So disappointed with this pet groomer! My dog's hair was not just uneven but shaved down way more than I asked for. I have a LONG haired chihuahua. They've left her looking a mess, and now her hair will grow out unevenly. I’ve added a picture of what she usually looks like. Save your pet's appearance and steer clear of this place – go to Pet Haven on Denton Hwy instead! SMH!

I’ve been going to them for years! They took care my of my 18 yr old Maltese until I lost her last year. They were always wonderful with her. Recently I adopted a Yorkie from a shelter, Bailey. They have done him several times. He gets tear stains and they are always wonderful with him! I would never take Bailey to anyone else. They are super good with him and super compassionate. Sad because I paid $150 before tip for my chow chow to be groomed. He had 3 matted spots I wanted taken care of, none of them were fixed. Additionally none of the hair in his inner paws was cut and I didn’t want any of his upper body cut because he’s a chow you’re not supposed to but you can tell they did cut it/: I want my money back.

My dog is a 12 year old rescue dog from the animal shelter she's scared of everything nervous about anything and everything but they welcomed her with open arms she went right to them . Her cut is beautiful and I am so so happy... as long as my dog is happy I'm happy if I could give them 10 Stars I would. Thank you

Best place I’ve taken my poodle mix! She is always done in just a couple hours and is always so happy when I pick her up. She suffers from separation anxiety but not here! All of the groomers are excellent and the owner is so kind.

They are my favorite place to groom my dogs! Recently took Marlo there and I told them she had been limping prior to coming in. They were very gentle with her and her limp is still improving. Thank you!

Completely,very dessapointed with my samoyed and border collie full service grooming,patches of different length. At the time of appointment booking I was given one the price , at pick up time they want yo charge a higher price.For $ 200 bucks paid plus tip, I was expecting a a high quality job, no clue at all how to groom this type of dogs, wish to have a kind of reimbursement

I’ve taken my little Shih Tzu dog Chewy & rescue pit bull Tyson there twice & have been 90% happy! Lol that’s bc I used to be a groomer so I’m extremely picky but for the most part they do a great job, very quick & affordable. Not cheap but also not super expensive either. It’s literally within walking distance to my house so this is where I go to groom my fur babies!!

The pricing at this location has become outrageous. We were charged more for our one dog than we pay for TWO dogs at our regular groom (and that is including our regular groomers tip). Price was also more this time for one dog than it was for 2 last time. Our dogs cut is patchy and not worth $150+, not to mention it is NOT the correct standard for the cut. You’ll also see all the negative reviews are just the business owner arguing with clients instead of apologizing or taking ANY sort of accountability for mistakes. We will not be back and I would advise you find somewhere else in town to get your pup groomed.EDITED TO ADD: we did not ask for a Continental cut. We asked for a Miami cut (remember how I said the owner never owns up to anything?), which the owner even acknowledged over the phone that it was a Miami. And of course is now lying about that too. A continental is a more complicated cut. EITHER WAY, the hair cut is terrible, the tail is short, the body is patchy, and that still is not acknowledged. Our regular groomer charges us $80. Happy to refer y’all to her. ☺️

We got a quote of a little more than 60 dollars for our less than twenty pound dog. He has been groomed before and just needed touched up after a bath. They said they would do his ear, teeth, and nails as well. When I went to get him he had an area that was shaved on his side (no explanation) and were told that our bill was almost 90; thirty more than we were quoted. When we questioned them as to why the cost was so much more than the quote they could not give us any answers. We paid, took our dog, and left and will not be back. Less than a week later our dog was shaking his head and we found he had an ear infection from his ears having water in them when being groomed. No, do not take your loved pet to this place.

So I take my puppy to PetMe for a nail trim. I have been there in the past and they accidentally cut my puppys nail to short and made it bleed. Well this happened again, and i hear my puppy yelp. So I go to the back where they were cutting my puppy's nails. The owner has my dog in a headlock with her eyes bulging from her head. I asked what the heck he was doing. He said well we have to stop the bleeding. I said yes but there is a better way to go about it. This is the second time I've taken her in for a trim and second time making her bleed. Putting my puppy in a headlock is unnecessary and could hurt my puppy. Dogs can't speak for themselves but I am here to tell you I will never take any of my dogs into that store again. All trust was lost. This was the "owner"!. If he treats dogs this way, what kind of people does he hire. Can't trust him to do the right thing.Never again

I've been taking my husky here for two years now, and I am pleased with the work! I haven't had any issues with booking or service. The prices are reasonable, not cheap, but not too expensive. And they never shave my husky, thank goodness! Keep up the good work!

