The sales lady that helped me choose a collar and food for my great Dane Friday may 17 2024 went above and beyond she deserves a pay raise I could not ask for someone better to help me she didn't push the most expensive items on me she actually helped me save money. She gave her educated opinion and took time to read food ingredients out load on a number of bags and then find the best one that I would not have to keep feeding 16 cups of food a Dad now it's 4 cups and the same amount of protein we were doing with more cups. Which cut done. We were feeding 50lbs a week now we are down to about 10-12 lbs a week which is much cheaper and not so many junk ingredients for him. Thanks again.

My dog has been suffering from very dry skin. The spray on conditioner and new dog food seems to be giving her great relief. The sales person really listened to my concerns. I felt he really cared for Venus as much as I did.Thank you so very much.

WOW. NICK AT THE ROUND ROCK STORE WENT ABOVE AND BEEEEEEYOND HELPING ME. MY PURSE WAS STOLEN RIGHT BEFORE THE FORECASTED DEEP FREEZE AND I NEEDED DOG FOOD FOR MY ENGLISH BULLDOG. HE EATS A VERY SPECIALIZED RAW DIET THAT I BUY AT TOMLINSONS AND BECAUSE ID HAD TO CANCEL MY CARDS AND IT WAS SATURDAY NIGHT, NICK GAVE ME 3-4 DAYS WORTH OF FOOD FOR FREE. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL AND THANKS TO NICK, IM NOW FOREVER YOURS, TOMLINSONS!

The employees: I never have a bad experience shopping in your RR store. I cannot comment on the others (haven't been). The staff are always attentive and helpful at the RR store without seeming fake or prompted like some places.Hannah @ your RR location was super helpful during my trip out there in early May for a dog food re-stock. We found an adorable tabby cat available for adoption (who steals hearts!). Hannah took the time to answer all my questions about the cat, his background, and the adoption process.I wish I had known about Thomlinson's decades ago when I was stuck straddling Petsmart (gag) and other generic pet retailers.Pricing is on par with what these premium foods cost, and the rewards program helps ease the sting.That's about all. Oh - my other half in Cedar Park is a big fan as well. She uses that location to cover her pet food needs.Hope this helps. Keep the great employee culture alive! Don't become like the rest of the service industry... 👀 🙈

This is the closest local pet store we have to Hutto that carry’s the quality of food we became accustomed to living in the Bay Area. With so much gratitude they special ordered Steve’s Real Food for us for months. Fortunately they have started always carrying it in store, meaning less mental load for me. I Can even place on auto ship!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. They also listen to your concerns and needs before suggesting products. Other stores will push products so I end up returning stuff frequently. They also provide no anesthesia teeth cleaning for dogs! Glad they opened up a Round Rock location.

I recently welcomed our newest family member and she has been super picky about her food. I went to Tomlinson's feed and was helped by ML and Ross. I asked questions, they made suggestions. Ensured me if my finicky eater still protested, they would refund my money. I tried both suggestions and they were gobbled up. YAY, WINNER WINNER 🏆 👏

If you love your pet dog or cat this is the store for you. We hit this place right before the freezing weather was supposed to settle in to stock up on dog chews for our 3 four-legged furry kids. Tomlinson's has a great selection at the best prices compared to the other popular pet stores. We get beef knuckle bones and flavored collagen chews to keep them all happy for hours when they can't go outside.A

Visited this store at the request of my daughter to pick up some cat food on her behalf. I didn't really know what to expect, but was absolutely impressed with the store. It was very clean, we'll organized and the best customer service I have seen. Not being a cat owner, I walked in, showed the employee a photo of the food I needed, and he proceeded to do everything else. Great customer service. If you want healthy options for your pet, come here to shop.

They have a lot of products that I dont see at big chain pet stores. I bought custom sized cat collars and beautiful marbled food dishes. The staff are friendly and sometimes they have a cat in the store. Everything is spaced out well. It's worth checking out.

Just spoke to Gabi at Tomlinson’s and she was very helpful! Answered all my questions about Pipers needs. She even said they could refer us to a veterinarian! We adopted Piper a week ago and needs a lot of things that I have coupons for (free collar, bag of food etc. This will be my go to pupper needs store. Thank you Gabi for all your help and thanks to Tomlinson’s for their donations made when purchases are made, they make donations to shelters when you buy goodies for your pup. Amazing customer service and the membership is completely worth it if you have a lot of animals. We used to spend a good $400+ a month in pet food and treats; now we only spend $200-300 depending on treats lol. We also adopted two adorable brother kittens from here.

The staff is always friendly towards me and my pups. They always have the brand of food they eat in stock. They also have a dental cleaning service that I highly recommend. Overall, I'm so glad that this is my local pet store :)

Great selection of raw dog treats, with an informed staff. I won't lie, they do cost a little more in some cases, but whole foods does too, and I feel like there is a fair comparison here. It's worth the little drive and the extra 3 bucks or whatever. I have referred 4 of my friends there already.They also have a reward program, but it is for food... not treets.. .STAFF if you are reading this... hook us up with some treat rewards as well. Feels kinda personal sometimes. :)

Great customer service from each staff member. All are very friendly and know their product. They partnered with our local animal shelter and give out coupons for free start up food for our 2 kittens we adopted and I was surprised at the amount of food. While there made a purchase for our 2 dogs as well. I encourage you to give them a visit.

Love the store but you are not carrying items like Stella and Chewys canned puppy food. Honest Kitchen dehydrated goats milk. Digestive enzymes individual packets. I don’t like having to special order. Not worth renewing my membership.

Love Tomlinson for their quick same day delivery options. We live outside of shop area so to not have to drive out to get food is great. 4 stars because I nearly poisoned my cat with the peppermint shampoo and the product is still on-shelf. If you purchase the shampoo, please be very careful and use minimally, kitty almost went into shock..
