this week to see if they'd accept a walk-in to get my pup's nails trimmed. The lady said yes any time this week yet when I came on Friday apparently all the groomers are off on Fridays.Also the strong perfumes in the store gave my dog a sneezing attack

First time grooming for a big dog. They were quick and painless. Actually could tell that my dog liked it rather than see him anxious to get out the door. Will definitely be returning.
