So exciting to find such a fabulous shop in Rusk! Dana, the owner, is delightful and extremely helpful! See her for all shipping needs. It's quite the gift shop too!! I picked up some gifts for my son as well as homeopathic remedies for my elderly mother. And, of course, some cool earrings and Serious Hand Repair cream for myself. Very reasonable prices! Our family had the need for a notary for some important paperwork! Went to the Bank! Let’s just say if you need anything The folks at Cherokee Parcel Post are there to help!Very nice place! Dana, is such a pleasure to have conversation with while multi tasking!Should have never even tried a local bank! They have everything needed to package, pack,label and ship. Also printing/copying/fax needed as well!I need to go back because I saw some nice knives!

This place is legendary! Their customer service is above and beyond what I have ever received. They are a family-run, woman-owned business who provide pack and ship services, moving boxes and office supplies. They also provide onsite and virtual mailboxes with secure package receiving from ALL carriers.Whether it is for business or leisure they are fantastic to use. They also provide incredible printing services and even assistance with marketing flyers/materials to ensure that you're happy with the end result once it's printed. 10/10 recommend!

I was in town visiting and needed to send a return to Amazon via UPS was different from being in Dallas,they walked me through the process and actually did most of it for me. And couldn't have done it alone they did it all and it cost a total of 19 cents. They care about taking care of you.

These ladies are fantastic! I drive by multiple times every day and haven't stopped in to check things out because when I'm mailing a package normally I'm in a rush. Yesterday I finally stopped in beause I had a UPS return. I was surprised when I walked in the store at all the stuff they had outside of just being a shipping store as well as the amount of services they offer, these folks do it all! I urge you to stop in, check things out, enjoy a chat with two very sweet ladies, I promise, you won't be disappointed!

After Post Office told me to go to Tyler for FedX I spotted sign in her window ! Dana went up and above to get my husbands insulin shipped overnight and even helped me start a claim on Rusk United States Post Office shipment that they lost ! She packaged and safely secured the insulin with ice packs and followed up making sure insulin was delivered. I highly recommend them for any shipping packages ! The nicest lady in town an very helpful kind and courteous.
