DO NOT GET YOUR PUP FROM HERE!We were so excited when we got our poodle puppy in November. Shortly after getting her used to her new home she had to be rushed to the ER and was diagnosed with pneumonia. We tried calling the number on the contract and their website and didn't receive a answer even though they are supposed to be available for questions especially when your puppy isn't doing well. She was hospitalized for three days and placed on oxygen. Since then she has had to go to our regular vet once a week for radiographs. After spending thousands of dollars on vet bills she is finally on the road to recovery but still needs treatment until the pneumonia is all cleared up. We love our pup and so does our 9 year old daughter, thankfully she survived the first couple of days at the emergency room. It was tough explaining to our 9 year old our new family member may not make it back home. If you just got a pup from here take them to your vet in the first week even if they just had shots! Make sure they note any sneezing or coughing. If you have other furbabies at home keep them separate for the first couple of weeks to make sure they dont get sick as well. Also, the insurance they "offer" for 30 days isn't actually free you have to select a plan and pay. We should have went to the shelter like we did for our first pup. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GET A PUPPY FROM HERE.

We got our pup about 2 weeks ago. Since then she had been diagnosed with Giardia and Kennel cough that turned into pneumonia. This place is unethical and needs to be closed down. Also they say they will pay you back for treatments done to your pet in a list they provide to you. We will see if that is true. Also our vet stated this pet store is known to sell sick pups. I can only imagine how ill all the pups are. Ours was in the store for close to 6 weeks. Im glad we were able to save her and get the treatment she needs.

It was warm in there, the puppies looked uncomfortable. They're mixing different litters and breeds. Some of the pups look healthy but others have large stomachs like when a dog is ill. I can't imagine how uncomfortable the puppies are in those little cages day and night. I can only assume these poor babies come from puppy mills.

They are so warming here and they will try to help you to find the perfect fit for you!! And explain everything about the dog. This is not our first time here we were trying to find the fit for us and we finally did!

Somehow they managed to get my original review removed. I have no idea how they recently got several 5 star reviews but I assume they are either fake or friends if the owners. This is a horrific puppymill. It is absolutely heartbreaking breaking to see this. The puppies look sick and there was feces all over the place when we were there. I wish I could have purchased every single one of the puppies I saw there to save them. It's absolutely heartbreaking and fortunately I do know things are in process to shut this place down. There are multiple reviews stating others have purchased sick puppies from there. There are so many puppies who need homes in shelters and rescues. Please do not give this disgusting and inhumane business your money. DO NOT take a puppy from this place around your other animals. The diseases that places like this have, are deadly and contagious. It claims it is a pet store but they have no pet supplies for sale. The racks were empty. This place is simply pumping one unhealthy puppy out after another. I am extremely disappointed in Simon Malls for allowing this type of business to lease space from them. I would love to share photos with you but unfortunately your not allowed to take them for very obvious reasons.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Yall open at 10. I came at 2:15 saw yall were closed for lunch no big deal. I went to another store came back about 30 minutes later and waited outside the door with other people. The employee looked at us and walked to the back, vaped in the store, came out smoked and stood outside never saying anything, walked back in and stood behind the counter on his phone, walked back out and sat on the bench, then after waiting for nearly 2 hours he came walked by us and rudely said I’m not opening back up until 430. He could have put on the sign what time he would have been back from lunch. He was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional.

They will not let you take pictures up close. This is best I can get. They have 3-4 puppies per glass box. No food. No water. No toys. Couldn’t believe what I saw. Please do not patronize this business

Animal cruelty to the extreme!! I was shocked by what I saw at this place, puppies are kept in inhumane conditions, and people's ignorance about what a healthy puppy looks like and behaves is exploited. I don't even want to think about how the condition of the mother dogs might be and how many times they are forced to give birth in a year. The puppies are stored in glass boxes in the heat, in total agony. When we told the seller that one of the puppies was hyperventilating, he didn't care, claiming the baby was just sleeping and the place is good as it is. I have never seen a store selling puppies before, which is why I went in, and I came out crying because what I saw was so disturbing. (Hair is covered in pee and diarrhea, puppies are just starring toward the wall, most of them have no energy). I can't get rid of the thought of how many puppies die in such a place. I don't understand how such a puppy mill or a place dealing with them can get a license, and how it is possible for such a store to open in a shopping center. And I also don't understand how the owner and the employees can reconcile with their conscience that they are torturing animals.

