I would give this Rosenberg store a negative number if that was an option. I have been waiting since August for a replacement item that was damaged in the box. When I call the store NO one ever answers the phone! If I do get it answered after listening to it ring for over 10-15 minutes which is ridiculous, I ask for the store manager and I am told he is not in on that day. Seems like that day is most days. I did speak with an assistant manager but he could not help me. So here we are in December and I still have had no response or resolution from this store. I have shelving units that look as if a forklift ran into the already tattered box and dented the metal frame and still have not been able to get new ones delivered and get these picked up! Very poor customer service!!!!!

As always, a great place to shop for all of your Home needs, from the occasional nailing hammer the LED lightbulb… good hardware selection.In my personal experience, and for the most part most employees I have encountered, are always kind and eager to help, not like on other stores I’ve visited, where the occasional employee just pretend to do anything.And they seem to get flustered when you ask them for help. 😏 overall a good place.

I was in Home Depot shopping and the young man Marlon, who worked in the back with the garden department was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and helping us locate what we needed packing it putting it in our vehicle. What a blessing. I would definitely go back there and have him help me again.

This is a wonderful place for home owner. You can get all kinds of tool, home repair/improve parts and gardening stuff.The issue is that not all items has price tag, we didn’t know the price for those succulents until checking out. Their price are not as low as I expected!

We've been a long-standing customer with HD, and also have the HD credit card as we have been pleased with HD products prices. Unfortunately, today's experience at this HD location convinced us that they are no longer deserving of our patronage. What could have been a simple solution to a benign problem escalated to a scenario where both the customer service rep. and her manger(s) were unwilling to find a feasible solution to our problem and was met with a lot of "I'm sorry" without a solution to restore us to whole. The very thing we asked about as a possible solution (i.e., a partial refund to the order) was met with "we can't" followed by the manager (Perry) accusing us of insisting we have them engage in some kind of unethical behavior.We advised Perry that due to our experience today, we will be canceling our credit card and will no longer by shopping with them going forward. Once we arrived back to our office, we canceled our card as we said we would, and then spoke with HD customer service.Fun fact...the request we made for a partial refund was actually very easy to do. The representative was perplexed that the manager and his staff kept insisting they could not do such a thing. This level of service demonstrated both incompetence and poor customer fidelity as they were willing to lose a customer rather than think outside the box to find a solution to retain a customer. We did not appreciate wasting time and energy with this location.

I used to like this HD but for the last couple of years this place has steadily gone down hill. You used to be able to ask anyone that worked there a question about the project that you are working on and they would have an answer. Now you ask someone where something is and they pull out their phone to tell which isle it’s in. That’s if you are lucky to find an employee. The store is consistently hot, this is Texas you need to have AC on, there is no reason why any of your shoppers should start sweating in your store. The store was a mess the isle were cluttered with pallet and random items and carts that didn’t even belong in that department. One of the pallets that was taking up the isle had splintered off wood that hurt my son’s foot, that is unacceptable. No one should be getting injured while walking down isles in a store. I will not be visiting this location again.

Bad service from the returns managers, you ask to speak to the manager and he never arrives, they don't take any notice of the customers. If you buy an item, make sure it is the correct one and they will not change it. I do not recommend this store re rosenberg is better "lowes"

Bought a tool chest. Jerry waited on us and was awesome. He checked prices on multiple options and answered all our questions. When he quoted us free delivery and it rang up with a delivery charge, he did an override to honor his quote. I appreciate good customer service and integrity. Jerry is a man of his word and delivered on his promise. This goes a long way with me. It's people like Jerry that keep me coming back here!

Went in to buy a sheet of plexiglass. There’s a sign that says “custom sizes and bulk orders available” and to speak to a mill associate or the pro desk for that. I couldn’t find a mill associate anymore than you can find a Prius at a muscle car show. I went to speak to the pro desk and was told “we don’t cut plexiglass” hence the sheet that was the size I needed was cracked and when I asked about a discount I was told I couldn’t get one. All 3 of the same size sheets they had were broken or cracked. The one I got was the least so. Then I had to get my 6 1/2” circular saw blade walked to the front because apparently it’s a high risk item. And then to close it off there’s no such thing as a checkout here only SELF CHECKOUT. The Home Depot has changed. And it’s not for the better.

1st of all would like to mention the lady name who work for customer service returns her name olivia is had excellent customer service experience and yesterday night i spent almost $200 and i asked one question from the lady i dont remember her name but she work evening i asked the price from her time was around 9:45 and she was real rude she misbehaved and she walk by so kindly coach her and tell her how you can give good customer service to the customers.if you need more info i am your regular customer you can contact with me.Thanks & Regards

Who does not like to shop at Home Depot? but this store is an exception. Items are not restocked back on time and some staff are just reluctant to help or not trained well. Accountability lies with the top management and this store needs new leadership.

Rude staff, waited 15-20 mints in the parking lot after checking in for curb side pickup. After waiting our app shows order was completed, went inside the guy was helpful and professional but the female who updated us is totally lacking customer service skills. The guys took extra steps to help us load the stuff in the car since the female worker told us we are waiting for the loader. Thanks for letting us know. SMH 🤦‍♂️

I've been to home Depot countless times and I'll continue to go there no matter what, but for whatever reason this home Depot is stocking black molded treated pickets. I informed a couple of guys that work there they didn't seem to care so I'll show you the photos. Management never should have allowed these to be stocked. Aside from that the cuts are just horrible. Whatever mill they're getting these pickets from they need to fire them and get them from somewhere else.

Bad service. No professional service and no supervisor good attitude. They have products available in stock and when I came to pay they said was not for sale. Customer service just ignore my work to carry out products and acted in a bad way. Not good.

Today I was purchasing 30 pieces of 20’ PVC pipe and fittings. I asked the employee working in the plumbing section for assistance in loading and moving the pipe. I told him I was trying to use an H cart, but the ends of the pipe were dragging on the floor.He told me that they also use H carts and it is “hell” to navigate the long pipe through the store aisles.He then said after I check out to comeback to this area and get him and he would help me to load them in my truck, then he walked away. This left me (a senior citizen) to load this pipe and move it through the store myself, while doing this a different employee saw me struggling to load that flimsy pipe myself, 2 others saw me trying to move it through the store. And I was not surprised when NONE of them asked if I needed any help.I wouldn’t say this was poor customer service, because there was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!This store’s employees are lazy.

Staff helping out is hit or miss depending on the staff. Some are excellent and some are trash giving advice on some things they know nothing about. Just be honest and get some who can help.

Came here fist thing Sunday morning. I needed some help with some tools that were in above overstock racks. A young lady working in tools quickly came to aid. Most other locations it takes a while to get help.

Be very careful buying your gift cards this season it seems that people are somehow opening up the packaging for the gift card stealing the number underneath the scratch off putting the scratch off back on the card resealing the card the packaging and then when you buy it they get the money you get a dead card with nothing on it because they scratch the number off and you can't use it Home Depot will not stand behind it and neither will anybody wherever you bought it so it's a win-win for the seeds and the heck with the customer

the worst staff I have had the worst experiences I do not recommend this store very bad service, I waited 40 minutes for help and everyone said I don't work in this area but I will call someone and they called on the speaker three times but no one came and when I called to speak with the manager they cut off the call, without hesitation I am going to close my account with home depot .

Terrible customer service at this store. Good luck getting help from any employees. Online prices and in store prices don’t match. Manger came and said we don’t have any in stock. I literally brought one and showed them. Spend so much money here but will be taking all business to Lowe’s from here on out.
