Don was great to work with! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the time we called him for a consultation until our dogs were fully trained on the new system - less than a month! Would’ve been even faster, but we had to work around weather. We’ve struggled with containing our 4 dogs on our rural property for years, and wasted money on systems that weren’t reliable. Now our dogs are happily staying in our fence and out of the garden. Life changing for our family! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

We are 1 year worry free of our dogs escaping the yard! Don was easy to work with and after our initial consultation he had assessed our needs and mapped out a secure border around our property to suit the needs of our dogs. We can now enjoy the company of our dogs in the front yard without risk or fear of them being in any danger. Any additional service and maintenance after installation (minimal) has been handled with ease and professionalism.

Invisible Fence Brand of San Angelo has awesome customer service that is very quick, reliable and complete! My painter accidentally pulled the wires from the box while working near the windows with his ladder. I called Don right away who was very quick to respond because he knows how important it is to have a pet protected. I am so grateful for how quickly this was taken care of. I feel so fortunate that there is a good company out there who I can count on to protect my sweet dog.

Our organization signed up for the Pet Breathe Program, which donates pet oxygen masks for fire rescue, through Invisible Fence. I Emailed Don and he responded very quickly to my inquiry the same day and was super helpful. We are receiving our donated masks soon for our small community and we are so very grateful for Don and this program Invisible Fence has in place for communities and fire stations in need. Thank you!

They say that the border collie is smart, and that is so true, it just took one time for Don to introduce our dog to the invisible fence for him to “get it”. He still smiles at Don and I am so glad that Don taught our pup his boundaries for his safety. And when we busted the wire when digging up a pipe, Don came right over and fixed the line.

Great company! Works like a charm!! We have 3 dogs (ages 1 to 12) they quickly learned the border of the new fence. It took some training, but they figured out the rest of the border on their own. We are so glad to have this service!
