A friend told me there was a pet store with a wide variety of pets and supplies!! Went in and suddenly walked out with a last second furbaby! The owner was awesome! I never heard or seen this place before, but I’m definitely going back!

I've been going to Partners since I was a kid, back when it was in the corner of the shopping center in a much smaller building. I've bought many pets here (guinea pig, gerbils, fish, corn snake, etc.) that lived long, happy lives, in comparison to Petco or All Around Austin (now closed) in which I received sick animals.Adam has always been super helpful and friendly. He's very knowledgable about reptiles and sells a variety of frozen and live feeders. Prices are reasonable and I've never had a bad experience throughout the 15+ years I've been a customer.

incredibly inhumane place. cage space is insufficient for the puppies being sold here; there were 3 puppies crammed into one small cage. the cages were also dirty & had no toys or any form of entertainment for the puppies.

Are you guys open on Sundays now? This my 2nd time I rolled by an saw activity such as lights an people moving around, this time I decided to stop I needed crickets. Yall change days/hours? Lights are on an I seen two people go in..but the door locked, I know yall saw me pull up in the blk Hyundai bc I parked right by the guy u were letting in parked riiiight by his blk kia!!! IM STILL TRYING TO CALL AND GET CRICKETS,NOBODYS HM BUT ALLLL LIGHTS ARE ON

Excellent customer service! I went in for a chew toy and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful. He was personable and friendly. He even went above and beyond by helping me to the car with an umbrella while it was pouring rain.

What a cruel and inhumane store, whoever is in charge should be ashamed. Dead animals rotting in cages, puppy mill dogs, and permeated with the stench of decay. The conditions are so disgusting, that it had to have been getting worse for some time. I would rate it lower if possible. No wonder they don’t allow photos, since it would be proof of the horrible conditions that these living (and lots of dead) animals are subjected to.

Adam Wiste of Partners Pet Center sold me what he (and the sign on the cage) said was a Parti Mini Schnauzer for $1999. He said he uses only reputable breeders, but I later found out he uses Susan Franz, who is on a list of 100 worst puppy mill breeders and has had multiple USDA violations when she was licensed.As my dog grew, she didn't look like a schnauzer, and is missing the bushy eyebrows and beard that are the trademark of that breed. AND SHE SHEDS, which schnauzers do not.When I confronted the owner, he insisted that she looked like a schnauzer, and tried to convince me she wasn't shedding...despite me having hair on my clothes from her. He said get a DNA test.She came back with 9 different breeds and 1% schnauzer. He offered only half my money back. Since, he has stopped responding after telling me there is nothing I can legally do.I found another woman with the same story. He sold her a dog that was supposed to be a shih tzu poodle mix, but had zero poodle, and was 5 different breeds. She said he did the same thing and offered her half her money back.This seems to be a pattern. Don't shop here for dogs.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would ! The animals look very unhappy ,and have such a small habitat. so many animals are placed into a small cages having to lay and climb on top of each other it isn’t okay ! The store has way more animals then they should have if not able to give them the proper care they deserve , cages aren’t cleaned and the animals don’t have clean water are very dirty ! Terrible caring for the animals !!
