Good selection and friendly staff. This is our go to for grabbing items for the house and outdoors. For our goats they have a good selection of food and treats, but get hay elsewhere. Plus great finds for gifts or boots for the kids.

Do not buy from here not even an extended warranty will do u good they will do whatever they can to nit cover but they sure as he'll will charge u for it. Got almost 11 months left on the extended warranty I purchased and they refuse to help and back up their products.even harbor freight will take better care of their customers!! Long, long line at the check out. Poor cashier was working as hard as she could. She was only cashier. So I needed assistance getting some items and where they are in the store or in the back. The guy could not figure it out. He had to go get someone else. The someone else was being paged over the walkie talkies. Very frustrating for us all. 😪. I ended up finding it while they walked around like it was there first day. But my cashier was upbeat and helpful.

Hannah was just looking at the computer and wouldn’t acknowledge me for 45 seconds- not a Hi , I’ll be with you in a second or a glance and a smile. I gave her benefit of the doubt . maybe she was on the phone with someone listening. That was not the case, because she immediately rang to someone else to come help me after I got a chance to communicate what I needed. Very unprofessional & not the first or second time that I have experienced poor customer service from her or the woman manager. They act as if they don’t want to be there and it’s an inconvenience to help you.

This location does not honor the company's price match guarantee.we showed them a lower price for victor high pro dog food at texas country farm supply, available either in store online but they refused to match the price. The greenville location had no problem with the price match. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

Great staff doing everything they can during a busy time. Likely understaffed for a busy Sunday but the staff was happy and didnt let that get them down. Best way to fill a propane tank too. Give your staff a raise! They deserve it!

I've been meaning to write this for a while. This is one of the best TS stores that I know of. I especially like Nancy, she is professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. But she has a great report with her customer, seems to know so many of them by first name. I am always greeted and feel like I'm receiving individual treatment when I'm there. Great store, great people!

We just moved here and it was our first time here and The old man that was working Sunday evening 6/5 told us to get out while we had stuff in our hand about to check out because it was 7:00 and they were closed. I realize y’all are closed but there is a certain way to talk to customers and that’s not it. Buddy obviously hates his job and if that’s so I’m positive someone else could do a way better than him. Started coming here to get the dog food my dog will actually eat. Only been here twice, but they discontinued it because it wasn't selling. They did say I can order online, but I can do that on Amazon. Store is always nice and clean, though. People are nice.

Don't Expect that you can Return merchandise at this Store, they will Not Accept your return even if it has not been used . Bought an animal trap because we had a raccoon we saw close to the house, We never got to use it because racoon Never came back . So we took it back to TS for Refund or even store credit & they said No Can do , tough Luck!

The best all purpose store that I have seen..They have just about anything that you need..if you need something that they don't have, then they can open it...this store is located in a small town but they prices are competitive with large stores, located in the big city.. always ready to help you and very friendly.. I highly recommend this store..

I was waiting for over 15 minutes in the curbside pickup for one item. I was the only one there, employees were walking in and out....you'd think they'd ask or say something inside about me after having already assisted several customers to their cars. But common sense is not common, I need to remember that! ....when I called the number again to ask where my item was and let them know it was now over 15 minutes, I was told, "Oh, she must have forgotten to call in the back for your order." And then you wondered why I was upset when you came to my car? Horrible! My firsr time using curbside pickup at that store too.

They just have the most darling dig toys and not bad prices. Staff loves my Beagle-Bull "Lionel Ritchie" when he comes in with me. Always gets a treat! Love the staff

I called this store & spoke with a star customer service rep by the name of Peggy and she as very helpful. I needed a couple of hard to find items and she not only found those items but had them ready for me at check out whenever I arrived.-If I were a prophet I would say that she (Peggy) can become successful at whatever she places her mind at heart on. Apparently if you’re a a color person , employees will follow you around. Even after telling her what I was looking for she would still have the nerve to stand behind me acting as if she was working in that area. I purposely went to 4 different parts of the store and there she was.
