It was my puppy’s first time and she was treated with so much care we even got feedback from the staff on what she did good on and what we needed to work on to make her more comfortable for the next time we take her. Also we were guided on their packages they offered which I really appreciated since I needed some guidance on which one was the best for my Nala thank you all for such an amazing job you all did

Originally, I had my dog set for a bath and nail trim with file, however, they informed me when I arrived for her appointment that they could not do the bath due to her scabbing near her tail. They said the shampoo would cause irritation due to the fragrances used in the shampoo. This did not make sense to me because either way she needed a bath and they offer natural shampoos in store with no fragrance, so why could they not use that instead? I had to take her home to wash her instead of using the services. They did cut and trim her nails.

The groomers were very nice and friendly and when I went to get his nails trimmed they got them super short (much shorter than my vet does) and it seemed like he didn't bleed or anything. He was as happy as a dog could be when getting their nails trimmed but they still seemed to really take good care of him.

The groomers are great with my dog and do exactly what we want. We tried two mobile groomers prior to this and they didn't do what we asked. Kahlua was nervous the first time we took her here but she is warming up because the associates are friendly with her.

The associate who greeted us was so friendly, she was patient and gentle with my timid pooch. She also included my other items (dog food, treats, etc) in my grooming purchase which meant one transaction, one line -- convenient! And, my appointment started on time! Very happy with our experience, we will return soon.

Petco and their groomers are always so nice! They really look out and care for the animal (in my case a dog). When I went yesterday, the groomer, Camilo actually went out of his way to save me money. My dog is a runner, so they put her in a smaller area so that we could make sure she would not run away. When I went to pick her up, they made sure to keep her in the back to put her collar and leash on. I will being going here always!!

The woman who cut my dogs nails was really sweet to both myself and my dog! I actually love on the north side of town but often wait until we come to visit my mom in Rosenberg to get my dogs nails done because the people at this petco are much nicer than the people in spring!

The staff at the Petco grooming dept in Rosenburg, TX is awesome! They know our pets by name when we arrive in the store. They often use our cocker spaniels for training and mentoring groomers since we are one of 2 families that have cocker spaniels at their store. Our dogs always look great and smell so clean.

My dog Pyewacket is an older dog and can be difficult, according to the groomer. She's the only one there that has handled her, so I have to take her word for it. Pyewacket's trim results vary visit to visit and her nails have to be clipped elsewhere. The Petco groomer can't do it.

My dogs eyes where injured with the soap being used, he couldn't see and even though they covered the cost of the vet I wish they would have been more careful it's been a few days and he still trying to recover. Am very disappointed.
