Husband brought back food he got through the drive thru. It was busy but he got through the line fast.The issue is when I began eating my salad. A few bites in I noticed a piece of lettuce that seemed very odd. I picked it out and discovered it was a wadded up piece of plastic. It looks like part of the bag the chicken comes in.I called the store to try to tell someone so they can review proper food handling and trash etiquette but no one answered. The phone rang to “a voicemail box that has not been set up yet” and hung up. So I sent a review in to corporate 🤷🏻‍♀️ They ain’t gonna answer the phone, that’s what happens.I understand this was an accident and no one deliberately put a big piece of plastic in my food, but there are still standards that we live by. Food safety handling exists for a reason… so that people don’t eat PLASTIC.

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A I'm always asking for extra sauce bc they only give one or two sauces even after asking for extra. The fries boxes are always full of "fry crumbs" and there's very little fries in the box. The ez ice I always ask for they always give me a bunch of ice and I'm always more thirsty. It's in a horrible place and always so hard to get out of their parking lot.. overall this store is okay but it needs work... :/ but the people that work there are always so nice but that is at every Chick-fil-A.

Do better. Chick-fil-a in general has really fell off. Even the locations around Houston, I haven’t been to a location in probably a yr (ordering food for myself) and when I finally do, not only was the strawberry frosted lemonade watery (which was fixed), my order was also wrong. Looks like orders are now needing to be checked before leaving the restaurant.

Dude why is there 3 lanes and I don't even get to look at the menu before someone looking like they work at the airport comes to take my order. Good thing I know what I what. Jeez this was so uncomfortable the drive thru I don't think I will be doing this again. It's to much chik fila. To much. Straight up like and trying to navigate a airport entrance.

Customer service is on another level! If they offered a training in schools based upon their values we would have a way better future of young adults! Order was perfectly prepared and top notch tasting! It’s definitely the best service experience That has me returning!! Speedy drive thru and organized beyond comparison! I go to Chic Fil A every Monday morning for tea and nuggets. I purchase 3 gallons of tea every morning and five count nuggets. The 5 nuggets are for my dog. When they get my dentures to fit correctly I will go back to eating my 8 count nuggets and when my stomach gets stretched out again I will be able to eat my 12 nugget count. I pick up a 30 count plus a 12 count nuggets for my grandkids. I do wish they had a nugget count between 30 & 125. You can’t drive up to the drive up window an order 125 and if you could you would be waiting forever. Besides that minor problem about the nugget size Chic Fil A is the best.

I love Chick fil A but recently their chicken wrap is very small and they seem to put almost no chicken. As you can see from the pictures literally just lettuce and cheese. And the second photo is comparing the size to my hand (I am a 5’3” woman) so for a 6 dll wrap wrap of lettuce and cheese I think they really need to rethink or train their employees better on how to properly prep these. Last photo of what it should look like.

Wow! To keep it Simple. I recieved my order and when I went to eat my grilled chicken wrap. I bit into it and a hair got stuck in my throat. I was on my way to Dallas TX for a trip and was so hungry I gave the second half of the wrap a chance and took a bite, belive it or not another long hair again! Wow, I threw up at this point. I called the facility to let them make it right. When I talked to Jayshon the team leader he did kindly listen to my complaint. Jayshon, told me to send a picture of the grilled chicken wrap showing the hair in the Sandwich. I did so, he put me on hold and when He returned on the phone he said the team was going to refund my full order for the inconvenience, I said Thank you, 5 hours later he calls me back and says the team changed thier mind and was only going to reinburse the chicken wrap only. Wow! I'm stunned with my experience.

I ordered the new sandwich. I have had them at other stores. This one was not at all like every other one I've had. This sandwich here had exactly one sliced jalapeno. There was barely a teaspoon of pimento cheese and I never did taste any honey. The sandwich was much less than the CFA standard. I don't have bad experiences at CFA but this one was. Honestly should have went to Cane's across the street.

Quick and always good food. Staff is nice. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location.After some time of visiting and ordering for delivery for those lazy dinner nights, this location is the closest to our house and they no longer deliver. The last few orders before delivery suddenly stopped the orders were frequently wrong or items were missing.

I just got off the phone with Katie who was very sweet and helped send me the receipt for a catering order that I placed last week.The order itself was delivered later than I had scheduled but I understand since it was a large order for an office and was during peak lunch hours. Everyone enjoyed their food and I appreciate the plates and utensils.

I entered into this store a couple of days ago and started smelling some sort of noxious terrible smelling gas. I started hearing faint baby giggling noises and my vision was slowly tunneling but I made it to the front register. I was greeted by a man named "Chad" who was extremely helpful and courteous I got my food and enjoyed the experience but why are there 55 gallon drums in the back labeled cyclone-B or something like that? I will be returning as I enjoyed my meal.

Went at 9:30 and ordered a spicy deluxe combo, with a large fry, medium soft drink, and a small mac-n-cheese on the side. The order taker was wonderful, as was the payment collector. Everything was fine until I got to the window to collect and was told they were holding on the spicy fillet so asked if I would park my car. I waited until 9:50 before getting out of my car to get a manager at which time an employee was coming out with food.The employee didn't even know who the order was for only what was on it. He neglected to even apologize for the long wait or even try and explain why. I told him I needed his manager. The manager came out and almost proceeded to give the food to another car that was pulled before realizing it was supposed to go to me. I told him to keep the food and requested a full refund. I have worked this industry for almost 12 years now, your big name products don't take twenty minutes to make , especially for just a single common meal item. It's a shame that this store acted this way, it has several good workers, but if they allow this to occur than it deserves the negative mark of a one star review.

I have never in my life seen a place so proficient! I’ve worked for a few big name places that could never achieve what this company has. In all my visits I don’t think I’ve ever been in line longer the 7 minutes from start to finish! The employees must enjoy their jobs very much because they are so pleasant when they talk to you. With every precise meaningful step they are so efficient! Yes it’s just a fast food joint but definitely a 5 star establishment! Oh yea I always get the Spicy Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich, side of kale salad and Texas sweeeeeet Tea! 🤤🤤
