They left my baby bald and Said “I’m sorry it will grow back, I don’t do refunds” Liz the owner had no sympathy.Everette said he didn’t get the message to leave her “ponytail HORRIBLE PEOPLE. It’s not about money what happen to morals for your business. The lady who checks in dogs didn’t care. Why take time to explain what you want when it wasn’t even the same lady who cut my baby’s hair?! They were so rude. Like I said Morals. My Babies hair is NOT A MISCOMMUNICATION, Yal messed it up. Her response is ridiculous. JUST WOW.

This service is great! I have 7 🐾 babies and they are always eager to receive and do an amazing job! One of the male workers they call the dog whisperer, because all dogs love him. My 🐾 babies had a bad experience or cut there!

First of all they over charge for an under 15 pound dog. The ladies that I spoke to today were really rude and just down right giving me attitude for no reason. We had a problem with them over charging for flea treatment when bottles of flea treatment are less than $15.00 and they barely used any flea treatment for my dog as she is super small. She still has fleas on her when I picked her up so this is very disappointing and just down right ridiculous. Do not go here if you want your animal taken care of the right way. Also maybe they need to tell their customers before they use the flea treatment how much it will be instead of just saying it will be extra but then not mentioning how much. I would have brought my own flea treatment. At this point they are stealing peoples money and that is a horrible business!NEW* She never told me the price of the treatment so once again lies are coming out of her mouth! She just said it would be extra and that was it. Well maybe you should tell people instead of blindsiding them with an insane charge!

They’ve done an amazing dog on my border collie. Great price and they’re always super accommodating. Last got my dog groomed about two weeks ago and I can still smell the perfume/shampoo they used and I love it! Only gripe is I wish they were open on Saturdays due to me living an hour away and working m-f. Totally work bringing my pup when I happen to be in town during the week though!

Extremely polite staff and amazing service! My pup is a little nervous and the people at petco had a hard time with her, the groomers here said she was really good! Will definitely be returning with my pup in six weeks for another trim. The style they did on her face is so good! Such good prices too, a local place that won't break the bank, so extremely pleased with the staff here!

What a great place! My puppies look amazing & they were honestly a mess when I took them in. Stickers, matted hair and all! It was their first time at a groomer and Sarah did suck a great job! Not to mention EVERYONE was so nice! Just a great overall experience!!!! Glad I found a dependable amazing groomer!! 🐾

I was very pleased with the service provided for my dog. I can tell how well he was treated, and how happy he was when I picked him up. They also communicate very well from the front staff to the groomer often my dog is sore after a grooming and he was not. I'm glad to have found a new place to take my pet.

Groomed my standard poodle for the first time yesterday. He has never looked so good! I was a little nervous because he can get anxious with other dogs but he had a blast!!! 10/10

First time visiting bark boutique! They went above and beyond to make my pup feel at home and the groomer did a awesome job! It's kennel free and they separate the small dogs from the large ones which is a plus. I finally found a furever groomer! 😉

I take my dog Molly there about every 4months to get groomed and I am really happy with my experience. My dog loves people and doesn't like to be locked in a kennel. She's not real social with other dogs but she'll tolerate them but I know she loves the staff up there and this helps get her a little more socialized. The staff have been nice and really get to know you and your pet so they can provide what you need. I have never personally met the owner but I am extremely happy with the communication she provides, the options available for appointment reminders and ease of online scheduling. I have definitely found my forever groomers.

My sister told me about her experiences at this facility and I am appalled. The staff is unprofessional and did not communicate with her or her husband about a small issue they were having with their dog. Would not recommend this facility.

Our dog loves coming here to play with friends while waiting to get groomed! Love the open floor for the pups to play!! The staff is super nice and do exactly as you ask with your fur baby!! We will continue to go here because they are great people who really love their jobs and do it at a fair price! I recommend for all dog types and its a great first place for pups to go because they are so patient and sweet with your babies! :)

Great environment. Awesome service. My Max had had bad previous experience and they took their time with him. They understood how he was and made sure ease him off his stress. At the end of the day he was happy. His cut was great. Im new to the area but I have found his new groomer. I would highly recommend then to anyone.

My dogs love going to Bark Boutique! They always tug me to the door when we get there, and the staff is wonderful! You really can't beat their prices, for such great service. The pups are able to run free and play while there as well, instead of being cooped up in a kennel. I recommend them to everyone. I also really love the availability and how you can now make appointments online. If you're looking for experienced grooming and a safe, caring environment, you will get exactly that with Bark Boutique!

It was my Bugsy's first time at a groomers and they were amazing with him. He was so nervous when i dropped him off but when I picked him up he came running out he had been playing with the other dogs and he looked so handsome and was so happy. The price is very reasonable as well. Bugsy will definetly be back. Thank you all for being sweet to my baby.

We’re new to San Angelo and been searching for a good grooming place for our border collie & bichon. Bark Boutique had great reviews and we had our very first visit today. We were very pleased with our appointment because the staffs were very nice & welcome and the place had very loving atmosphere. We just picked up our dogs and they look fresh (and super cute) This will be our go to grooming salon for next 4 years.

I have taken my Yorkie to Bark Boutique about 3 times now, and I love taking him there. The ladies that work there are great, very friendly. Rascal gets to run around and play with the other dogs that are there. If I need to make changes to the way they cut him, they don't have a problem making the changes. Very clean, easy to get to. Prices are good. We are set up on text messaging me about my appts. which help me so much. I would recommended Bark Boutique.

I have known groomers!!! I worked and worked to get my Jasper groomed well and be happy too!! Finally, after probably 8-10 attempts all around town, I found Bark Boutique! I feel fortunate and Jasper really enjoys going and seeing his 'Friends'! He also always looks super when I pick him up!!! They do GREAT grooming!!! =-) Jasper (The Wonder Dog) & I wholeheartedly recommend Bark Boutique!! Like the 'ole saying goes, "Try it, you'll like it!"

my pups love this place! they arrive all dirty and icky, and i pick up two beautiful pups! the cuts are always perfect, and i love how they trim their faces. they feel like velvet when they are finished. i am a very happy pup-mama! :)

We are PAWSitively pleased with the service and groom we received at The Bark Boutique! We were greeted upon arrival, and then we got to speak with the groomer, Nancy.Ms. Nancy was phenomenal! She was easy to speak with, and she listened intently to every detail I shared about Elvis. Furthermore, when I explained to Nancy that the medication Elvis is on causes him to become impulsive and sometimes aggressive, Nancy didn’t bat an eye. When she opened the gate for Elvis to enter the salon, he scurried right on back—something we never expected him to do.In conclusion, we were satisfied with the interactions with the staff, and we were over-the-moon-pleased with Elvis’s makeover. Our once raggedy, homely...stinky...boy was now a shiny, velvety-smooth, gorgeous little boy! It was evident that our Little Elvis was so happy after his first groom—he pranced around the backyard with his head held high, and was in good spirits all afternoon. Called the last minute for an emergency dog buzz cut that was matted and full of grass burrs and they worked us in after I explained my problem. Super nice people! These people love dogs. It was obvious when I walked and and there was a VERY well behaved pack of dogs lounging around the place chilling. They got all the mats and wadded up grass burrs out and delivered me a buzz cut Lil Schnauzer. We will be going back to them with our other dog for a non emergency haircut. Price was right in line with what we paid others for the same in Angelo. LOL.
