This CVS is routinely closed midday. Unacceptable for a growing town with a new Emergency center basically next door.Always seems to be understaffed AND the self checkout machines seldom work.

A month ago I wouldn't have said the following but this CVS has improved. The pharmist took his time to help me and answer all my questions. The lady at the drive through window was truly pleasant.

This CVS is TRASH. The pharmacy is always ill prepared. We valued in a script for the (second time btw) hours in advance and go to pick up and it is not ready. This isn’t the first time this location has done this and it will be the last. Taking our coins elsewhere where we can get better service. We won’t be returning.

I know everyone has their own experience and pharmacies are one of those places you either really hate them or really like them. Anything dealing with Healthcare is a multifaceted experience that requires some level of patience and understanding. Initially when this location opened there were some hiccups and the original pharmacist had some issues. However, the staff they have had for the last couple of years has been wonderful. Customer service has been exceptional and each person behind the counter remembers me by sight and is pleasant to speak with. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will do what she can to assist and fix those frustrating doctor/insurance issues that occasionally happen. The pharmacist did a better job of administering a shot to my daughter than the pediatrician had! The pharmacist’s presence, how she handled herself, and how she administered the shot made it an experience that did not terrify my kiddo. That’s worth it to me! I would definitely recommend these guys.

I have called three times to talk with the pharmacy waited at least 6 to 10 minutes then they hang up. I will be moving my scripts else where. Most are rude in the pharmacy too.

Terrible customer service! They'll have you wait even when there's no line at the counter or the drive thru. Sometimes just to hear they don't have your medication. You can save money and experience top notch customer service by going to the Walmart pharmacy across the street. I'm not a Walmart fan folks but the Royse City Walmart pharmacy is really on the game. I don't give criticism or compliments unless they are earned.

I went with my wife to buy and the person who was in the box did not want to sell us just because he was of Hispanic origin. The most ironic thing is that she was also Hispanic and said that she did not speak Spanish. I have been living in Royse City for years. It's the first time something like this happens to me

This is a great place to fill. Your prescriptions, prices are a little higher than walmart but customer service is superior to walmart pharmacy in every way

Pharmacy closes too early on the weekend and they should pick a slow day in the week to close early . People are off on weekends!
