Wouldn't recommend their grooming service. My St Bernard is geriatric at 8 years old, and has had a bad knee for several years. But she's always been able to jump in and out of the truck and stand and walk without aid. The first time I brought her here, her back knee was so bad that she limped out. They made no accommodations for her, and she was very sore. The second time I brought her in for a bath and nails. When I picked her up, she was unable to stand on her own. Her front legs were exhausted and her front left was shaky. She couldn't put weight on her back legs at all. Her stress level was through the roof and she was lethargic for 2 days. I'm not sure how she was treated in just 2 hours, but she's never left a grooming anything but happy. We have used a dozen other groomers, and tried this one on a recommendation. Never has my dog been treated so poorly. I have an appointment with her vet to have her checked out for injuries. I'm sure they will post a snarky reply, that seems to be par for the course. Ultimately there are many other grooming services with a much better standard for their treatment and consideration of their client pets.

As a dog mom who loves her dog like a child, I would definitely recommend utilizing their services!! My son has been groomed at this location a couple of times, and each time we have been satisfied! I know it can be hard at times finding groomers that actually take pride in their work! With that being said, I definitely recommend!!

I take my Great Dane to get groomed here. They’re great! Very nice, attentive, good with our big girl, communicative and give quality service. Our dog loves going. The place is super cute. There are dog treats everywhere. Both homemade and non. A great selection of chews (like animal part chews. Feet, ears, trachea, etc.)We bought a birthday cake for our dog, her friends and our two 2 cats. They loved it. Will continue to go to Woof Gang as long as I can!

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.I was super excited to have my puppy groomed.. I was detailed with the stylist on what I wanted for my puppy's trim. It took over 2 hours, almost at 2.5 hours for a 25 pound puppy. He had some tangles on his ears, but that was it. I even brushed my puppy before his appointment. I requested long and fluffy hair and requested 1 inch off. I even showed the stylist a picture! She kept asking me the same questions, when I answered them the first time. When I picked up my puppy, he looked shaved and his tail looked like it was never trimmed. He hardly any hair on his body, they definitely took more than an inch off. His tail hair is so much longer than his body, and it doesn't look right. I was very disappointed with the results and I was VERY detailed on what I wanted before I left. My puppy is a boy, and they put a pink bandana on him?!? They did not give me a "report card" of how he was during his groom. I got a report card the last time I went to Woof Gang. I was very disappointed and upset with my experience. It was one thing after another with this place. Ive been to multiple groomers, and this place is not worth it.

Woof gang and bakery did an amazing job with both my German shepherds. Luna and Bruce look amazing. Also got some amazing treats as well as a cake for their birthday a week prior. The whole staff was super friendly. The groomers were great with my dogs. Will definitely be back again.

We’ve been loyal customers since Woof opened their doors. Our Golden, Ginger, loves all the treats and cookies we regularly buy here. I especially love the cute themed cookies and would often gift them to friends who have furbabies themselves.Their groomers & front staff are personable and professional. They would always confirm what services I want Ginger to get. The one time they were running behind, they even offered a free blueberry facial. I also want to commend Zeke. He is their new bather and he did such a great job that actually prompted me to write this review! If you have a Golden Retriever or any dog that sheds year round, you’ll appreciate a good and thorough bath because it lessens the clumps of fur flying about.Id also like to add that Woof always does something to give back to the community. They partner with the local shelter and host fundraisers or sponsor events etc. It’s a no brainer to be loyal to a business who does a great job and is conscientious! We love Woof Gang!

Ive gotten several cakes here for my dogs. This last time I asked for a light pink-the girl who took the order confirmed lighter than their readily available cakes, I said yes. When I went to pick it up it was the same pink as their ready made cakes so that was disappointing. The writing on our latest cake “16” was poorly done.

Had a resident event just really wanted these pup cakes to have 4 basic lettering with a certain color was told the wolf gang near me (Austin location)could not make this accommodation. I am so glad the round rock location not only did the simple colors and lettering but went above and beyond with their designs will definitely travel the 20 miles for the excellent costumer service from the person who answered the phone and the amazing baker who followed up multiple times.definitely made our event so special

Love Wolf Gang RR! The front office, the owner, the staff are all so sweet. Once I saw such a change in my fur babies energy since coming here I have never left them. They are calm and happy after grooming now! And the team is really open to suggestions or concerns. If you voice it, they will jump to help.I saw a harsh review about the increase in pricing, and I feel that falls more on the economy than the business itself. They shouldn't be faulted for that. Small businesses in Austin and the surrounding area are really trying. Happy to support this place, and happy my pups have a consistent place to go. LOVE ZEKE, BEST GROOMER MY DOGS HAVE EVER HAD 🖤

