Love this place. Took my 6 mo old puppy (63 lbs) and not socialized yet and he loved them. Been there twice and he loves it. Great job and his long hair and he always gets a scarf when he is done. He looks very cute and smells really good.

Excellent! Up front with their pricing and even give discounts when they feel they've taken too long. They work with you on EXACTLY what you want done with your dog. No overcharging on basic grooms for specific breeds. They call you the entire way through if there is an issue. They smell great when you pick them up and aren't skittish.These girls are awesome, y'all. Did last minute fixes that I asked for, bought fragrance, tipped AND didn't cost me an arm & leg. Dogs were super happy too.

I LOVE THIS SHOP! I brought in my Goldendoodle a few days ago and was immediately greeted by the employees at the counter. I dropped off my dog and returned later to find her groomed to perfection, if I asked then I received. My dog looks amazing and I can't wait to come back! I highly recommend coming here for any pet related services.

We've used the Dog Shop twice but unfortunately both experiences were beyond traumatic for our dog. We have a miniature poodle mix and the first grooming he received was a year ago and was very traumatic to all of us (his fur was cut too short, to his skin, and he had cuts all over his body. He was so traumatized, he barely moved for days). After 1 year, this past weekend, we decided to give the dog shop another shop and they were kind enough to give us a store credit however his haircut was again super short, even though we explained multiple times and only chose to have his private parts shaved. Our dog can barely move now, 5 days after the grooming, he is very uncomfortable, all the shaved areas are very itchy, he is not even eating well. We never had a bad grooming experience from other shops, so we're very disappointed at the quality of the grooming being performed there.

I'm extremely pleased with the grooming services here. I've been looking for someone to groom myMini Schnauzer (Ali) for months because I got tired of picking him up from his previous groomer bold. When I returned Ali smelled great, fur was fluffy, and the cut was stellar! Thanks, you guys I will definitely return.

This place is awesome! The girls are so wonderful and professional. We had my Chihuahua, my terrier, and my border collie all cleaned up today. They look fantastic. And they got to play and the daycare Area as they were waiting for their haircuts. Thank you so much!

Excellent review for The Dog Shop, both grooming and boarding. We have a petite boxer and a miniature schnauzer. The customer service is great and the staff is very attentive. Highly recommend.

Alert all Australian Doodle owners be very cautious of which groomer you choose, (even after documenting the instructions for grooming) he decided to perform his own cut. Interesting they were not around when I picked him up. He cut his chin hair because he thought it was better for the dog. It held too much water for him. 4k dog and he decides what's best. That's just the start. They walked away when I offered proof I did not request the hair cut, but a trimming. Not only did they cut it but it's a bad one at the least. Did I mention the ears. LoL...

TL:DR Took 7 hours to get our dog back with zero communication, because they didn't know who our dog was. Tried to give us someone else's dog.I dropped my dog off at 12:00 for a simple cut, didn't get him back until almost 7 hours later. I was told when dropping him off that it might be a couple hours as they were busy, fair enough I thought.My wife called around 3 hours later to ask what the estimate was to collect him 'another hour, hour and a half she was told.' I then called 5 hours later, and was asked, 'what does my dog look like? I don't know what any of them are called.'I then had to describe my dog in detail because apparently there were two dogs that looked very alike in there at different stages. But again we were told 'another hour, hour and a half.'After an hour had passed we decided it was time to just go and get him, as it had now been 6 hours since we dropped him off.When we get there, we're told our dog is still being trimmed, is there anything else that needs to be done to him?Turns out that wasn't our dog. Our dog had been ready for 'an hour maybe? I don't know'But they went ahead and butchered someone else's dog without checking they had the right one. Then asked multiple times, are you sure this isn't your dog? Like guys, I know my own dog, and that ain't it.Received no admission of guilt or apology, no attempt to make amends.Guess we'll be be looking for another groomer.1 star only because they did actually cut him how we asked, even if I did have to tidy up a cut or two when we got our dog home.

Took my dog there to be groomed. He is an inside dog. I picked him and things seemed fine. Later in the evening he started scratching badly & it worsened. Saw his vet and he had fleas and ticks. He's never had this issue and the vet believes as I do he acquired them at The Dog Shop.

First time keeping my purebred great dane boarded here. My husband picked him up and when I saw him, I was completely upset. First of all, he was smelly and I paid for grooming services right before I picked him up. Plus no bandana...he has nip marks all over him from other dogs!! I have a never seen something like this and tried calling to see what happened...no answer. $375 to keep our baby.... And he was bit up and ate everything in sight when he got home.....tried calling back immediately and no answer....Soo upset.

This shop has been a God Send for me and Lucy & Lady my 2 spoiled girls(dogs). It is so personable. For one low price they bathe and furminate (priced separately) and handle any other needs they have(nails, express glands, clean ears, brush teeth, trim hair). Thank you Dog Shop!!

Love the groomers and especially the layout of the entrance when you come in nothing but other Furbabies. I love dogs and I love how you see other Furbabies greeting you as well! I have 3 dogs my furfamily! Any questions you have they will answer directly and no b.s. (sorry) but true. I'm always very very satisfied with The Dog Shop!

I set my appointment via the online booking system, which is via email. I was told the appointment was for the afternoon of the 1st. When none of my three emails were returned over the course of a week to confirm the general time of arrival, I called in the day before the appointment. I was told I was actually scheduled for several days later at a time I could not accommodate due to being out of town. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
