Lorene and her husband are great! I prefer to visit Pinky's than any other feed store or tractor supply. Our experience has been primarily with Lorene, she is full of advice and always learning. She wants what is best for you and your animals. She helped us with our bull calf and her recommendations for what to do when he was sick completely helped. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Pinky's Feed in Royse City. I went there yesterday looking for a solution for my green pond problem (algae) and the owner of this shop had a wealth of information for me regarding this topic and many others as well. I was also able to pick up some things to treat my property for fleas, bugs and mosquitoes etc. I now feel like I can take this spring and summer season head on having a safe environment in and around my property where my kids and I can play :) I cannot say enough good things about the owners! Lorene took her time explaining what I should get and how I should use it. I highly recommend this business!

Excellent customer service. U-haul moved our pickup to this location and we could not have had better luck. The owner took excellent care of us and even managed to save us some money. I highly recommend Pinky's for Uhaul or any other feed needs.

Great local store that is convenient to Royse City and surrounding areas. Big selection of dog food and livestock feed. The owners are really nice people too! Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Best feed store I have been in, the owner goes to all kinds of seminars, and takes classes on livestock. From milk formulas to worming sheep and goats to sheep and goat castration. I am really excited she will be doing a shot clinic and classes. If they don't have what you need they will special order it for you. The U-Haul man brought the truck and trailer to the front of the store running and waiting with the air going, what a great team.

The customer service is amazing. Chris is very helpful and genuinely a nice guy!! We rent there about 12 times a year will always use them for U-haul trucks!! It hard to find great customer service anymore but this place has it!!! Y'all are awesome!!

Family ran good service , it's about 7 miles further for me from the one on Route 66 across from Mo's ; BUT there I have never been treated so poorly. The owner tells you where you have to park, you can't walk into the feed area and are treated in a rude manner. In my opinion there is a mentally unstable person to deal with. Use Pinky's for your needs.

We looked for square bales at all the usual places but the only folks that had some was Pinky's! The hay was absolutely beautiful stuff! Our horses LOVE it! The staff is super friendly too! I highly recommend Pinky's!

I have only been there about 3 times in the last year or so and all three times their credit card machine was giving them trouble. Today there was two people in front of me checking aout and it took 20-30 minutes because their credit card machine wasn’t working appropriately. Finally when it was my turn I told the nice young lady that was working that I needed one round bale. She then informed me that no one was there to load the round bale and it would be about 45 minutes until someone would be there. So unprofessional for the owners to have that sweet young lady working there alone with no help on a Saturday. Also unprofessional to sell round bales with no way to load them... very disappointed and will never go back.

Oh my, oh my! What a find. I have never encountered a feed store that was as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as Pinkys. I live in Nevada and after the loss of W&W feed to the tornado in December, I had been shopping around for a feed store. I found the one down the road a bit from Pinkys, but always felt rushed and never once in months of visiting their store did I get the chance to look around to see what they carried. No worries about that any longer. My donkeys, dogs and I are blessed to have found y'all. Keep on doing what you are doing. All you other Nevada equine lovers, take a drive out and see what it is all about, especially as of this date you can get horse quality coastal round bales for 65.00 (yes I said 65.00) and three string alfalfa for 26.00 (yes, I said 26.00). If that won't send you burnin' rubber on the tires of that ole truck, I just don't know what will! ~Wanda

Scheduled a in person pick up of a Uhaul truck at their opening time. Nobody was there. (Online hours says they open at 1000, my reservation was for 1000) Had to do a online pick up of the truck which I specifically did not want to do. I am due discounts which I can not get online. I have to speak to someone. Pinkys said the truck was on the west side of the building, it was not. Its 40 degrees and pouring rain in a muddy parking lot and I am pressed for time just trying to find the truck. I tried calling Pinkys several times in the days leading up to my truck pick up but nobody ever answers the phone. Will not recommend or do my business here again.

Unfortunately this is the only store besides Tractor Supply that is open late for my gamebird feed. I really like their selection, but if you want to be talked to for upwards to an hour about how you are poisoning your body with GMO's and how Dr.s just medicate to keep you sick, this is your place. I dread going in this place.
