We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Vintage Round Top for weekend 1 of the Spring Antique Show! We (2 adults and an infant) stayed in the Pierce cottage. We really appreciated the privacy of having a stand-alone cottage. The unit was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and their fixings; a welcome bottle of wine; utensils and dishes; cleaning supplies; and mini appliances. It was also adorably decorated and got us in the mood to vintage shop! The check-in and check-out processes were simple and hassle-free. We will definitely be back!

what a fabulous place! My sisters, niece and daughter stayed at the Boho house during Antiques Week and it quickly became our favorite place we've stayed. The house has a cozy feel, but not small. Plenty of room for 5 of us and to unload all our treasures from the day. Its decorated perfectly and well stocked. Great place would highly recommend to anyone. Thank You Music for getting us all booked in the right place and thank you Paige for being so kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a great getaway with friends. Every detail of the house was beautifully done. The large open living space gave us plenty of room to be together for meals and games. I would definitely recommend staying at The Boho House.

This was our second time to host a ladies retreat at the Vintage Round Top — and once again, it exceeded our expectations! The space is cozy, yet stylish — modern, yet vintage. Every room and every detail has been curated to create an environment of warmth and beauty. We had everything we needed and more — for hosting, serving & cooking meals, eating together playing games, working through materials, presenting from the TV in boho — I could not have imagined a better place than this. Everyone had their own space (the cottages are incredibl , too!) but we also had ample room to all be together. All of the ladies were blown away by the unique beauty AND comfort of this place! Paige was amazing, as always, and gave us great recommendations for walking, shopping, and eating. If you need a place to stay in round top, or have a retreat to host - this is your spot. You won’t want to leave!

Boho is fabulous! Boho is beautiful and very well-appointed, and photos online are a great representation of what you will actually experience. Location is perfect just a short 2-minute drive to Round Top Downtown. Our family was very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch with the gas fire and visiting in the evening after dinner. The living area, beds, rooms, and bathrooms (with plenty of towels) were very comfortable. The internet worked great, and the kitchen has everything you need. All was very comfortable, spacious, and exceeded our high expectations. Definitely a 5+star experience! Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our return stay! Thank you!

Our visit to The Vintage Round Top exceeded all expectations! We stayed on site and hosted an event in the Boho Cottage. It was the perfect environment to experience all that Round Top has to offer. Paige and the team were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and seamless. The service was amazing. We will absolutely be back for another visit!

When we booked The Vintage Round Top for a friend's birthday, we had no idea what was in store. The house is gorgeous and close to everything in town. The hosts were wonderful and stayed in touch with us before, during and after our stay. The house was very spacious for our party of seven. The Vintage was a great getaway from the big city. A great touch was the bottle of wine upon our arrival. The pictures don't do it justice.

We had a women's LifePlan retreat at the Vintage Round Top this past weekend, and it was absolutely REMARKABLE! We had the entire property to ourselves, and every detail of the place is thought through and uniquely beautiful. The common phrase among the women was -- "it feels like home!" There is an atmosphere of peace that makes you want to stay longer. We also found ourselves taking photos of just about everything in the house, because all the details - from the wall decor to the bedding - was top notch, creative, beautiful, and deliberate. Everything we needed, we had -- and there was ample places for everyone to spread out -- both inside and outside. Paige has done an incredible job making this property a place where we could feel at ease -- laugh, cry, eat good food, drink good wine, and ultimately leave more whole and restored than when we arrived. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks Paige & Smoot for creating such an incredible place to relax & connect -- our expectations were surpassed! (Also, the knives are VERY sharp and put all my knives at home to shame. Small detail but makes a big difference when you are chopping & cooking all your meals at the property! ;) The pictures in the photos don't do this place justice...if you are headed to Round Top --- STAY HERE! I promise you'll be leaving a review like this one when you leave. ;)

Paige and Smoot have thought of every detail in this well-appointed rental. The true spirit of Round Top is represented here. We were a party of 10 women for a retreat to thank our group of interior & building designers, and our home furnishings retail sales team. The aesthetics met our approval with flying colors and all the comforts of home were here. There was not one thing missing! We cooked, laughed and slept in the most comfortable beds while enjoying the country views. Thank you for being so accommodating!!!

