i have been going with barbara since my shih tzu was a puppy. once she left petsmart (they wouldn’t tell me where she went) i went to someone else who absolutely butchered my dog. after that i got a call saying that she was at petco now and would love to still have my dog as a client. i’ve gone to barbara for 3 years now. my dog hiro (like hero) gets so excited to see her or hear her name being said. she’s amazing. i’ve never had such a great experience with a groomer. finding a groomer is hard. i got lucky finding barbara when hiro was a puppy. i’d recommend her to anyone with a small breed. she’s the best!(also he’s cut short bc he hates his hair long.)

As busy as she was Yodie still got his full loving attention her always adores! He is a star there and he loves to come visit. His formal dress tie he came home with will of course come in handy later! Great job!

I dropped off two of my dogs to be groomed. The groomer was very professional and polite. I was extremely satisfied with the care my dogs received.

Appt today was with Amara. Young white girl, thin, face piercings arm sleeves. Very quiet when she brought Sammie out to me at 4pm.However, at 330pm I came in to find her in mid rant. Yelling about "why EVERY damn dog is SHAKING today".I heard a loud bang that sounded like she kicked the tub and she continued yelling for a solid three minutes.I stood there nauseated and praying there wasn't a dog in the tub. Unfortunately, the helper.took a young brown pittie out a couple of minutes later. The poor animal looked petrified.As a nurse, I fully understand the sentiment of.wanting to fall apart. As a professional? You just don't do it to your patient/clientEspecially animals/the very old & children because they are defenseless.I will never be able to take Sammie back to Petco with prace of mind. I hope you don't either.

At first I was very nervous about getting my cocker spaniel groomed here but I have to say I am beyond happy with her cut. Tori did an amazing job and is extremely polite and helpful. My sweet girl is finally pretty again!

The team at Petco Grooming is incredible! I've had nothing but great experiences with them. My dog is comfortable and happy while in their care and they treat him as he if was their own pet. I couldn't be happier with them!

Have used Petco for over three years for grooming and have always been very happy and most importantly my DOG is happy. He has never been scared when we arrive, in fact he runs to Maddy, his groomer. That is very important to me.

Very pleased! Walked into the grooming center & was greeted very graciously & energetically. They groomed my 3 furbabies in a very timely manner & they looked & smelled great! My only slight disappointment is they don't put bandanas on my males.

Called and no answer, said to go to their website. Spend 10 minutes filling out forms to get my cat groomed only to find out you must call for cat grooming appointments. So I called again and left a voice mail. Never got a return call. Pet Smart doesn't groom cats but at least they answered my call.

The groomer was bery nice, and understandably missed some areas on her paws. My puppy is not too keen on her trimmings yet. But around her head it was very choppy and missed areas around her eyes. Price wasnt bad compared to other groomers.

My dog is large and sometimes hard to handle. Tori always does an awesome job with Maddie. When maddie knows we are going to see tori, she jumps right in the car. I plan on using petco grooming for as long as I have the dog.

Everyone at the salon is amazing. We dont go any where else. The are great to us and our dog. He absolutely loves getting groomed by the ladies there. They treat him like a king.

My dog isn’t a fan of the clippers or having her feet or head touched with them, but they had so much patience. Took their time and made sure they didn’t overwhelm her. She came out looking so good!

Torie is so good with Tizzy, she wiggles all the time and Torie is able to keep up with her and does such an amazing job on her. She's caring and compassionate!!
