I work for a business and we have a 100 gallon tank. The owner of aquatic edge maintains our tank and does an excellent job! He is very polite and professional and knows everything about the tank, the coral, the fish and maintains it perfectly! He always answers all our questions and so very helpful! His staff is very polite and helpful when we call! We have had some of our fish for 7 years and our tank is beautiful!

Got some of what i needed. The guy in the store seemed to be more interested in helping other customers than he was interested in helping us...oh did i mention we drove 2 hours to get there to purchase things from their store?

Very neat salt water fish store. Seems to have everything you would need to set up and maintain a salt water tank. The person working was very friendly and unobtrusive. Saw live rock and sand as well as a plethora of corals and anemones.

Had an amazing experience today and in my opinion on best reef stores within 200 miles of Odessa. Very knowledgeable in the art reef keeping. Even provided a black bucket to transport my new addition home 3 hours away. It’s safe to say well maintained aquatic life.

What an awesome experience unlike any that I have had at my local stores. I was thoroughly impress with the knowledge and selection on reef beauties. I will be back for more in the near future. It was well worth the drive from Odessa. He even gave me a bucket to transport my new addition home.

Marc is a great guy. I am in the process of moving from Hawaii to San Angelo :-( (yes San Angelo has its positives, but it can't compare to Hawaii) and flew out to San Angelo to setup a tank at my sister's house so I would have a place to ship my rock and critters too. Marc was helpful in respects to helping me get the tank setup and supplying me with the little bits and pieces I needed (but forgot to send in advance), to complete the setup of the tank before I had to fly back to Hawaii. First load of critters arrived safe and sound and are happy in their new home, in part as a result of the help Marc gave me. Local Brick & Mortar places by their nature have to be a bit more expensive than mail order, but guys like Marc make it worth spending the extra $$ whenever possible to support them and their business.

Seemed like a limited fish and invertebrate selection but they could have been between orders.The coral selection was not bad, I swong by the place while pacing through the town to see if there where any amazing deals. I felt like the prices were a little pricey, I assumed a small town LFS would have been attracting nearby hobbiest through price deals.There are some really nice huge tank setups which I felt were missing show price items to make them pop more but still nice huge setups.They have lots of room, I would suggest selling micro/small frags allowing for more affordable coral options while still keeping some of the small to medium size colonies that you have available.All in all, next time I'm in the area I will swing by and see how the LFS is doing.

I'm 16 never wrote a review on a business ever before but I will now for aquatic edge because this place is absolutely horrible. They have corals, yes. But the service is absolutely sickening, the owner is a huge douche bag and kicked us out and wouldn't sell coral to us because we bought a light online for $300 due to the fact that he was trying to sell one for $600+. Many people that I've talked to, say all the fish bought from aquatic edge die within the first month... By the looks of over 15 empty tanks he needs all the business he can get so why would he not sell whatever he can? Haha I'm very very very mad about this situation due to the fact he kicked me and my 10 year old little sister out of the store who was pumped up about getting coral in our fish tank which ruined her day. No idea why he wouldn't sell because at the end of the day he makes money and we're happy with new coral, therefore everyone wins. None the less he has been very rude to my mother also when she went in once and tries to purchase stuff from him and said "if you buy from petco you might as well just let them die" WELL SIR FOR YOUR INFORMATION PETCO HAPPENS TO BE VERY NICE, AND EVERYTIME WE GO INTO YOUR RUN DOWN LITTLE STORE ALL YOU DO IS SAY MEAN THINGS ABOUT OUR TANK AND KICK US OUT.AND EVERYONE READING THIS LISTEN- WE ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE... EVERYONE I TALK TO SAYS HE'S IS VERY RUDE AND THEY WOULD NEVER BE CAUGHT BUYING ANYTHING FROM AQUATIC EDGE BECAUSE HOW BAD OF A PERSON THE OWNER IS.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME#AQUATIC_EDGE_SUCKS

Saturdays are for appointment only, called in at 5:50 (they close at 7) to see if i could get in real quick because i like to collect coral from my travels, whoever picked up didn’t even want to open the store for 10 mins. Didn’t seem to care

The entire experience was terrible. As Soon as I walked in, the people working walked right past me and closed themselves into the back room. I was left looking at mostly empty tanks with no descriptions or prices on anything. Its almost as if they don't care for the business at all.
