Everything about this experience was fantastic. I was able to speak to the groomer, Elicia, directly when I dropped my dog off and she was very kind and took my dogs sensitive skin considerations seriously. They contacted me as soon as my dog was ready, and when I picked her up she was so relaxed! Normally it takes hours for my dog to stop panting from anxiety after grooming, but I could tell how comfortable she was at the facility and with the staff. After working at and managing a grooming salon/kennel for 4 years, I was very impressed and could tell that these people love dogs and are happy to be working with them. The owners are so sweet, and the facility itself is adorable. I am also particular about small details when it comes to the haircut, and Elicia is definitely a pro. Whole-heartedly recommend!!

I recently took my dogs to Elms groomer, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, and my do came out looking and smelling great. They took great care of them! I could tell he was in good hands. I will definitely be returning for future grooming appointments. Highly recommend this groomer!

Leo & Chloe LOVE going to ELMS (the booty Parlor!). Chloe, 17 yr. old Yorkie gets stressed easily but not with Elicia & Jenn! We wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I highly recommend Elms Grooming! They did an amazing job on grooming my pup, she came back so fluffy and smelling so good! I asked to have her ears cleaned and they went above and beyond my expectations! They are super personable and sweet! I will definitely be back!

My family moved to Fate almost a year ago, and we had been looking for a pet groomer for our baby girl Rosie. We have had several bad experiences trying to find a decent groomer for her since we moved. Being a 65 pound dog, we knew that Rosie wasn't the easiest to handle, and she definitely doesn't enjoy getting her nails trimmed. My husband found this place on a Google search and found that it had a 5 star rating online so we drove to check it out. The owner is very friendly and you can tell that her true passion is animals and helping them. We explained to her about Rosie and our concerns, and ended up doing a FANTASTIC job with her. We can't wait to let her get used to this groomer, and it was well worth the money we spent.

Elms grooming is a hidden little gem in Royse City, Tx! I have a pair of Olde English Bulldogs that can be quite difficult to bathe. These girls take in my babies and give them the special treatment every time. They are great with the pesty tear stains and do amazing on their toe nails. Love that they treat my babies like their own and have to kiss and tell them they love them when they leave. The other day I had to leave them a little longer than usual and it made my heart so happy to see the puppies sitting on the bench in the waiting room looking out the window as if they were at home. You and your fur baby will love this place!

We just had the best experience with our two doodles at Elm’s Grooming. Elicia cut them exactly how we wanted them to look. Both Hunter and Jennifer provided the best help and customer service as well! The dogs have never been happier post-grooming and even got to come home with the cutest bandanas on! ELMS grooming deserves all the stars!! Never used a groomer before- They took the time to explain in full detail their process and what they thought would be best for my Zeke! Zeke looked so handsome and smelt amazing for over a week!! Zeke was treated so special there….I think he wanted to stay longer 🤣 will be returning and telling everyone I know about ELMS and the wonderful humans that work there 💜

I have brought my dog Lady to ELMs several times and the staff is so nice and they always do a fantastic job! They are really affordable as well. I had to bring Lady in a few different times close together for some medicated baths since we couldn’t give them to her at home at the time and they really helped us out. Definitely recommend them!

Took Buddy in today for his first visit at ELMS. He had the complete package today. He was so happy & good for the ladies. We will be back. Such a wonderful staff & a great asset to our little town. Our fur baby Tilly came here for a groom and bath. She came out looking so adorable even though we had to shave a lot of hair off. Elms grooming made the best of it and we will for sure be back!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were so responsive and friendly from the start. Gave my girl the best groom she has ever had! I felt completely comfortable leaving my minnie with them and that was really nice.

These girls were so sweet and patient with me when I dropped my rescue corgi, Mayla, off! They took time to sit with her and talk to me about what the game plan was, and off she went! She smells amazing, the shedding is FINALLY UNDER CONTROL. We will absolutely be scheduling again, and I will be sending my more outgoing/spaz corgi there when she is fixed!

I want to give a big shout out and thanks to Elm’s for giving Bentley his first big boy haircut today. It took time and patience to give a 6 month old doodle a major grooming. He is one wiggly puppy, so it wasn’t a easy job. He came home smelling good and looking adorable. ❤️Great customer service and they love the dogs. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING!!! I called from the vet with a need for ear plucking expecting to maybe get in that same day. I was told to come on over when I finished there. These ladies are so welcoming and kind. With loving, firm hands my pups ears were cleared while I waited. Outstanding, down home service. And such a cute space too. Thank you so much for your loving service to our community. Elms grooms my two doodles (65 lbs) every 4 weeks. My girls always come home smelling amazing, it lasts for a little over a week (longer than most other places we tried) and look great. My girls are always happy to see the groomer as well which makes me feel good about leaving them. Pricing is extremely fair as well which is a huge bonus.Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

I was recommended by a friend, I am so glad they are in royse city! They actually care about your pet. My dogs were very comfortable there. Their prices were good as well. I highly recommend them to ANYONE!
