I had a package delivered using FedEX hold at location. Staff returned my package twice saying it was too big even though it was well under the dimensions on FedEX hold at location on Dollar General’s website. My package was 20x18x18 and 40lbs. Website says packages must be under 48x25x25 and under 55lbs. My package met all the requirements listed. Staff took no responsibility and acted like it was acceptable that they returned it. If you aren’t going to follow the guidelines, then don’t be a hold location. It makes it very difficult for people.

The Girl that is on the box is so disrespecful she told us to get out of her store because we ring the bell so they can cheke us up and the other lady was outsaid smoking with a customer they dont deserve a star tbh

I had gone to a different store for some envelopes, but they didn't have any. I went to Dollar General and loe and behold, they had envelopes and other mail related things. I was in a hurry, so thank goodness they had some. Great store.

I asked a worker for some help on finding the iodine and she had no clue of what it was...I told her if she could check in the system to see if they carried it. She said it wouldn't be in the system, and for me to.look for it. I told her that she was suppose to know. She said that she barely knew what was in the store. I asked for her name, and she said, "Maria." The lady was very rude. I asked for the manager, and she responded by saying that there wasn't any manager. The manager won't be in for a week because she's out on vacations for another week. I can't believe that they're so illiterate and no manager in the store. In another note one of the workers was being rude to.an older man as I was walking into the store. It was a can of something that he was returning or exchanging. The lady told him that she won't change anything for him again. The environment was very unpleasant due to the unfriendliness of workers.

Since the change in management, service & merchandise availability has deteriorated. They supposedly run out of bags but are quick to try to sell you shopping bags.
