Fishes at this location usually don’t eat after taking them home and die a few days later. It happened many times. I tried Pet Plus, the fishes are very active and eat immediately.I came back to Petsmart again, bought 3 more, 2 died already 3 days after taking them home.I wish the employees at this location take better care of the fishes.

Had an appt for grooming of my schnauzer which I drove 40 mins to make. I wasn't told until arrival that they wouldn't be able to cut him. He had some matting at his crown and legs, but nothing extreme. They couldn't even provide a list of alternative options for qualified pet groomers nearby. Horrible customer service and response. As a 40 yr pet owner, I've never experienced such.

Lowering my rating to 1 star, since an actual groomer got my pet cut 2 days later...and exclaimed that the matting was minor, after pet smart's incompetent staff refused him.

The groomers here are great! Especially Trish. They have to deal with VERY bad dogs everyday and they still come out wonderful. She Especially follows all the procedures and is very nice both to pet parents and dogs.Little tip to some pet parents.Maybe instead of complaining to the groomers for not being able to do your dog, you should train your dogs better. Because I've seen your dogs act up. Any problem is usually not a groomers fault at all

Took my goldendoodle here to get groomed and after I saw how she looked after her appointment I said never again.Despite the groomer saying she was too jumpy and had some matting , i remember telling the groomer to do the best she can, but when I picked her up I was disgusted, her coat now is very uneven and luckily I did not get charged, NEVER AGAIN!!

They have an excellent selection of products and the grooming staff is wonderful. The only issue is there's regularly a lack of store associates to check out customers, and there's often a large line for no reason other than there's only 1 person up front. That's a management issue

My daughter needed very specific items for a high school aquatic biosphere project. Brandon was most helpful as we selected just the right fish, plants, and crab. We had lots of questions and he was so patient and informative. Great job Brandon and the Petsmart team!

My son and I went in to return an item I had purchased at another petsmart location. We wanted to browse the fish to see if we saw any we wanted to stock our new tank with. There was an employee getting numerous dead fish out of the tanks. There were still an abundant amount of dead fish. Most of the tanks are in really bad shape. We did not purchase any fish, and when I asked about the tank cleaning she got very defensive and of course blamed Covid and being understaffed. The other location I had been at previously, 6 miles away didn't seem to be having any problems despite being short staffed. This is the reason chain pet stores get such a bad reputation. Otherwise transaction went smoothly and I was able to complete what I went in there for.

I don't recommend using the delivery service it sucks bad!! The guy didn't even speak English and stole my items!! He couldn't not find me because he called and said me no English!! I texted him also and no response so good luck and then the store the girl said she didn't care so what amazing customer service!!!!!

Employees I talk to always strike up a conversation and are chill to talk to, I’ve worked a vet before before so pretty much for the most part employees I’ve talked to seem acknowledgeable.Anything I’ve been recommended for treats or new dental stuff I’ve never seen before seem to work for the dog(s).

Trish is hostile with dogs. Don’t book with her. Most of the groomers act like they don’t want to be there. If you take your dog here it might make sense to watch them groom them to ensure they don’t hurt them. Dogs remember how you treat them so if your dog isn’t receptive when you come back. It’s probably because they were rough with them.

Groomers are incredible even able to handle our difficult dogs. Only complaint is that their fish selection is limited on weekends after the Thursday delivery of fish and overall their fish selection is very limited. Other Petsmarts have better fish selections.

Usually, come here to get crickets, and we usually end up with quite a few dead ones because they scoop from the corners or whatever. Better off going to a reptile shop to guarantee all live Crickets. Works in a pinch.

I had a recently torn MCL and although the do offer “curbside”, there’s no slots to park in and my understanding is you still go in to the side to get your order. When I placed the order online, I wasn’t thinking that a 30 Lb bag might be hard to carry with a bum knee. I called and asked if i pulled up to the door if they could bring it out (explained knee) and he did & was super nice!

Informed associate they had a sick bird. He told me that it wasn't sick and that it was only sad because its mate died.. does this look like a sad bird? Very clearly sick and will probably die soon.He said he'd check it out but as I was leaving, I saw him doing other things. Clearly a lack of care for animals.Also, their goldfish had white spots (ick) that were seemingly unnoticed / untreated.Petcare dept is either understaffed or needs more knowledgeable employees.

We called this store to inquire about eye drops desperately needed by one of our cats. The employee immediately verified the medicine was in stock and reserved it under our name at the main register.
