This is a great store! I've heard people complain about various things, but I usually find what I need here. Many of the workers here are very helpful and down to earth people.The one big thing this site is missing is an auto service center. Really, they should have built a bigger store for Royse City.

Joe who works in online delivery is awesome. I had some items missing from my online delivery and although he couldn’t help me resolve my issue himself, he went over and beyond to try. He genuinely cared and gave me great advice. Thank you so much for being not only a great worker but a great human being.

Horrible place. Went in to get some stuff and used the ATM as well. Asked for $100 and it gave ma a $100 bill instead of twenties. Asked one of the employees to change it, and she rudely said "we don't do that". Pointed out that it was their ATM that would only give a $100 bill. Still refused. I have worked in customer service since 2011 and I can tell you that that is not how you should treat your customers!!

This store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking with Handicapped parking available. They have motorized scooters available at each of the entrances. For the most part, this store is easy to maneuver. Walmart is Walmart same basic layout and concept. There are multiple entrances and exits for easy parking lot access. There are plenty of restaurants around location and shops on perimeters. This location does not have a tire center or gasoline. Check for times of store hours since times tend to change.

I don't know what Walmart these other reviews are shopping at saying it's so clean and stocked or friendly employees. That's not this Walmart, trust me. Tonight I had to pick up last minute items I forgot to get at the grocery stores I usually shop at. Store was a complete dumpster fire. Empty shelves, Cold food all over the store sitting on shelves and not refrigerated, just dirty everywhere. Took a milk up that looked like it been good knows where it had sticky gross and old milk all over it. Employee told me oh they are all probably like that. I'm thinking well good luck on the lawsuit first time you get someone violently ill. She then takes it and puts it in a box (unrefrigerated to be restocked) with all the other restocking needed items so wonder how long that's going to sit out and then crammed back in a case. I'll be filing complaints tomorrow with appropriate departments. That's not safe.

This is an overall good Wal-Mart. Kept clean and the staff is courteous. The only reason for three stars is the continuous practice of having receipts checked as you walk out the door. I don't think this is necessary and is an inconvenience. If shoplifting is a concern, they need to hire an off-duty police officer.

Helpful employee. I need a contact case I had to buy 6 cases. They didn't have a single one 🤦🏽‍♀️. I guess that's find. & to top it off they where on the bottom shelf. F u r reading this yr loved 😘

I go in for groceries and to look around. Early mornings are the best time to go in. I can normally shop within an hour if I go in early. I look for deals in the clearance section and I have found a few good buys.

I love ❤️ this Walmart! Always clean, spacious and fully stocked! I live closer to Forney and Terrell Walmart but this one is above and beyond my favorite! The store manager, Christi Cox is an absolute delight! Kudos to her for her dedication and hard work!

My family shops at Walmart once a week and it's so nice to get groceries and all the other things we need in one place. We still bulk buy at Costco but their portion sizes on food are usually too large. Walmart keeps it practical.

It's walmart. This particular one is always crowded, and it's usually hard to get a handicapped spot. Lots of self-checkout lanes though, so it's pretty easy to get in and out (if you can find a parking spot). There is a Subway in this one.

Worst customer service at customer service register. I have purchase a cricut heat press in person since I can’t order online for pickup because it was full. Walmart site have it in-stock, “pickup or order online for pick up, ships and sold by Walmart.” I went back around 3pm ask for a price adjustment and the younger and older lady had refused to price match it for me. I spoke with Crystal one of the managers over the phone she also confirmed that customer service should have had price match that. I went in and customer service this time it was a manager, she even said they should have had did also did it. I really hope that the first two ladies that had refused to do that price adjustment go back to training and learn your store policy.

Small, usually out of things, and employees are lazy/rude. I stood at the game/photo counter for 20mins, 3 employees saw me and refused to help me, and they were all behind the counter too!

I purchased a gallon of red diamond tea 02/09/ 2024 I'm afraid to drink it there was no white seal over the mouth of the tea. Tried to call them no one answered the phone. Royse City Walmart so I will be returning it.

Hayden needs a raise. I was very upset when I arrived because I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get my Xbox controller. Hayden was called over and kindly held mine and my associates hand all the way to the register. I felt very comforted by Hayden’s company. He also had smooth hands.

The 'order pickers' will cut in front of you, not move when you need to grab something, clog up the aisles limiting access, and any interaction from them is rude.

I spent many years going to the multi time remodeled store in Rockwall, but not any more! Royse City is modern and clean with so many more options and selections. This store actually brings in new items people are looking to try and puts them on display. It's called "incremental sales" and is smart business. Actually, i didn't see really too many items out of stock. I will not be going back to Rockwall because this is my new store!

REF# 330200674142I was waiting in line for a few min..then ,walked to the register and started scanning my items when the man that had been the last individual at the register, directly before me, came back to the end of the scan area and dropped his (apparently) NON SCANNED cans(3) , on the bagging area where my items , that I had ALREADY scanned, and bagged were located....I stopped, looked at him and told him "thats NOT what you do !!! then he said some garbage to me and left.. My thing is this why Is this man putting his stolen cans On my bagging area.???? Apparently, he was gonna try to sneak out of the store with his stolen merchandise, but there was a woman checking the receipts at the door so then he decided to turn around and throw those stolen cans down to my bagging area.I then proceeded to let one of the cashier ladys know about what he had done, she Literally told me it was all right for that man to take his stolen cans that he never scanned it and set them in the baging area where I'm at. Since when is that OK for somebody to put their alleged stolen products in somebody else's bagging area?I've never spent so disgusting in my life at the Walmart!!!I knew it was just the matter of time before the Royse City Walmart turned into a third world country shopping experience which I will never go back to, I don't care if I have to drive 30 miles out of my way. I will never go back to that store. Just so appalled by the whole entire situation.. Pretty sure he's steals from there egularly. But I guess that's okay..TERMINAL 20886226

The milk and dairy products at this location sour before the expiration dates. I have quit buying dairy here. Continuously being a problem for most of the shoppers. (Ongoing posts in Royse City) The fish and salads are not fresh and have been spoiled or not kept at proper temperatures. I don't like this location due to these ongoing issues.
