I used to shop here but will not anymore. They do not stand by their word or products and after you have paid for a good or service then they are no longer willing to assist you. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful,all the girls there are helpful and have excellent customer service skills at least in my eyes they do and I truly appreciate them so much.

I purchased online injectable Ivermectin for our show hogs. The first bottle I received was expired by 2 months. They replaced it without issues, however the second bottle I received had an expiration date 2 months out. When I called for a replacement I was told that it's not a popular product so they don't order often and that's all they had. I will not be a repeat customer.

Company doesn't stand behind the products they sell. On multiple occasions I have had issues within hours of purchasing and they were no help whatsoever. I will go to Tractor Supply from now on. I try to support the other businesses but when this is the service you get I will go elsewhere.

Customer service is usually friendly although some of the girls can be kind of rude. Quality of hay and grain are good. But the loading…that would get zero stars. The loaders always act like we are asking way too much. Well today, I left with the leaning tower of coastal on my trailer. It could have easily been laid down but I was told “it’s not going anywhere”. Needless to say, it’s strapped down to make it home without falling over.

I just walked back downtown from trying to sell my pecans at Palmer's. I had 6 pounds, they couldn't take less than 10. I kinda feel discriminated against

Had a bad experience today. It's generally pretty good. Special order items are generally only available in bulk. The cashiers are simply cashier's and the people that can make decisions are seldom willing to come out front. Everyone is just doing their jobs, it's the way the world works now.

The service is always A+, the people are respectful and kind. The feeds for goat and chickens is plentiful and good quality.50lb bags not 40lb like at the box stores. Dog food is also top quality.

They are open when others are not. Prices are higher than everywhere else. Girls inside are super sweet, but I wish I'd gotten the name of the young man who pulled my ticket and loaded my truck yesterday. He is too big for his britches and needs to be taken down a peg. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I haven't been to any other straight feed stores in San Angelo but it seemed really good too me. The staff was very friendly and the prices for feed corn and Wranglers was real good. We'll be back.

I’ve been using layer feed for my hens from TCS and decided to change two weeks ago. I just found out about Palmer Feed through Google and I’m glad I did. I bought Palmer’s 16% crumb layer feed and I have only one hen laying right now she went from laying 2-3 eggs a week to laying everyday so far even in this crazy heat, we are on day 7. She also laid two eggs in one day. Also, I have not given my chicken any oyster shell, black oil seeds, etc but once I do I will definitely purchase it from Palmer. Their customer service is great too staff is nice and friendly and will answer your questions.

I was coming here to get dog food but when my fiance and I were looking around we were being watched as if we were going to steal something maybe i dont know but the employees were giving us glares and were watching our every move. We had just got done working out on a ranch so yeah we were a bit dusty and dirty from actually working. Completely felt uncomfortable and I do believe the employee intentionally did not sell us the dog food because of our appearance and is sad to see a place become so judgmental and discriminating. Will definitely be going elsewhere.

Good prices on deer corn, bones for my dogs and a great deal of other stuff. Staff is always friendly and helpful. So far, I have not found anywhere better in San Angelo.

I was told that I could use a flea product for dogs, on my cats. as long as I sprayed it on a washcloth and then apply it to my cat... the product said for dogs the product also contained Permethrin which is toxic to cats! I'm not sure where this woman went to school but if it says it's toxic, isn't it toxic?

Pretty friendly staff and decent prices but beware this a big dog inside. If your kids are afraid of dogs be warned. He did not seem to like being petted even though he would rush you to smell you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality dog food (Victor) at reasonable prices. If you haven't tried "sack it don't wrap it" you definitely should (save yourself the headache of wrapping presents)!!!
