We had a terrible experience with one of the members. Our doctor called to ask about a prescription that was sent and they were hung up on. This member is not fit to serve people’s needs. Other than this particular member we have had pleasant experiences.

Not surprised. They’re deleting reviews . This used to be an amazing pharmacy . It has went DOWN HILL . The woman (Indian lady ) was extremely rude many nights and specifically last night . My kids have TWO insurances. She tried to argue with me and was charging a $30 co pay . After requesting to speak to pharmacist Samuel (nice guy) helped .It was $0 co pay AS I THOUGHT .This is an ongoing issue. The people are rude . The wait times are horribly long .

This store horrible I was there to pick up a prescription and a few very expensive other things I tried to get into the restroom it was locked I told the girl in the pharmacy she said walk to the front of the store seniors are always in that store at least try and accommodate them and moms with little childrenI'm moving my prescription to Walmart see why they have a low rating one star is to good.

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Highway 66 at Dalrock in Rowlett Texas. I have never dealt with a pharmacy near this bad. I was forced to use them because of my insurance but you can bet i'll change insurance at renewal time. When they run low on your prescription they will only fill a 90 day for 30 days and then you can't get the extra 60 days back they make your doctor write a whole new prescription My doctor's office hates them. That is a cvs policy. It is unbelievable how many times they are either low or out of medications that I need refills on. They will almost always take 3 to 5 days to fill a prescription. They are rude and incompetent. Avoid this pharmacy

They will print out WRONG DIRECTIONS TOO ! I just called to clarify the directions as they dont make sense. They said Ops that should say 20ml day 1 and the 10ml day 2-10 . SMHIncompetent !!!!! Do not go here ! My daughter is 5 ! This is ridiculous !!!!!!!

The CVS on Dalrock in Rowlett by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced not just this time, but every single time I go and it’s always the worst most rudest individual that works there on the receipt for initials are FNU i’m not sure what her name is middle-aged, Hispanic girl, possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life not just to me but you everybody in my family and I assume other people I’m not sure or maybe she’s single not my family for whatever reason

Pharmacy staff are friendly, easy to fill a prescription or get a flu shot. Good access to Highway 66 and Dalrock Rd.

Pharmacy member are always kind despite the huge amount of service this location does. Pretty clean and well stocked too, can't ask for much more in a convenience store.
