The level of discrimination at this store is disgusting. You can't even walk down the aisle in peace without the PA system calling over the store to the service desk(which is the same thing)for security camera scanning.They should wear an earpiece like the secret service if they're going to watch their customers like theives.At least it won't be noticeable.My husband came in to shop tonight not a peep from their PA system.I came in on Friday .Every aisle I went down they were calling..it's ridiculous and so stereotypical..not to mention. I can't even see my first post about they're discrimination..

I frequent this Tom Thumb weekly and I have for years. I love shopping at this store as the associates are always friendly and the store is well stocked and easy to shop. I'm writing a quick review today for Kerrie, in the bakery, who just took a custom cake order... she was great! She offered suggestions to make the cake really special and accommodated a tight time frame. This is one example of why I choose to shop at this Tom Thumb.

The florist here are AMAZING! I showed up with Very little notice of just a few hours needing a special arrangement for my daughters 18th Birthday and when I tell you that they made it happen 😭 Thank you to the amazing florist and the Floral manager! I sooo appreciate you and Your dedication My daughter absolutely LOVED THEM 🌻

On Christmas Eve, management at this store had little regard for his customers. Was there at 6:48, Google Maps clearly states that they’re open til 7:00. Needed one item only and would easily have been out of the store before close, but the guy at the door said they closed at 6:30. Liars. There were a number of others on the parking lot who had been turned away also. If I’d known they wouldn’t honor the times they posted, I could have saved myself a trip.

The prices here are good. I saved $12 using my club card which earns me points that then goes toward discounted gas prices. The store is clean and easy to access. The location is great and having the gas station makes it convenient.This location has an ice machine, coin machine, a lottery machine, a pharmacy, and a redbox machine. They also have self checkout lanes.The service is friendly and very helpful. I like shopping here.

What is going on with bakery offering? Bagels got smaller and recently fresh bagels not available (jalapeño's and cheddar, sesame, …), whole grain pitas, fresh baguettes. We’ve been regularly buying fresh bakery products during every weekend and are very disappointed now.

New front end manager is extremely rude. I asked to get my 10% discount for wearing Cowboys gear and she refused. She gave me some excuse about that staff at this location has been doing a lot of things they weren’t supposed to. She only honors jerseys and I was wearing a Cowboys cap. Really just an excuse to not give a long time customer a discount the way I see it. I will go to another location to stay away from this rude lady

The bakery here is terrific!! Their cakes are definitely better than expected for a grocery store. They also have plenty of cupcakes in different varieties which are great when shopping for holidays and my son's class or other gatherings. The butter mini croissants can be perfectly paired with thier chicken salad in the deli for a nice dinner or lunch party as well.

Went in at 8:05 PM to place an order for my son's birthday next week. No one was in bakery and the self checkout "clerk" was rude and gave me interesting faces when I was explaining to him that my order wasn't difficult or elaborate. I explained that I needed to pay for it since I wasn't picking it up. He went to a small closet near the front of the store and when he returned told me he couldn't help me and that I couldn't pay for it because the bakery closed at 8 PM! WTH? What kind of customer service is that! For a small round cake (that's usually already made on a shelf) with my son's name written on it and a dozen cupcakes. Yes I could get off shelf, but that might not be fresh and not the point. With the cost of everything almost doubling and stores closing earlier and earlier...is decent customer service too much to ask for?! I THINK NOT. Don't go here.

Always clean, well-stocked, and friendly employees. Very reasonable return policy. I have encountered a few times when sell prices did not ring up, but as soon as you report it, they will make it right. The sale price issues continues. Employee at customer service says nothing they can do. It's all downloaded from corporate.

First time in this store and very impressed with the ambiance. The baker was busy making a cake for a mom and two young daughters. She worked steadily to decorate this last-minute order and won their hearts. I got a dozen of the best pastries from the daily racks that I have ever found outside of Crispy Cream. Makes my morning coffee worth waking up for. Thanks

Store is clean and neat. We'll organized with seasonal flair to make you feel more festive. It appears there is an increase in staffing for quicker checkout. Needs more help in the meat dept. during after work rush hour. Always a line with only 1 clerk. Sometimes no clerks in the area for several minutes.Checkout out team could be more outgoing and friendly while they work.Overall seeing continued improvement lately.

We shoped till we had our grub run completed. It was a great time, and we were very excited to find a huge piece of beef.we wondered if we could get this huge slad of meat inside our car, we never had tried to get such a hugh piece inside it, Before. This slab like piece o' meat was a very,very tight fit. After we rubbed some butter all over it, it went right in the oven. After we had let it cook inside for a while when all was said and done We got a great big piece of meat that satisfied our need to be full and satiated in an almost meat induced comalike state . We also found some very large vegetables with which to make and toss a great salad that one and all enjoyed at our last wild and swinging party. There, we also found plenty of fresh pineapples to eat and decorate the walls of our small but passionately decorated house. If you need a few things to make your next gathering swing in Harmony. Remember Tom thumb definitely has a lifestyle friendly staff, and the staff gets great pleasure supplying all your needs, desires & wants. Swing on by their fine establishment. You will not regret that you did

Normally no one tops your fresh fruit... last night wasnt the case, had i know i could return fruit it wouldve been returned. I was severely disappointed with what i got.... i love tom thumb but this one hurt me I was so looking forward to my fresh delectable delectables!

Went in after making my appointment online for the vaccine. In and out, no problem... by the time she was putting on the bandaid I had been waiting for her to start. It was painless even days later. They were focused on what they were doing so i didn't get greeted right away, but all good. Store itself is easy to navigate, friendly service for the most part. Prices are a bit up there but sometimes it's worth it to get that $1.00 off of gas.

Emmanuel and Obi are by far the best employees at Tom Thumb. Emmanuel works in the checkout line and he is always fast and bags the geoceries perdectly. The past 3 years we always have a good conversation. He would be a superb manager in any hospitality job.
