I have not boarded here yet! But I have called many times with questions and they have always been very nice and helpful. I called a couple different facilities who wouldn't give me time of day or acted like I was bothering them. First impressions were amazing here and I plan to use them in the near future.

Dawn and her staff do an incredible job. We’ve come here for boarding and for grooming and we have been incredibly impressed with the quality of their work! The entire staff is friendly and courteous while making sure to provide the best care for all animals in their care.We will be continuing to come here for many years to come!

My daughter recently took her Pug and Goldendoodle to Best Friends in Rosanky for a weekend stay. Her normal pet sitter had to cancel last minute so she was stuck. Fortunately Best Friends had an opening. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The kennel looked clean and well maintained. The price was very reasonable. I personally have a hard time with the set up. It looks so cold and scary to me. I can only imagine what it looks like to a dog. But my daughter was happy with the whole experience and said she’d definitely take her dogs there again.

My pitty stayed at this location for a week , she was well taken care of and you can tell she had a good stay. Staff was friendly.. and would take her back if I need to.

First time here. Came on the recommendation of friends. Friendly staff, owner is nice. It's not a social kennel so less worry about introduction issues, my puppers has her own kennel with outside part. There is a groomer on site on the weekends if you want. Reasonable rates.

Okay let me start off by saying it has been stressful to find a place that would take my Cane Corso Male since he is a bit on the protective side and takes a few meetings to get to know you . Best friends Rosanky is AMAZING !!! they took the time to respect my dogs boundaries , to get him comfortable, and to make me feel at ease. His handler Cheyenne is the best !!! At my dogs second visit we could all tell he was more at ease and felt comfortable being there ! I will continue to keep bringing him .

This was our first time boarding our pet. I was extremely nervous. Once I let the wonderful front office know how apprehensive I was dropping him off they quickly informed me of the routine and the feeding schedule her would be on and there standers. I was able to check on him while we where gone. They were great and feeling blessed to find a wonderful place that will take care of him while we are out of town.Much Thanks,Buster & Family

We love Best Friends Boarding. They are so professional. This group of people shows their love for animals. They are so loving and caring and my dog loves this place. They pay attention to your animal and adhere to his or her needs. I love this about them. When we have to board our dog he I always say to him are you ready to go on vacation. He knows exactly what this means. I will recommend best friends boarding to all my friends who owns a pet. The best place ever and the best staff in Texas!!!!!!

I've been going to Best Friends for over 20 years. Dawn, Kathy and all the staff are true animals lovers. I've adopted animals that Dawn has rescued and boarded my cats there many times. Today their groomer Laurel sorted out my new dog's nails. She was nipping at me when I tried to trim them, but their staff made her relaxed and happy. Tina even shaved 2 of my cats, both of whom are crazy. Somehow they can calm an animal and make them happy. I can't recommend them enough.

I love this place, I’ve used them for years with my big dog. I have multiple other options closer to my place but I drive a little over 30 minutes further to get here because I love the staff and they always treat my pooch with love, even though I know for sure he can be a handful. Highly recommend Best Friends Rosanky for your boarding needs.

We've boarded dogs & cats for over 15 years at the original location in Rosanky (there's also the 2nd location in Cedar Creek). They've been awesome for boarding & grooming as well. Cats have a separate room, at the front just for them, with nice, large enclosures. 😻 The dogs have inside & outside runs, a big play yard, AC & heat. 🐶Our most recent boarding was for our 10 yr old dog with health issues. They haven't seen us for awhile, but gladly welcomed us back and took excellent care of our dog, as usual. You can't ask for a better place to board & groom your dog or cat. ❤

These gals always know our guy's name when we bring him in. He is always excited as we get close, and that tells me what good care they take of him. We have a closer boarding option, but choose to drive the 40min round trip because we feel good about leaving our buddy there. Great place, highly recommend.
