This definitely depends on the store some are 1star some are 5 but I Do not recommend paint rock... the cashiers are to stoned to see past their face to give any kinda good customer service and will clearly claim the customer for there unknown chemically altered behavior!, However the NEW S. Bell st store has amazing customer service. And each one is so very different from cleanliness or just messiness to C. S. And down right ignorance to ability to help vs knowledgeable help. Pulliam and main are very consistent.

This store off Sunset or Lutheran Way:HORRIBLE RUDE ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE without name tag, and her manager Steohanie was present!I personally wouldn't have a big display with a xx% off sign on a table right in front of the entrance IF IT WASNT TIL TOMORROW.She was so rude- and I was helping to scan my items by lifting them up if they were heavy. She kept yelling at me the discount's not til tomorrow- although I had only just expressed surprise after looking at the big display.

I went for over-the-counter allergy medicine around 830pm on 03/27/23. The store is usually well-stocked, but its that time of year...Spring in Texas so the shelves were fairly empty of seasonal allergy medication and pain relievers. Immediately upon entering the loud hard rock music playing from the behind the register slams you in the face (Mr. Crowley by Ozzy Osbourne) which I found rather inappropriate. Not too mention, there was no one working the register or acknowledging customers in any way upon entering the store. The customer in front of me used self check, as I did after she was finished. From walk in to walk out, I didn't see anyone. The alarm went off (I assume from the medication I purchased) so I stood at the door for 45-60 seconds...no one came to check on me. So, I left. Management might need to reevaluate policy and procedures with employees and how to provide adequate customer service.Just a thought!

Just like any other Dollar General. Staff is very polite and helpful. One of the few places that still sell Arizona Tea's at the $1 price.

It is a dollar general. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. Would love to see more sales on diet Dr. Pepper. Would also love to see the return of cherry diet Dr. Pepper .

Just dropped in to buy some batteries. Found some Rayovac Alkaline AA’s, 8 for $5. Proceeded to check out and they rang up $7.20. I told the lady they said $5 and she said they probably just hadn’t updated the price tags yet. Bad form, won’t be back.

This particular store has disappointed me in the ways of now its a Five Dollar Store. I see something I like them I see that $5 sign. I shop here cause everything is SUPPOSE to be a dollar. Don't change the other store also on Sherwood by Sam's. I really like Dollar tree.

Every time I go to the Dollar General on North Chadbourne the ladies are very rude and not helpful to the customers needs!! Worst dollar general in San Angelo!!

Pretty convenient location. Theres a lady that works here who always seems to be in a bad mood or looks as if she dont want to be there. But im always in and out so dont really pay to much attention to her. But its annoying to deal with that kinda attitude.

No complaints here, very friendly new cashier, hope she hangs on to the posisition she seems time fit well...Very serious on Security and surveillance as the there are multiple cameras everywhere u look, just a shame that it's come to that in a dollar store today, honestly.