We were passing by and were curious to see puppies from far. After going up close, we see puppies in a small box and 75% sleeping.HOW CAN YOU KEEP THESE INNOCENT PUPPIES IN A SMALL BOX LIKE THAT? They are not meant to be kept like statues. I see so many reviews below saying the same thing. Within 1 minute we left because we couldn’t see that sight. I cannot just imagine how much the small box must be smelling if such a huge open store is smelling so bad.PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS STORE AND THIS KIND OF HUMANITY.

Puppies left in cages with NO WATER ALL DAY!!!! And it was warm in there!! Can only imagine how hot it is behind those glass windows. They never get to go outside like normal animals, stop supporting these puppy mill pet stores!!!! Where were their water bowls??? SHUT THEM DOWN!

This place is highly suspicious. Do NOT waste thousands of dollars here. If you'd rather not get a shelter or rescue dog, please look into good, well-regarded breeders instead. Your money will be well-spent and your puppy will be happy and healthy!

PLEASE don’t EVER shop at a pet store selling puppies. This will only support puppy mills! Be educated and if you must have purebred find a reputable breeder. A responsible breeder would NEVER sell at a pet store. These businesses shouldn’t even be allowed! Do better Texas!

My friends and I stopped inside today while shopping around the mall. The high was 85 degrees today and it had to have been almost 90 inside, no AC- they only had the front two doors open and fans running. It was WAY too hot in there for me and my friends, so I absolutely cannot imagine how hot it was in those glass boxes for the puppies. So many of them were panting and drenched with sweat and they had NO WATER. It smelled awful, I don’t know if it’s because they hadn’t cleaned in the back or if it was because of how bad the dogs were sweating. I’ve been to the one in San Marcos and it was not this bad. This facility specifically is unethical and I do not recommend stopping by unless you enjoy seeing puppies be miserable.

This place is disgusting. It is far from a pet store. There is absolutely nothing besides windows with animals inside. I witnessed one of the dogs chewing on its bowl continuously. Why would the outlet allow this at all? The place reeked of feces. What happens to the dogs when the store is closed. I’m taking pictures next time.

Don't buy from a store selling puppies - they are almost always from puppy mills and as you can see from the other reviews here, the dogs end up having horrible health issues. Please do your research and adopt if at all possible! Do not support puppy mills and animal cruelty.

I purchased 2 cocker spaniels from Furever Pets! They are beautiful healthy dogs. Customer service is excellent. They come with microchip, American Kennel registered. I took them to vet immediately one had a parasite and furever pets reimbursed me the cost. Excellent place. For the bad reviews it's probably haters and people who can't afford it. If you have nothing nice to say and haven't purchased a dog from there then don't comment. If you are the Karen complaining then go in, purchase one and save their life! We had an awesome experience that's why I purchased 2 and no, they weren't 4k! Each.

Got my puppy from this place my poor dog has had so far hook worm, Giarida worm, Parasites since the first day i got her and now the vet wants her back in 10 days to see if she has something else if the meds doesn’t work 😡 i notified Furever pets of her condition and they lied and gave me the run around they breached their contract and I have yet to hear anything from them I was told I was getting a refund from the vet visits and NOTHING I’m upset because my dog was dying ! And I’m fighting for her life and spending so much money to get her back to health ..

Conditions of the animals in there are absolutely horrible and you can see that there are posters all over the place saying “no photos allowed.” Probably cause they don’t want anyone to see how small the cages are and how many dogs are in a single kennel.I wanted to get a closer look with an animal and the older female worker flat out refused to let me get a closer look even though I went there a month or so ago and I was able to play with one of those sad little puppies.Also I have a toy poodle of my own who I got from a reputable breeder for $500 even, so the fact they are selling dogs for $4000-6000 is a joke.

