01/10/2023 around 12:30 p.m. and the and the cheese burgers tasted precooked patties. The hamburger meat was cold and the cheese didn't even melt. The bottom bun was hard as if the bread was old.I usually come to Dairy Queen when I'm in Roma because they have excellent burgers and chili cheese fries. Today I believe it was a different cook and he needs a lot of improvement.

ice cream is delish but food...oh and coupons check them out. some coupons are 9cents cheaper than menu price amd some coupons arent programmed into register so when coupon says $1 you pay like $1.29...1 very good thing is there is an longtime employee who adjusts the register to accept the current coupons and understands the frustration of the customer...for that i should up the stars to at least 3

Stopped at the DQ in Roma, ordered a banana split. Well the banana was split with 3 scoops of ice cream and basically that was it. It was the worst banana split ever at DQ. It had very little I mean very little chocolate, strawberry and pineapple. Worst ever. For sure will never order a banana split at this location. Forgot to mention that I asked for pecans which it is extra; and they were WHOLE pecans!!!

It's what you expect from any fast food place. Everything is decent in terms of quality, but on tacos or taco salads..it tends to be 95% lettuce with very little meat or shredded cheese.

Very bad customer service. Male clerk just stared at me with not even a greeting. I had to ask HIM if he was ready to take my order. Gave me my ice cream and not even a thank you. VERY BAD customer service.
