Loved that the treats were at the entrance, having 4 dogs is crazy. I made them wait in the truck, so i was happy when i walked in and what i needed was at the door.Hardly anyone shopping so fast easy check out.The cashier was very nice and friendly. We made small talk before i left and he was kind.

SHAYLA was so helpful she deserves a raise or higher position, however Troy you need to work on A LOT you should not spend 2 hours with one customer especially when they were behind us in line. Almost left but awesome Shayla saved the day and helped us learn more! But Troy was very unpleasant and needs to work on time management and organization super disappointed in you Troy…Thank you Shayla!!

Everyone always takes such great care of my little babe! My shih tzu, Kiwi, was my first of my fur babies, so I only trust her with the best! She’s 3 years old, so she can be a bit feisty when it comes to grooming around her face, but every single time they knock it out of the park!! Highly recommend bringing your furry loved one(s) here!Also they are super quick!*we had Barbara during this visit 😃*

Had the worst customer experience with Ezra. He couldn't even apologize when I was checking out with the dogs aspirin that I was having a hard time finding. I went to him for help and he just left me there in the health and wellness section while he disappeared.Wouldn't have even bothered coming here but petsmart was out.

Staff was friendly. My only issue is all the fish i got all.but one died the next day. I did all the protocols on how to add fish. They just died. I've had a tank for a long time. Just unfortunate.

I love guinea pigs they are so cool and they are so playful and they make your Kids get used to chores and you will always be known to love guinea pigs do like hamsters but hamsters eat each other sometimes but guinea pigs are don't eat each other they're cuter I think

We called on a Friday and they got us in on Monday. And since it’s close to the holiday season I was actually surprised that we can get in at all. Especially since we’re only gonna be here for a couple days. Barbara is the lady that cut my Gracies hair And she did an excellent job. I’m kind of picky because I wanna make sure her ears don’t get cut too short and she doesn’t have a tail so I kind of want a fake tail put in place. And Barb did all of that for us. We couldn’t be happier with how Gracie looks. The pictures I’m attaching Are more than 24 hours later and my two little bullies kind of messed her up a little bit. But I still think she looks great and she smells fantastic. Thank you Barbara for doing such a wonderful job.

There's quite a variety of animals here. I tend to like coming here to see the different creatures available. The selection seems to be better than the local Petsmart on that front, however the actual products I'm looking for (food, toys etc) aren't always as easy to find as they are at Petsmart. So, in short, if I don't need something specific, I'll come here. If I do, I might visit Petsmart instead.

I took my red border collie in for a bath as she had just finished meds for a yeast infection in her ear, and her fur was very greasy. Jason did an amazing job. He explained to me that they had no degreasers, but he shampood the area 3 times. Apparently, Dawn dish soap is not allowed at Petco. Overall, my girl was taken very good care of and the price was very reasonable.

There is an employee named Jr. that was so awesome. He pulled out animals to let my kids experience them. He let us look at everything and my 6&8 year old's were so happy and excited. They have lots of pets they want to add now. That man needs a raise. He loves his job.

I've shopped and had my babies groomed at this specific Petco for over 10 years. There's usually a cute selection of clothes, and great sales at the end of each season. Everyone's always super helpful, if needed. The treat selection is good as well! The groomers are always super friendly and make my babies feel comfortable. I purchased a few hoodies, new collars, and the cutest name tags today. I've been going there this long, and don't plan on stopping!

Went in today to grab what I needed. Great variety. Just wasn’t happy with the service. I needed some snails and another African dwarf frog. I stood by the fish for several minutes and even made eye contact with the two guys at the front. They helped another couple get a rodent but still didn’t help me. I ended up leaving with just mealworms, which I almost put back, but I needed feed some reptiles. I’ll just wait until Petsmart gets more snails in.

I have taken my dog for grooming 4 or 5 times now and am very satisfied. I now make the next appointment when I pic my dog up. My dog, Dolly, is very excited when she gets there and still loves them when we leave. They do a great job and the price is right. I recommend them.

Super, super happy with our experience at this Petco. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with one. Amara was awesome explaining everything to me and Jason took his time to make Izzy comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be going back!

This is the first Petco I've seen to sell betta fry/babies. I bought a girl betta and she was completely healthy and very adventurous when I took her home. The customer service is unquestionably amazing, the store was clean and checked out process was quick

I get there couple minutes before closing, cashier is turning off the automatic doors so they won’t open. I stand outside until about 3 min after their closing time and the customer he is chatting with finally comes out so I walk in. I ask if I can grab a bag of cat food, our cats are on a blend that’s sold there. Cashier says no, you can’t. Meanwhile, there is another associate, helping another customer that is in the store trying to catch fish out of an aquarium. He said that that this the last customer they are checking out, since you weren’t in the store, you cannot make a purchase. I said I know exactly which bag I need. I can grab it in 30 seconds and be back to the register, he still said no, that I would have to come back tomorrow. Cashier was basically just standing there. Our conversation took longer than it would’ve taken me to walk back there and grab the bag and him check me out. He just flat didn’t want to do it, then blamed it on company policy. Poor service for sure!

I have a very difficult time finding items for my exotic pets & there is much more to choose from than any petsmart I have ever visited.They also sell small animalsThe staff is very friendly & helpful. I am the kind of shopper that needs quite a bit of assistance & am easily overwhelmed. I was helped every step of the way.

We found a good variety of what we were looking for. The sale that was online was reflected in the actual store prices (not always the case in other stores). It was fun to browse and I am sure if we had had more time (and money) we would have found other items to buy. I was pleased with how easy checkout was and how easy to sign up for rewards membership.