Yesterday there was an injured dog in one of the "puppy prisons". It had been bleeding for a while as there was dried blood on the inside of the glass, with fresh blood still coming from the Puppy's paw. I informed the staff, who clearly are not monitoring the state of the animals evidenced by the blood being dry on the glass. I have reported the incident, I wish I had taken a picture. For all the size of the premise, why are these animals kept in those small enclosures multiple to a "cell"? Do not support this business in anyway.

Whoever owns this place and supports this business should be ashamed of themselves. What a disgusting slimy greedy freak you have to be to try and profit off of these precious babies while they spend the entire day on display in a box seeing the world go by. I can’t imagine the conditions they’re dealing with. I wish I never saw this store, it’s such a vile thing you’re agreeing to be a part of. I only hope this hell hole will be shut down soon and that they give the puppies to shelters or rescues where they would immediately be adopted.

This is the worst place ever. I got a puppy from this place 3 weeks ago. Before I signed the contract, they told me they would cover everything for the vet visit then boom it turned out it’s a scam. I paid over $200 for the vet visit while they said just email them the bill and they will credit it back to me. Before I went to the vet appointment, I even called them to double check again and they said they will cover for it. I’m really disappointed.Not to mentioned that the first when I got the puppy. The puppy was so sick and kept coughing for a whole night. And I had to take the dog back to the store for the treatment. After few days the puppy still coughing again. Stay away from this place. This is a scam. I’m very disappointed.

Got a puppy from here yesterday. I love her dearly, however I had to take her to the animal hospital in the middle of the night due to a chronic cough that they tried to pass off as “food allergies” in the store, turns out she has KENNEL COUGH among other issues contracted from poor hygiene & poor treatment in the shop.Whoever their “veterinarian” is, isn’t properly treating these dogs.Don’t recommend this place unless you’re trying to save these severely abused & sick puppies from the unacceptable environment they’re in.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy a dog from here. i bought my dog here in september and he was 8 weeks. we live out of state and we saw how he was lack of energy. we didn’t think much of it since the flight and adjustment was a lot. 2 days later he started developing thick green snot from his nose. 1 day later he kept throwing up constantly. i called furever and they inform me to go to the vet as they can cover the bill. mind you we just got this dog and we just got back in town, no vet has an appt on the same day for new puppy patients. my dog didn’t even want to go on walks, which is very abnormal for puppies. then he started coughing in a few hours which i made the decision to go to urgent care. his sugar level was dangerously low. we had to get blood test done. we had to get xray done. my heart was shattered.I called furever, and they stated they cannot cover the bill since i went to urgent care not a “normal” vet. sorry it’s an urgent matter (i’m not going to wait another 5 days to see a vet). they did not take proper care of the puppies. they sold us a sick dog. eventually with all the proof from the urgent care they covered the bill; since he had some sort of infection that wasn’t treated properly under their care. 1 week later my puppy was running around and loves going to walks.this place does not take proper care of animal. idk what “vet” is there taking care of these sick dogs. thank god my pup didn’t have parvo.now he’s 7 months and the most happiest dog. his personality changed so much the first time we met him and when we brought him home. now looking back the reason he was tired and was droopy, he was sick. i’m so thankful i saved him in time.

Let this place go under. Went there yesterday (keep in mind, it’s currently colder in Texas than usual. About 67 outside when we went.) It was no less than 85 degrees inside the store. They had both doors with a large fan blowing into the place and it was still absurdly hot for barely 8 week old puppies. They get two 4 inch non-oscillating fans on their kennels, and double to quadruple up the puppies into one. All of them were panting like crazy with very little to no water to drink. A county pound is better at providing necessities for them. Whoever owns the place is mentally deranged for allowing them to be kept in such conditions.

Horrible conditions. Dogs overgrown the tiny boxes and eat eachothers poop. This is clearly a puppy mill. Please do not support this place. Photography is lot allowed. The dogs may be cute but think about their parents and the life they have lived thus far. Completely unethical.
