Stopped here for the first time last month because of the sign outside that said they sold Wagyu beef. I bought 5 steaks (3 different cuts) and they may be the best tasting steaks I’ve ever had. I seasoned them with salt and pepper, butter garlic baste at the end and my wife asked me what I did different and I replied it was the meat. Looking forward to going back to buy more (1.5 hour drive from SA).

Don't be shocked by the prices(more expensive than HEB or Walmart). You are paying for top-notch meat. The marbling on my rib eye steak was amazing. I cooked it to medium and it was like butter in my mouth. As a meat connoisseur, these steaks were priced competitively and way better than what you find in your average grocery store.

We love this family own/ran business! We were told about them from friends in Uvalde and its well worth the drive! We are no longer in Uvalde but no worries, they ship! All the boxes we have ordered have come well packed and ice packs are still frozen! Amazing beef!

If you haven't bought all of your beef at Cattleman's Beef Co in Sabinal, you are missing a massive treat! Not only is it Wagyu beef, but the ground- even the 90% lean, is $4 a pound. We tried the beef bacon today, and were blown away! I meant to take pics but it somehow disappeared!

Stopped here on my way to Garner St Park, and am very glad I did.Got a hanger steak and an oyster steak, cuts you normally cannot find and they were both phenomenal. Wish I lived closer.

We stop by this meet market every chance we get. They sell quality wagyu beef for a very reasonable price. I absolutely love this place. 😀

Omg first of all let me tell you I been looking and looking for yearssss for a chorizo that kinda even trys to resemble my welas and man the moment I tasted it I felt like I was in my grandmother's house in the living room floor on a Saturday morning with all my cousins still half asleep eating tacos💕 thank you for that core memory 💗🐦

Stopped with my son to see what they had available and the Wagyu and selection did not disappoint! We bought ground beef, ribeye and beef jerky! If you haven't made a stop - you Should!

If you’re passing through I strongly recommend stopping in. Noticed cattlemen’s beef company on our way to garner state park so we made sure to stop in on our way back to SA. Couldn’t have been a better experience. The couple working was incredibly nice and helpful. For what you’re getting prices were really reasonable and they had a lot of sales going on as well. Everything was really well organized and labeled. All items are individually vacuumed sealed and available frozen which is nice for us to make the drive back to SA. They had all the cuts we find really hard to find. From the ranch to the freezer everything is family owned and operated. Nothing I love more than supporting a business like that, that is also providing an exceptional finished product. Customer for life.
