This groomer used to be great but the last few years just worse and worse. She almost cut the end of my dogs tail off and then glued it back and wasn’t apologetic at all. My dog had started crying when she had to go there after years of enjoying getting pretty. I’ve heard other horror stories please beware

We have been using this groomer for almost two years for our long hair cat. They always do a great job and she smells wonderful afterward. Unfortunately they now charge 5% more if you pay with a card which increases our bill $25! (Including generous tip) Just be forwarned. Disappointed.

I had been taking my dogs here for years and loved it when the older lady ran it, now it's a younger girl and every time I picked up my dog she told me she was naughty and she is getting too hard to groom. She is a small sweet dog. I had to pick her up all wet. Very disappointed doesn't seem like they have patience with the dogs. Wouldn't t recommend them. I will take my business to Pet Smart.

It was my first time being there after coming from pets smart. And they are so amazing and friendly and professional. They made sure to give me every information on what they do and how my dog behaved when I picked her up. 100% recommend here!!!!

Made an appointment on May 12 for services for my 2 dogs for May 22. Called them first thing in the morning of the schedule appointment and they had no record of the appointment being made, but i have a texted screenshot of the appointment, drop off times, price per dog, and a 10% off if paid with cash. I strongly advise not using them.

Not very professionally run. I called several days in advance to check and see if they required appointments for grooming as I just moved here and hadn't visited S Brand before. The lady on the phone was very nice and told me it would be about $50 and I could just walk in on Saturday, well today is Saturday and a very pretentious man told me he cannot take my dog in because I do not have an appointment. I asked him why I was told walk-ins were fine...No real response other than well you should've made an appointment. I suppose they have a lot of customers as he was very rude and did not care to try and retain my business. I won't bring my dogs back here regardless if they do a good job or not, I'd guess they are average based on their reviews.

I just had the best experience. Took my baby in this morning. He looks gorgeous & the lady I dealt with could not have been nicer. This is now my new groomer! Thank you for being great with Nick!

They've had my parents dog for 6 hours. They screwed up the number system on him. My father watched them write down what number his dog was put under and was told different on the phone and the lady was very snippy on the phone. Will not return, past owner of the company was great. Do not know who is in charge now, but they don't seem very good at running a business. If you want to wait hours for your pet to be returned to you then go for it. Otherwise take your business elsewhere.

My dog arrived so scared since she was a shelter dog but left so happy! I know they took such good care of her. All the workers are so nice! Will definitely be going back!

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. My dogs have NEVER CRIED when I left them to be groomed, but my Yorkie was CRYING when my husband walked in to get them. We asked for her hair to be 'short, BUT NOT SHAVED". I called and spoke to a woman who argued with me about what we wanted and what my dog looked like (keep in mind, I was looking at her at the time....). It's been over 2 months ago and her hair is just now as long as it should have been the day she was groomed. To be fair, I did not speak to the owner. However, the person I spoke to is EMPLOYED by the owner. I will never take my dogs there again. Too bad because they are very convenient. I will drive back to Pride and Groom in Keller where I get what I asked for, Christy & her staff do not argue with me and my dogs are happy and loved.

About two years ago I brought my poodle for a grooming and nails clipped, well they call said my poodle jumped off the grooming table and out the front door! Ive been going there for years and this irresponsible person can't contain a 3lb, baby.I have a terrier mix who needs groomed and nails clipped, iam afraid to let S brand do it, witch should be free after all the couldn't handle a lil old poodle.
