They said he was matted and cut him shorter than i wanted i brush him often so he shouldn’t had been matted and charged me more nor did they call to advices me. Your cashier was racism, she was all nice to the white person in front of me then come me hispanic and using a coupon her attitude changed and also claim its not valid and actually it was. She was not too friendly. Im annoyed and may not use petco again. I was disappointed!

Super sweet employee working the grooming area on the day I took my two German shepherd dogs in to get groomed.She quickly answered the phone and got both my dogs in at same time on same day for grooming appointment. She was caring and attentive to my dogs throughout their time at grooming kennels. She called me three hours later to update me on dogs behaviors and grooming being finished. We will for sure be back! Both dogs smelled amazing and their thick, itchy fur was the softest I have ever felt after a grooming session. She deserves a raise!

Round Rock Tx, the best location. After we moved, tried location closer to us. Ended up returning back to Petco RR Tx, Wonderful groomers, great management, great service all the way around.

Michelle is wonderful, I had great experience with her however there is a new girl who’s a bit younger that works in there. The last time I was there I paid for services that were never even completed on my dog. She charged me full price, has never welcomed my dogs like Michelle had and was never happy or warm and welcoming. I complained to the manager of Petco and he seemed just as clueless but was still nice. I will never return to Petco in my life for anything again in my life.

Our first visit was good. Our second was off. The groomer was late, and when we picked up our dog the cut was strange, and different than the first. They missed clipping the some nails, and the nails were rough and cut our skin. No was they were buffed. Guess they'll cut corners when behind or short staffed. They are friendly, so we'll give them another shot and update this review accordingly.

Ricky is amazing with the pups and skilled at her craft. My babies always come home happy and looking good! Whether it is a trim and bath or full groom I know I am always in great hands with her! 5 Stars all the way.

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for YEARS. Today I took my dog in to get groomed and there was a new guy working (not a big deal) and he didn’t cut my dogs nails even thought it’s paid for and when I called and asked why my dogs nails weren’t cut he ARGUED with me about that he wouldn’t of forgotten to cut the nails this and that then HUNG UP ON ME.Last time I checked I am not blind and the nails were not cut. Alas, I brought the dog back months later for another grooming because I like the other groomers. Unfortunately he was there again and this time said he was unwilling to cut my dogs nails because they were too long. WELL NO SH*T BECAUSE HE DIDNT CUT THEM LAST TIME AND IS REFUSING SERVICE FOR MY DOG. This is not okay, nor professional, nor good business. Will be taking my dogs where the employees have better manners and can actually do their job which is grooming. I manage to do my job everyday it’s not hard nor rocket science to do what’s in your job description. Save your time, frustration and money go else where or a different location.

My dog had long matted hair and was miserable in this current hot temperature. The groomer did a fantastic job getting all the matted hair off and getting the rest of the hair silky and soft. My dog looks beautiful and she obviously feels better!

This was the first time I went to Petco in Texas to get my dog groomed! She just needed a bathe and a nail trim. I was not very please with the way they greeted me coming in, then it got worse when I said I would wait for my dog. Even thought it took 2/3 hours like they said. I decided to wait. But while I was sitting there, I was told to leave because I was making the other dog nervous! Pretty sure that WAS NOT the case! It was pretty rude to tell me to take a walk and leave when I decided I wanted to wait. I didn’t want to make a situation so I left. But I really think they wanted me to leave because they weren’t treating or doing something right. Anyway, I got my dog when she was done and found DRY BLOOD under her nails! That only means they cut the quick too short. That has never happened to me when I went to PEtco in Jersey. Just goes to show consistently is not the same. Sad they give jobs to people who are not a fan of dogs. I saw them putting their fingers in another dog’s ear and clearly the dog didn’t like it, but they kept poking her and the poor thing clearly was not comfortable. NEVER going back. Unfortunately, not a great experience.

Grooming an older dog who only weighs about 5 pounds could not be an easy task. But this Petco (2nd cut) tech in Round Rock does and excellent job and little Lulu likes him enough to cooperate.

I have been going to PetCo to get my Shorkie groomed for 10 years now. Everyone is nice. My dog has health problems and all the groomers have been patient with her.

We brought in both our Scottish terriers (4 months old and 10 years old). The older one had a patchy cut with not very good lines. The younger one doesn’t even look like he was trimmed besides some work on the face. When my wife picked them up, she was trying to express her dissatisfaction and was ignored and then when I tried to call to talk about it, the phone was never picked up.

This Round Rock location is very comfortable canceling appointments, I had been trying to get my dog groomed for the holidays and was never able to they kept rescheduling me and ultimately had to make an appointment at another location now that the holidays are over smh.