Took my dog here for the first time and i’m unimpressed. I payed $45 (that’s without tax) for my dog to get a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and glands. When i picked her up and arrived home I immediately noticed her nails were still long and very sharp. I then checked her ears where i found they were still dirty. I also noticed an excessive amount of hair all over her (do they not brush after a bath?). So i payed that just to come home and have to brush her, file her nails, and clean the remainder of her ears that were left dirty. The girl at the front was the only good thing that came out of my visit, she was kind.

My poor baby was groomed yesterday ( yinz know , I showed her off ) in the evening I noticed her eye . It was red and some pink tears were in the corner . She was acting fine , eating and playing .This morning ( this photo) she was shaking and the red was worse. Emergency Vet visit —- trama to her eye from 1. Too tight a collar while grooming caused the vessel to pop OR 2. She was so stressed out she did it while being groomed 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬EITHER WAY THEY SHOULD OF STOPPED and CALLED ME TO COME FOR HER ASAP ! She didn’t want to go in yesterday, played hide from me in the car .. I wished I would of listened to her I believe I’ve had Daisy to you a few times , not many, like you try to make it sound . I read a review from a week ago where a man saw you holding his dog around the neck with “eyes bulging”. And to even for a second say this maybe happened at home with me …. You are very quick to attack people with reviews not in your favor . I happened to call a friend when we left yesterday to mention how much hair was left on them and mentioned her eye .I also called you this morning to ask if anything had happened during the time you had her . Your answer was maybe she had her eye poked in one of your cages

Great service and very patient with my dog. She's a rescue and people need to earn her trust. The deep de shedding is a great option for her since she's a Border Collie This service greatly reduces shedding at home and in the car. It's worth every penny!

I wasn’t expecting high end grooming, but I was really disappointed. Right off the bat I could tell my dog had barely been brushed, and her ears and the hair around her ears were still greasy. I gave them my personal ear cleaner for them to use, which has a very strong smell, and I do not smell it at all. Lastly, when I went to brush her after as she was shedding terribly, I found a mat under her tail. I will definitely go back to the other place I went to before (Melissa’s prestigious paws). They do a WAY better job cutting the hair as well. EDIT: When I called and made the appointment, I immediately told the man who answered that my dog was in heat to make sure it was okay, which he said it was. I was also never informed of any grooming packages, nor did I pick a "BEAN" package. I told the man on the phone she is a border collie, thus he should have assigned me the appropriate grooming. My dog is not stressed, and when I picked her up the girl told me she was extremely calm the entire process. I brushed out the mat myself. Great "customer service", don't call me again.

I'm dissatisfied with how things turned out today. I actually wanted to believe this place was good after doing such an amazing job with two of my dogs. They can be a hassle sometimes, but even I can manage to trim and bathe them myself, so I don't see why they will now turn away my dogs if I bring them in. Dogs are never meant to be easy, there will always be work with them. So, to the groomer who did my dogs, you should have at least had the heart and perhaps the courage to come talk to me face to face about what happened, not send one of your associates to play phone with me between you and I. And I even had to pay full price for everything even though one of my dogs looks botched, I guess I'll give you credit for trying. Nonetheless, I guess it was a pleasure doing business with you the first time around.

This place is absolutely amazing! Tried them when our expensive vet/groomer couldn’t get her in quickly. My dog is little and nervous. After her first time here she doesn’t even shake when we pull up AND she gives the man KISSES when I hand her over now!! I have even stopped in (unexpectedly) to see the atmosphere and it’s calm and he’s talking to them and she didn’t cry when she heard me. He even works her in same day!!! Customer for life!!!!!

I have taken my elderly deaf cocker spaniel here on 3 different occasions. The service is excellent. Very nice grooming area. Staff is friendly and best of all you can see pets being groomed. No hidden agenda! I highly recommend this for all your pet needs.

Paid to have the puppy we rescued to be dipped for ticks, groomed and nails. Got her home and still covered with live ticks. Called to let them know and was told they never found any on her. Basically paid $90 for a bath.