Loved our stay at The Vintage Round Top! We stayed in Pearce--a charming and cozy cottage, with a super comfortable bed. The location can't be beat as you have convenient access to downtown Round Top as well as some of the best spots for antiques. We'll be back!

The property was beautiful, like it was pulled from the pages of a country living magazine. The home was well furnished and very comfortable and relaxing. The Vintage is conveniently located on the outskirts of Round Top which is a quaint town with great places to dine. The owners of the Vintage were very hospitable. They made their little place in the country ours for the few days we were there. I would highly recommend The Vintage Round Top for families that want a peaceful getaway, for work retreats, which is what I used it for, or for gathering of groups for various purposes. Great time and good memories.

Our company, Younger Homes, hosted a whole company retreat at The Vistage Round Top in June 2021. We rented the entire property for 12 people so we could comfortably spread out + have enough space to gather for group activities. The venue could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed hosting meals in both the 1450 and the Boho. The kitchens were stocked with all the serving ware needed to accomodate a beatiful spread. The layout of each home/cabin is perfectly thought out for large groups with several areas of seated vignettes. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all stunngly decorated and perfectly comfortable. We love the Round Top area, and this venue perfectly exudes the atmosphere and character of the quaint Texas town. To top it off, the host, Paige, was an amazing planner and offered her service + an onsite assistant to help organize our events/catering. This allowed me to focus on our people during our stay vs. being a caterer. Overall, we were all blessed by this beautiful site created by the Hull's and we can not wait to return soon!

Really thrilled our team from The Butcher's Daughter had the luck to book a stay at The Vintage Round Top. We stayed in the Boho which was both spacious and cozy - every detail was considered and we immediately felt at home as soon as we walked in.Paige's + Smoot's eye for decor is incredibly inspiring for us, we loved all the unique touches including a mix of vintage details with modern amenities. When we are spending all day walking the fields in the elements, having a nice spa-like bathroom (with soaking tubs!) is such a treat to restore before gearing up for the next day.A big bonus was the fully equipped kitchen (with stunning brass countertops!) so we could grab a coffee before hitting the fields and be able to make a team dinner together.We have stayed previously at a variety of places and The Vintage Round Top is by far the best place to stay in the Round Top area. It is also super conveniently located, right on SH 237, near the beautifully curated Market Hill and The Arbors field.Looking forward to our next show and staying again!

The Vintage Round Top is absolutely lovely and Paige and the gals who assisted us during our stay were such a delight to work with! I held a retreat here in April, and my guests just couldn’t say enough about how impressed they were with the place and also the town. I had guests from Chicago and Houston and none really had an idea of what to expect in this small town west of Houston. They kept saying how pleasantly surprised they were and how relaxing the venue was. Thank you to all for making my retreat a success! We will definitely be back!

From privacy to cleanliness, The Vintage Round Top was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the Boho property, which was in impeccable condition and the decor is truly one of a kind that has a luxury, Texas feel. It was great for our family, and very close to town, just a 2 minute drive down the road. The was the perfect TX escape and I highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Round Top.

Stunning property! It was the perfect location for our annual ladies trip. Both houses were beautifully decorated, the furnishings / beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts even left fresh baked cookies and wine for us to enjoy during our stay. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a rental in the Round Top area.

We had a girls weekend here celebrating a birthday! It was absolutely perfect. The home was beautiful and perfectly decorated, super comfortable, and just a short drive from Austin! We got to go shopping around town during the day, and then enjoy the peaceful setting the rest of the time. I would highly recommend it for any celebration - birthday, bridal shower, or bachelorette weekend!