Came across this wonderful place while looking for a business that does dog friendly cakes for my little weenie pup for his first birthday! They contacted me almost immediately when I put in the request, and let me know all the options I had! Going to pick up the cake, the store was clean and staff amazing! My baby came out with razor burn disappointing to read on Google that the only way it can happen is dry shave, blunt razor or shaving to quick. When we leave our babies in others care we expect them to be looked after properly….. that isn’t the case here my poor baby is suffering and having to go to the vets

Woof Gang is the only place I take my mini golden doodle, Stella, for a groom! Stella has bad separation anxiety & her groomer Heather goes above & beyond to make sure she’s taken care of & comfortable. Her groom is always exactly what I ask for! The shop is clean, the workers are friendly, & they have a great selection of food & pet supplies as well. I’m so grateful I’ve found my new go-to groomer as someone new to Austin :)

I have been going here several years but have decided to stop. The grooming has not been as good as it used to be. At the start I had the same person then it has just been random people. This last few services her face was jagged not rounded and long ears (shih-poo), along with the face not being washed well and having knots in her ears and tail and in all honesty I haven’t gotten the rounded face in a long time but kept going in hopes things would change. The nails are sharp and have wounded my legs often and Made my husband bleed, not filed. After the last grooming she had something happen to her paw in between the pads and I had to treat it for several weeks. I feel the prices are too high and the quality is not worth it any longer.

It's so nice to find a Groomer / Pet Bakery shop near my home. Everyone is super sweet and professional. 3 of my 5 dogs have been to Woof Gang for nail clipping or Spa package and they treat each pup with lots of love!

STOP! I was just informed there is a 40% price increase at Woof Gang for services. Mini groom $70 to $100. Full groom $90 to $120.To wash a dog, nails and groom??? Yes, 1LOVE the services here, yes I LOVE the people who work here. But, come on... I understand prices are increasing for everyone. But who has had a 40% increase in salary??!!NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: I will remain as long as Becca is here, but you are on notice, I will leave the minute she does. You took no consideration into account for existing loyal customers for years... I sure hope your wonderful staff gets some of this increase.

Being honest, I waited a little *too* long to get my doodle his first full body haircut. But Evelyn took the challenge and did a FANTASTIC job!! I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and she replicated it to a tee. Hopper has his teddy bear face and trimmed down full body cut. I’m barely getting around to posting this review months later, but I’m booked again for April because I loved her work so much. Can’t wait!

Went here for the first time to have our standard poodle groomed. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The groomer did an excellent job and did exactly what I asked for. Not only was I very satisfied I booked a return appointment.

I brought both of my heelers in for a bath and deshed and i was very pleased with the process, it was so easy to book an appointment. When I dropped off my pups were pretty hesitant to go back since they can be pretty anxious but they took their time with my babies. They let me know all the details about how they did which I appreciate. Everyone was really welcoming and helpful. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

UPDATE to this review: the owner contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication of her staff and offered me a refund. I really appreciate her making this right so I’m changing my stars from one to 5 because I believe everyone who owns up to their mistakes deserves a second chance. Thank you for reaching out to me.Our daughter was watching our Pyredoodle for a couple of months and she got matted around her neck/head area. She chose your shop because of the expertise they said they had with doodles. When she took her in they said they would try to work it out but they might have to shave down just that area but the rest of her fur looked okay. My daughter went to pick her up and they had closely shaved her entire body even her very furry tail and ears. This happened about a month ago and I am still so upset, not only did you shave it way to short it was a horrible shave job. The picture on the right is after a couple of weeks of growth. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and the price they charged for a quick shave job was outrageous. It’s going to take months for her coat to recover from this. Got my golden doodle puppy full groomed here and it came out to be around $100 without tip. Super reasonably priced! They cut him a tad short but that was my mistake in communication. They still did really good. Will definitely be getting my pup here for all his cuts.

Taylor is my groomer. She is always asking what I want for my dog’s groom and makes specific changes as I request them. What I like the most about Taylor is she loves my dog. She treats her with loving care and I feel at ease leaving her with Taylor. I followed Taylor to Wolf Gang from another grooming business. She is that good😀

This place is so nice. My dog loves the treats I bring him from here. They have a nice spot to take pictures of your dog too. The staff is friendly and helpful.
