We stayed here one night. The building itself is very cool, but the amenities in the room are not on par with the price of the room. The breakfast was all cheap prepackaged stuff which was kind of disappointing. The water pressure was also really poor.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel is just beautiful and our suite was so well decorated and also had everything we needed. Great coffee and wine in the room! Owners are very accomodating and especially nice. Although this time we were passing through on our way home, next time we will make it our destination! Great part of historic downtown and the river. We walked everywhere! We give this place a 6 out of 5!

Now called Historic Sealy House - loved this place! Perfect place to stay for weekend in San Angelo! Called last minute to book, owner was nice and super helpful over the phone.Close to lots of shops and restaurants and the river walk area. Historic building bed and breakfast, rooms are off a central hallway with high ceilings, original wooden floors and comfy beds.Best part for me: breakfast was left outside door in a picnic basket and was delicious!Would def stay here again next time I'm in town!

Our new favorite place to stay in San Angelo! If you're staying a while, the Sand and Surf suite is perfect as a little home away from home. Cannot say enough about the hospitality of the owners/staff - such great people. Plus, it's right downtown and an easy walk to great restaurants, bars/music/entertainment venues, the riverwalk, and multiple unique shops.

This place is great. Location in awesome and owners are very cool. And the decor and ambience is amazing. Feels like you're staying in a beach resort. Highly recommended. Will stay here every time I visit San Angelo for work.

Extremely nice place to stay right in downtown San Angelo. Centrally located and within walking district of the riverwalk and shops. They also bring breakfast to your door in a picnic basket.
